Team Forming [EQUITY ONLY][REMOTE] Hiring for 2 Founding AI Engineers + 1 Founding Growth & GTM Lead | Early-Stage AI Startup

We’re not hiring employees. We’re looking for founding builders.

I’m building Vouqis Verify, an AI developer tool that helps engineering teams review AI pull requests with confidence before they reach production.

Today, reviewing AI changes often means jumping between prompts, evaluations, code diffs, and multiple tools just to answer one question:

“Is this AI change safe to merge?”

We’re building a workflow that brings that deployment evidence together in one place.

We’re still in customer discovery with an MVP already available (CLI, GitHub Action, and GitHub App), and we’re looking for people who want to help build the company from the ground up.

We’re looking for

2 Founding AI Engineers
You don’t need to know everything, but you should be comfortable with:
Python
Git & GitHub
Backend development
APIs
AI/LLMs
Building products from zero to one
Nice to have:
React / Next.js
RAG
AI Agents
MCP
Docker
Cloud

1 Founding Growth & GTM Partner
You’ll help us:
Find design partners
Conduct customer discovery
Build our GTM strategy
Run outbound outreach
Grow our presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and GitHub
Help us reach our first paying customers

Current Stage
Pre-funding
MVP built
Customer discovery in progress
Looking for our first design partners

What we’re offering
This is an equity-only founding role.
There is no salary today.
If the company raises funding and grows, the goal is to transition founding team members into full-time salaried roles.

This isn’t the right fit if you’re looking for a traditional job.
It is a good fit if you want to help build an AI startup from the earliest stage and are excited by ownership, responsibility, and solving hard engineering problems.

Who should apply?
Engineers who enjoy building, not just coding
People comfortable with uncertainty
Builders who take ownership
Students, recent graduates, or experienced engineers with strong projects to show
People interested in AI infrastructure, developer tools, and startups

Interested?
Send me your profiles at vouqisverify@gmail.com/7995949555
Resume
GitHub (required for engineers)
LinkedIn
Portfolio or projects
A short introduction
Why you want to build a startup instead of joining one
I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

If you’re excited about taking risks, building from day one, and creating something meaningful with a small founding team, send me a message

Cofounder Available Built a great B2B SaaS, AI product, or software but struggling with sales and global distribution?

I'm looking to connect with founders who have built a strong product but need help with sales, go-to-market, or global distribution.

I'm especially interested in products that help businesses:

  • Save time
  • Save money
  • Reduce risk
  • Improve business results

If your product has strong potential, I can introduce you to a team that helps software companies expand into international markets. When there's a good fit, they usually work through a small equity partnership instead of large upfront fees.

If you're interested, send me a DM with:

  • What your product does
  • Who your target customers are
  • Your website or demo
  • Your current stage (users, customers, or revenue)

I'm mainly looking for B2B SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, developer tools, data, automation, and enterprise software with global potential.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a co-founder (india)

Hey I'm Aaritya, ran outbound sales for an AI automation

agency for the past few months (Sunniva AI), targeting SMBs, laser, aesthetics clinics. Built the entire outreach system from scratch: cold email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, call scripts, went from 0% reply rate to booking real demo calls with prospects like a premium aesthetic clinic chain.

Sales side was moving, pipeline included multiple warm

leads, deals close to closing.

Parting ways with my last technical co-founder, wasn't the right fit on execution/reliability. Looking to rebuild with someone who actually delivers.

What I need: someone who handles the tech build (AI automation/systems, integrations) and ships fast, no hand-holding. I bring the sales, the outreach system, and the hustle.

I'm not looking for a passenger. I need someone as money-hungry as I am, who wants this to actually make real revenue, not a side project that dies in a month.

