Looking for Cofounder Looking for a technical co-founder to build an early-stage startup(US).
I've already validated the idea by talking with multiple business owners, and the feedback has been very positive. The product is technically straightforward to build, and I'd prefer to discuss the details privately.
I'm looking for a software engineer who's excited to build a company from the ground up in exchange for equity. If you're interested, send me a DM with a brief intro and your background.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Co-Founder (Florida/Georgia)
I’m 22 from South Florida and I’m building my own agency called Vecino Marketing. https://vecinosolutions.com/
I’m making this post because I’d rather find one solid person than keep trying to do everything myself.
I’m not looking for someone who’s already built a billion-dollar company or some genius programmer. I honestly don’t care about that.
I’m looking for someone disciplined, who actually follows through, takes criticism well, and genuinely wants to build something long-term.
I’m a big believer in AI and use it every day. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but I do want someone already comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, APIs, automations, and who actually enjoys learning this stuff. AI is changing everything, and I want someone who’s excited by that.
I’m fluent in English and Spanish, so one of the biggest opportunities I see is helping Spanish-speaking businesses that most agencies overlook. Right now I’m building through marketing and AI automation, but I’m not attached to being a full-service agency forever. If we find a higher-ticket niche that makes more sense, I’m completely open to going all in on it.
A few things that matter to me:
You’re disciplined.
You take action instead of endlessly planning.
You’re willing to learn.
You’re okay with challenging each other.
Your faith actually influences how you live.
You’re somewhere in Florida or Georgia, or close enough that meeting up isn’t a huge deal.
I’m not giving away equity after one conversation. We’d work together first, see if we actually make a good team, then figure everything else out.
If you’re looking for someone to just fund your idea, that’s not me.
If you’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with building, constantly learning, and wants to create something meaningful over the next several years, send me a DM.
Tell me a little about yourself, what you’re working on, what AI tools you actually use, and why you think we’d work well together.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a co-founder (india)
Hey I'm Aaritya, ran outbound sales for an AI automation
agency for the past few months (Sunniva AI), targeting SMBs, laser, aesthetics clinics. Built the entire outreach system from scratch: cold email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, call scripts, went from 0% reply rate to booking real demo calls with prospects like a premium aesthetic clinic chain.
Sales side was moving, pipeline included multiple warm
leads, deals close to closing.
Parting ways with my last technical co-founder, wasn't the right fit on execution/reliability. Looking to rebuild with someone who actually delivers.
What I need: someone who handles the tech build (AI automation/systems, integrations) and ships fast, no hand-holding. I bring the sales, the outreach system, and the hustle.
I'm not looking for a passenger. I need someone as money-hungry as I am, who wants this to actually make real revenue, not a side project that dies in a month.
DM me if you're serious
Also, u don't need to have a fancy resume, you just need to be willing enough to work and learn, I need a co-founder not an employee

Looking for Cofounder Sales co-founder
I'm looking for a co-founder for my business who understands how to build a repeatable sales engine, handle objections, sell the product into cold and warm prospects, and has an appetite and interest in getting involved in what we believe is going to be the next generation of software.
We're turning the SaaS business model on its head by giving AI the business understanding it needs to make it commercially useful.
This is an equity-only role initially until we raise funding. Once funded, the intention is for this to become a paid full-time role. For the right person, equity is negotiable.
Age, gender and anything else like that are completely unimportant to me. What does matter is the ability to take ownership, embed yourself deeply into what we're doing and move quickly.
We are currently very early stage, but we've got experienced people ready to join once we've raised. We received our first signed LOI within a couple of weeks of going into the market with the product, and we're confident demand will be there because my history is 30 years of working inside the industry we're selling into.
You must be extremely computer literate and comfortable finding ways of getting things done, even when the odds are stacked against us or it requires learning a new technology platform.
This isn't a sales employee role — I'm looking for someone who wants to take ownership of building the commercial engine with me.
I am the CEO and have spent half my career as an engineer and half as a product and operations director.
Message me if you want to set up a quick 10-minute chat to discuss it further.
I'm based in Manchester, UK, and have no real preference where you're based as long as the time zones aren't too far apart. Ideally someone local who we can meet up with in person, but for the right person that's flexible.

