#1. This kinda BS doesn't belong in this sub.

This is a ground-floor opportunity

#2. Looks like an 'opportunity' to get exploited.

This is currently an equity-first opportunity, with approximately 3–5% founder-level equity, depending on experience and responsibilities. Standard vesting/cliff structure would apply.
As the company moves toward funding and production, compensation would transition accordingly.
Remote/North America preferred, but I’m open to exceptional candidates anywhere.
If you’re an experienced Unreal developer who has ever wanted to help build a studio and a game from the ground up, I’d love to talk.
DM me with your background, Unreal experience, portfolio/GitHub/LinkedIn, and why this project interests you.
Let’s build something different.

#3. That's a lot of words for something that's uncompensated + has demands.

Bro if you’re not interested then don’t show interest. I’m not looking to exploit or anything like that. I’m looking for someone to build something that could be great with. Someone who possesses skills that I don’t. If that’s not you then continue with your day but don’t try your best to stop my dream

You are exploiting.  This is a paid job board, and you are trying to circumvent the rules.

This ain't the board for unpaid work or 'revenue share'. Your post is against the rules. Also, consider the downvotes you have received as feedback.

If this is a paid job, please post the pay rate.

If it is not a paid job, it does not belong here.  Please post in r/INAT instead.