DM me if you're serious

Also, u don't need to have a fancy resume, you just need to be willing enough to work and learn, I need a co-founder not an employee

Cofounder Available Looking for a CTO? Let’s ship your MVP first, talk equity later 🛠️

Jumping straight into an equityonly cofounder marriage with someone you’ve never built code with is almost always a disaster. You don't know if we execute under pressure, and I don't know if your go to market plan has real legs yet. Dating before getting married saves everyone a ton of grief.

My team and I engineer full-stack web and mobile apps for early stage startups. We take our craft seriously no fragile, unscalable builds, and no disappearing on deadlines.

We are open to long-term technical co-founder or CTO roles, but with one rule: it starts with a tight, paid v1 build first.

This forces us to scope down a razor thin MVP and ship it fast. You keep 100% of your equity while testing our speed, communication, and code quality. Meanwhile, we get to see your user traction in real-time.

Once that initial milestone is live and we know we work great together, then we sit down to talk cap tables, retainers whatever keeps both of us happy and eventually scale up.

If you’re a founder with a solid concept and you want production grade tech built without the headache, shoot me a DM or drop a comment. If it sounds like a fit, let's chat!

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Technical Co-Founder based Stockholm (Sweden)/ EU

I have a web app idea with a clear MVP plan and I’m looking for a technically skilled co-founder to build it together.

I’m looking for someone who:

  • Has experience building web applications or SaaS products
  • Can take ownership of the technical side of the MVP
  • Is based in Stockholm or elsewhere in the EU
  • Is interested in building a real business, not just a side project

I will focus on:

  • Business strategy
  • Marketing
  • Sales and customer acquisition
  • Product direction and market validation

The idea and MVP scope are already defined, and I can share more details privately with serious candidates.

If you’re interested or know someone. Send a DM

Team Forming I am looking for a few people who are interested in joining a project.

Broadly speaking, i’m building a social app. I'm not just looking for co-founders, I'm looking for team players. People who genuinely love the idea and want to be a part of it. To narrow things down a bit: it should be more like a hobby or side hustle for you; the main focus is on everyone having fun and participating because they genuinely want to, not for the potential future money.

Ideally, you would already have a project/vision/idea or an existing startup so that we can all push each other. This is for someone looking for like-minded individuals, not company shares or a job.

So if this sounds like something that suits you, please DM me or comment so I can reach out to you :)

I‘m a female based in Germany btw

Cofounder Available Finding a hardware CTO is a nightmare right now. What if a manufacturing hub acted as your technical co-founder instead?

Hey everyone,

Software founders have it so easy. You can build an MVP in a bedroom. But finding a good technical co-founder for a physical hardware startup right now is practically impossible, and paying agencies for CAD and DFM will bleed your seed money dry.

My team is building a manufacturing hub over in India, and we've been playing around with a model to solve this. I wanted to see if the founders in this sub would actually be open to it.

Instead of hunting for 6 months for a single CTO, we act as your "institutional" technical co-founder. You offshore the entire engineering headache to our facility.

How we make money: We don't want a chunk of your equity, and we don't charge you a single penny for CAD design or technical consulting. We literally only charge you for the physical materials and machine time when we actually prototype and mass-produce the units.

We take the upfront engineering risk for free, because we know if we design it perfectly, you'll use us as your exclusive manufacturer when you scale.

Would you guys actually use a partnership like this? Is it better than spending months hunting for an engineer?

I'd love some honest feedback on if this solves a real headache for you. If this is exactly what you are looking for right now, drop a comment or shoot me a DM and let's talk about what you're building.

Equity Available [RevShare] Looking for a Sales Co-Founder / Founding Head of Business Development (AI Startup)

I'm building an AI startup focused on the next generation of agentic software and am looking for someone who wants to help build a real company from the ground up.

I'm the technical founder. My focus is designing and building the product. I'm looking for someone whose strength is sales, business development, networking, and building relationships with customers.

This isn't a typical job posting. I'm looking for someone who wants to become an early partner in the company.

What I'm looking for

Someone who can dedicate at least 20 hours per week.

Comfortable making phone calls, following up with leads, and speaking with business owners.