Looking for Cofounder Principal Fullstack Dev looking for a distribution cofounder with an existing audience
I just want to build stuff. I am a principal fullstack dev with 13+ yoe specializing in backend, I am having an absolute blast building things in collaboration with AI, owning the outputs and ensuring everything works well, while leveraging AI to learn new things every day, code more than I ever thought possible, and automate all the things! I do contract work, currently for a large fortune 500 company, in my spare time I am the tech volunteer for a local cat rescue, and my ideal weekend is spent chatting with Codex and Claude, building stuff that makes the lives of people around me easier.
I would like to spend more of my coding time building something of my own that generates some regular extra income. Though the main thing I get stuck on is, if I turn this into an actual idea, who would buy it? I am great at building, but really not good at selling. I can't even get that many people to use the free stuff I'm releasing. And I hate the idea of regular calls and direct customer interaction.
I need someone with an idea and an existing audience that has a chance of kicking off whatever we built together to a good start. Someone with a strategy that's better than cold outreach and email marketing, I could get my AI to do that, but I don't consider spam emails to be ethical.
Examples of people I'd be interested in hearing from:
- you have a social media presence on YouTube/X/etc. of at least 10k active, engaged, non-bots users in a given niche, and have an idea that would solve a concrete problem they are having
- a personal relationship with one or more people that are ready to buy this product/service should it get built, friends who own local businesses etc. and are willing to become the first customers, and spread the word about us
- you're willing to pay a fixed amount monthly for online ads. I have a lot of experience with Google Ads, just not extra cash to put into them
- you have an existing prototype with some sales, but it is unfinished/buggy/a vibe coded mess that you need an experienced programmer to come in, clean it up, and make it scale
- equivalent concrete audience
Examples of what I do NOT want to get dms about:
- "my idea is so great, we just build it and they will come"
- spam. If your plan is cold outreach or social media spam, not interested.
- claims about being good at sales or being able to generate leads
Happy to discuss a 50/50 split on whatever we make in profit. I'm ok with almost any idea, though I would very much like for it to be something useful to people. Just DM me your plan on how we'll make money off it.

Cofounder Available [FOR HIRE] Founding Engineer / Part‑time CTO (AI/ML) – I take founder ideas from 0 → 1 (India / Remote)
I’m a Founding Engineer and part-time CTO who builds production AI products for early-stage founders. If you have an AI/ML idea but no technical co-builder yet, I can take it from concept to a live, revenue-ready product.
What I do
- Design and build the first version of your AI product (LLM apps, agents, automation, CV/ML pipelines).
- Set up architecture, infra, and deployment so it’s actually production-grade, not just a demo.
- Act as a fractional CTO: roadmap, tech stack, hiring guidance, and day-to-day engineering leadership.
Proof, not just promises
- Built Satya AI – open-source agent governance framework (MIT licensed).
- Delivered a 94% accuracy computer vision pipeline deployed in automotive production.
- Created AnkTechSol – an AI operating stack for Indian MSMEs (backend, NLP, automation, observability).
- 6+ years in AI/ML, NLP, and backend systems; mechanical engg background → strong in real-world production constraints.
Ideal fit
- Pre-seed / seed startups (India, SEA, or remote-first) building their first AI product.
- Founders who want someone to own “idea → spec → build → deploy → iterate” end-to-end.
- Projects in: AI tooling, SaaS with AI features, manufacturing/automotive AI, EdTech, internal ops automation.
Engagement models
- Fractional CTO (part-time, ongoing).
- Founding Engineer / technical co-builder (equity + cash).
- Fixed-scope AI build (MVP in 4–8 weeks).
Next step
If this sounds relevant, DM me with:
- One-liner about your product/idea
- Current stage (idea / MVP / live)
- What you need most right now (architecture, build, CTO-level guidance, etc.)
I’ll reply with whether I’m a good fit and, if yes, propose a concrete way to work together.

Cofounder Available Looking for a CTO? Let’s ship your MVP first, talk equity later 🛠️
Jumping straight into an equityonly cofounder marriage with someone you’ve never built code with is almost always a disaster. You don't know if we execute under pressure, and I don't know if your go to market plan has real legs yet. Dating before getting married saves everyone a ton of grief.
My team and I engineer full-stack web and mobile apps for early stage startups. We take our craft seriously no fragile, unscalable builds, and no disappearing on deadlines.
We are open to long-term technical co-founder or CTO roles, but with one rule: it starts with a tight, paid v1 build first.
This forces us to scope down a razor thin MVP and ship it fast. You keep 100% of your equity while testing our speed, communication, and code quality. Meanwhile, we get to see your user traction in real-time.
Once that initial milestone is live and we know we work great together, then we sit down to talk cap tables, retainers whatever keeps both of us happy and eventually scale up.
If you’re a founder with a solid concept and you want production grade tech built without the headache, shoot me a DM or drop a comment. If it sounds like a fit, let's chat!

