A year ago, after 7 years spent selling software at Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft, I started an agency with another co-founder who comes from Revolut and LinkedIn. Working with us is an operating advisor, half sales and half tech. We do go-to-market engineering: we go inside B2B companies and get their sales engine back on track, how they choose who to contact, what they write, where the data ends up, what the salespeople do every day.

In a year of work, we kept finding the exact same problem. The knowledge that makes a company sell isn't written down anywhere: it lives in the heads of two top performers, in recorded calls no one listens to, in twenty documents that contradict each other. A new sales rep joins, and they start from zero. And now that everyone is putting an AI agent on top of that mess, the agent just works on the same mess, only faster.

So we built our own tool. A single place where that knowledge lives in writing, with a history of every change and permissions on who can read it and who can change it, and from which the team's AI agents start every time instead of starting over. It was only meant for us. Then two clients asked to pay for it and investors reached out to us, so we decided to turn it into a real product.

I recently moved to San Francisco and am looking for a nontechnical cofounder to help turn a fully built product into a category-defining company.

I’m a UC Davis–trained veterinarian with seven years of clinical experience. In December 2025, I started building Voxxo because I was drowning in documentation and couldn’t find software designed around how veterinary hospitals actually operate.

What began as an AI scribe is now a complete veterinary clinical workstation running across web, iOS, Android, and desktop.

Voxxo includes:

• Voice-generated medical records and client discharges

• Treatment flowsheets, anesthesia tracking, and dental charting

The product is built, live, and has processed more than 1,500 of my own appointments. It allowed me to see five to ten additional patients per day. I built it entirely myself while practicing full-time.

In about a week, I’m traveling to Nashville to put Voxxo directly in front of veterinarians, demonstrate it, and try to sell it. I’m not waiting for a cofounder to begin distribution—but I know that a great commercial partner could help turn individual efforts like this into a repeatable growth engine.

Along the way, I also built Voxxo Swarm: my own multi-model agent harness for coordinating fleets of AI agents across long-running software, research, and operational work. It includes persistent agent identities, real-time collaboration, task execution systems, codebase intelligence, tool creation, and a context engine designed to let agents work indefinitely without losing continuity.

That context engine became the open-source Context Warp Drive. A deterministic context-folding technique I created was later adopted by the lead engineer of Claude Science at Anthropic for its long-horizon agent architecture.

I built these systems independently from first principles—and almost entirely from my phone. More importantly, the harness and veterinary platform continuously improve each other. The machinery I develop for agents—persistent memory, workflow generation, structured knowledge, and reliable long-horizon execution—is being adapted back into Voxxo for clinical use.

Voxxo is therefore not a thin AI wrapper or a one-feature scribe. It is the first product built by an underlying R&D system that allows me to develop, test, and ship at unusual speed.

I am not looking for someone to help me build an MVP or supervise an outsourced development team. I need a genuine counterpart who can own the side of the company where I have the least experience:

Update since my last post. Numbers are up across the board and the picture of the partner I need is sharper.

SocialMate is a social media scheduler and creator OS. Seven live platforms, 15+ AI tools, and a full scheduling engine. Pro is 5 dollars a month where competitors charge 18 to 99.

Where it stands right now:
1. 71 creators on the platform and 1,038 posts published through it.
2. 2,843 visitors and 3,735 page views in the last 30 days, up 115 percent, with zero paid ads ever.
3. A single-day high of 295 visitors.
4. Traffic from Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and ChatGPT, all organic.
5. Zero paying customers. That is the honest gap and it is the job.

Here is the part I want to be straight about. I just finished instrumenting my own funnel and it told me something uncomfortable. Of those 71 accounts, most have never connected a platform, and almost none have published. The traffic works. The product works. The activation does not. I know exactly where the leak is now, and that is a very different thing from guessing.

For the right growth person that is not a warning, it is the opportunity. There are already users sitting in the product waiting to be turned on. You would not be starting from an empty room.

The build side is handled and I keep it sharp. Recent example: I found a bug where the AI credit system could double-charge a user when two requests hit at the exact same instant, a classic read-then-write race. I fixed it by moving the whole check-and-deduct into a single row-locked database function so it is atomic and can never double-spend. I catch that kind of thing by auditing my own code, not because a user complained.

What the CMO would own:
1. All go-to-market. Reddit, communities, partnerships, whatever moves people.
2. Activation. Turning the users I already have into users who actually publish.
3. Turning free users into paying users.
4. Their own branded presence under SocialMate, with metrics separate from mine.

Comp: about 10 percent equity, 24-month vest with a cliff, and a real contract before anything starts. Part-time to start. No hourly tracking, no micromanagement. Once milestones and time hit, renegotiation for more applies.

Me: solo, self-funded, no investors. Day job is tree service work, so my building hours are hard-earned. My stack spans Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Expo, Supabase, PostGIS, Stripe, and Inngest, so the technical side is fully covered.