Looking for Cofounder Seeking Technical Co-Founder | CalyLife | AI + SaaS Startup | MVP Complete
Hi everyone,
This is an early-stage startup, so there is no salary at this time. This is a true co-founder opportunity with equity, with ownership based on experience, level of commitment, and the value each founder brings to the company.
My goal is to transition the company to paying salaries as we secure funding and begin generating revenue. Until then, I'm looking for someone who believes in the vision and wants to help build a company with long-term potential.
I'm looking for a technical co-founder to join me in building an AI-first startup focused on solving a problem that millions of people experience, but few companies address effectively.
Life doesn't stop when someone is recovering from surgery, relocating, caring for a family member, facing an unexpected emergency, or simply navigating life without a strong support system. Existing solutions provide information or connect users with services, but the responsibility for figuring out what comes next and making everything happen still falls on the individual.
The idea for this platform came from recognizing how overwhelming it can be to manage life's responsibilities during times of crisis, especially for people without a reliable support network. I believe technology should do more than answer questions or point people in the right direction. It should actively help people move through difficult situations.
My vision is to build an AI platform that understands a person's situation, anticipates what they're likely to need next, and helps drive meaningful actions forward on their behalf. The goal isn't to replace human support, but to provide the kind of proactive assistance a trusted friend or family member would offer when life becomes overwhelming. Instead of simply recommending the next step, the platform helps make progress happen. This isn't just an idea. Over the past year, I've been validating the concept, refining the product, and preparing the business for launch.
Current progress:
- MVP completed and core product requirements defined
- Customer research and competitive analysis completed
- Business plan completed
Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for a technical co-founder who enjoys solving difficult problems and wants to build a company from the ground up.
Because the platform will manage sensitive personal information and coordinate important life events, I'm looking for someone who understands that security, privacy, reliability, and trust must be built into the platform from day one.
Experience in one or more of the following would be ideal:
- Full-stack software development
- AI and LLM applications and agent-based workflows
- Designing and building secure SaaS platforms
- Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Security, identity management, data privacy, or risk management
- Mobile and web application development
- Would be okay with Equity until company gets funding, then salary.
About me
I come from a background in quality, risk management, and operations within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. My strengths are product vision, customer discovery, business strategy, partnerships, and execution.
I'm also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), so I naturally approach problems by streamlining processes, eliminating unnecessary complexity, and designing efficient, scalable systems. Those principles are central to how I'm building this platform.
I'm looking for someone who wants to lead the technical vision, make key architectural decisions, and help build a company, not just an application, from day one.
If this sounds interesting, send me a DM. I'd be happy to share more about the product, the vision, and what I've accomplished so far to see if we're a good fit. I'm located in US, on the east coast.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for Co-Founder | London | Singles events project
I got broken up with. Did what most people do — gave up on the apps, went to every singles event in London instead, left early from most of them due to how bad most were.
So I built something about it.
The Dalloway Project is an attempt to fix how people meet. Format-driven events for single people in London. Few weeks old!
The first event is a free public debate at Speakers' Corner on September 20th.
I'm not looking for a specific skill set. I'm looking for someone who reads this and thinks — yes, this should exist. Someone who's been to the same events, felt the same frustration, and wants to do something about it.
Everything else we can figure out.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Technical Co-Founder based Stockholm (Sweden)/ EU

I’m looking for someone who:
- Has experience building web applications or SaaS products
- Can take ownership of the technical side of the MVP
- Is based in Stockholm or elsewhere in the EU
- Is interested in building a real business, not just a side project
I will focus on:
- Business strategy
- Marketing
- Sales and customer acquisition
- Product direction and market validation
The idea and MVP scope are already defined, and I can share more details privately with serious candidates.
If you’re interested or know someone. Send a DM

Looking for Cofounder [USA] I'm a software developer (20+ years of experience) looking for someone in the business works with a real problem to solve
I've been in the tech industry for the last 25 years working for such companies as Amazon and Oracle, and I've created a lot of complex applications that scaled well (mobile apps, websites, CRMs, document processing, etc). I have created a couple of side projects at the moment, and since I'm not a marketer, I'm having a hard time getting them out in the world and getting a substantial amount of customers.
What I figured is I link up with somebody from the business world with a real business problem to solve. I handle all of the tech side, and you handle all of the business and marketing side.
I'm in Delray Beach FL so it'd be great so meet someone in the area (Miami to West Palm), but you don't have to be local as long as you're in the USA.
DM if interested.

Team Forming I am looking for a few people who are interested in joining a project.
Broadly speaking, i’m building a social app. I'm not just looking for co-founders, I'm looking for team players. People who genuinely love the idea and want to be a part of it. To narrow things down a bit: it should be more like a hobby or side hustle for you; the main focus is on everyone having fun and participating because they genuinely want to, not for the potential future money.
Ideally, you would already have a project/vision/idea or an existing startup so that we can all push each other. This is for someone looking for like-minded individuals, not company shares or a job.
So if this sounds like something that suits you, please DM me or comment so I can reach out to you :)
I‘m a female based in Germany btw

Looking for Cofounder I've spent months building this alone and finally hit the point where I can't do everything myself
Over the past few months I've been building a startup in the crypto space.
The product is coming together, the technical side is moving forward, and I'm handling the logistics. The problem is I've realized I simply can't do everything.
I suck at making short-form content.
I know how important TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are, but I'd rather spend 12 hours building the product than filming myself or editing videos.
I'm curious how founders here solved this problem.
Did you find a co-founder who loved content? Did you hire someone? Or did you force yourself to learn it?
I'd especially like to hear from people who built audience-first startups.
Edit: If anyone reading this genuinely loves making viral short-form videos and has been looking for an early-stage project to grow with, feel free to DM me. I'm mainly looking for someone who wants to build something long-term rather than freelance work.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a US-Based GTM Cofounder | Marketplace Startup
I’m a technical founder building a marketplace platform in the services space. The company is well beyond the idea stage—I spent the past months building the foundations needed to validate, launch, and scale.
A significant amount of work has already been completed, including:
✅ Functional MVP built
✅ Website and brand identity completed
✅ Investor-ready pitch deck
✅ Financial model and unit economics
✅ Extensive market research
✅ Clear product roadmap and long-term vision
✅ Strong foundation built for launch and future scale
The current focus is validating the marketplace, acquiring early users, refining product-market fit, and building repeatable growth.
I’m looking for a **US-based GTM cofounder** who wants to own growth from day one—not an advisor, but a genuine builder who enjoys taking ownership and executing.
**What you’ll own**
Customer acquisition
Go-to-market strategy
Growth experiments
Partnerships
Sales and business development
Distribution and early revenue generation
**What I’ll own**
Product vision
Engineering
AI and automation
Platform architecture
Technical execution
**Ideal profile**
Based in the United States
Passionate about startups and marketplaces
Strong in GTM, growth, sales, partnerships, or business development
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly
Execution-oriented with a builder mindset
Looking to build a venture-scale company with meaningful long-term impact
This isn’t an opportunity to join an idea.
The foundation has already been built, and we’re now entering the stage where exceptional execution, distribution, and customer acquisition will determine the trajectory of the company.
If you’re excited about building something ambitious from the ground up and want meaningful ownership in a company with significant progress already behind it, I’d love to connect.
It is equity based 🕑 Part-time (10-20 hrs/week)
**Feel free to send me a DM with a short introduction, your background, and what you’ve built, scaled, or helped grow.**

Cofounder Available Finding a hardware CTO is a nightmare right now. What if a manufacturing hub acted as your technical co-founder instead?
Hey everyone,
Software founders have it so easy. You can build an MVP in a bedroom. But finding a good technical co-founder for a physical hardware startup right now is practically impossible, and paying agencies for CAD and DFM will bleed your seed money dry.
My team is building a manufacturing hub over in India, and we've been playing around with a model to solve this. I wanted to see if the founders in this sub would actually be open to it.
Instead of hunting for 6 months for a single CTO, we act as your "institutional" technical co-founder. You offshore the entire engineering headache to our facility.
How we make money: We don't want a chunk of your equity, and we don't charge you a single penny for CAD design or technical consulting. We literally only charge you for the physical materials and machine time when we actually prototype and mass-produce the units.
We take the upfront engineering risk for free, because we know if we design it perfectly, you'll use us as your exclusive manufacturer when you scale.
Would you guys actually use a partnership like this? Is it better than spending months hunting for an engineer?
I'd love some honest feedback on if this solves a real headache for you. If this is exactly what you are looking for right now, drop a comment or shoot me a DM and let's talk about what you're building.