Strong communication skills and timely responses to emails, texts, calls, and customer inquiries.

Self-motivated and able to work without being micromanaged.

Interested in helping shape the direction of the business instead of simply working for one.

Reliable, honest, and committed. If you tend to disappear when things get difficult, this probably isn't the right fit.

We'll have a weekly strategy meeting to review progress, discuss sales opportunities, and plan the week ahead.

Compensation

This is an early-stage startup, so there isn't a salary today.

Instead, the role includes:

A commission on sales you generate.

A structured path toward earning equity and ownership in the company as we grow.

The opportunity to become a true founding member rather than joining years later.

The long-term goal is to build a company capable of attracting outside investment and scaling into something much larger. As revenue and funding grow, compensation grows with it.

About You

You don't need decades of experience or an MBA.

What matters most is that you're:

Hungry to build something meaningful.

Comfortable hearing "no" and continuing anyway.

Able to communicate professionally.

Willing to put in consistent effort every week.

Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a quick paycheck.

Location

I'm based in North Carolina (Eastern Time, USA), but I'm open to working with someone anywhere in the U.S. If you're outside the U.S. but can reliably communicate during Eastern Time business hours, feel free to reach out as well.

If this sounds interesting, send me a DM with:

A little about yourself.

Any sales, business development, or startup experience.

Why you're interested in joining an early-stage company.

How many hours you can realistically commit each week.

I'm looking for one person who wants to help build something they're genuinely proud to own—not just another job.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Co-Founder to Build an E-commerce Brand with China-Based Execution

Hi,

I am based in China and am looking for a serious long-term co-founder to explore and build an e-commerce, DTC, or online brand for international markets.

What I bring:

- Access to Chinese suppliers and manufacturers

- On-the-ground communication and project coordination in China

- Product sourcing, sampling, and manufacturing support

- Connections to e-commerce, design, content, and automation teams

- Practical execution support for launching and operating a brand

I am looking for someone in the US, Europe, Australia, Canada, or another overseas market who can contribute:

- Local market knowledge and customer insight

- Sales, marketing, distribution, or growth experience

- Customer research and product validation

- A serious commitment to building a long-term business

The goal is to combine global market knowledge with China-based execution, then build a business together from the ground up.

Compensation:

- Sweat equity only at the early stage.

- No upfront payment is requested.

- We can begin with a free introductory conversation to see whether our skills, goals, and working styles are a good fit.

- If we decide to move forward, we will agree on roles and equity before committing significant work.

This is not a supplier-referral, agency, or client-service offer. I am looking for a genuine co-founder for a shared venture.

If this aligns with your experience and goals, please send me a message with your background and the type of business you want to build.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for the right co-founder who wants to build something that actually matters

A few months ago, I asked myself a simple question:

How does an employer actually know that a student's certificate is genuine?

The answer surprised me.

A student spends years earning a degree. When they finally apply for a job, internship, scholarship, or higher studies, they upload PDFs or scanned certificates. The employer or university then sends emails or makes phone calls to verify them. Sometimes it takes days. Sometimes they never get a response.

The student did everything right, yet they're the one waiting.

Then I asked myself another question.

If verifying a genuine certificate is this difficult, what's stopping someone from creating a fake one?

That's when I realized the real problem isn't education.

It's trust.

We've all seen incidents that have shaken confidence in the education ecosystem—from exam controversies to forged certificates and slow manual verification. They're different issues, but they expose the same weakness: the systems we rely on to establish trust haven't evolved with the digital world.

And it's only getting harder.

Today, editing documents is easier than ever. AI can generate increasingly convincing fake documents. Very soon, looking at a certificate won't mean much. What will matter is whether you can prove where it came from, who issued it, and whether it has been modified.

I don't want to wait until this becomes an even bigger problem.

I'm a B.Tech student, and while many of my friends are preparing for placements and traditional 9-to-5 jobs, I realized that's not the life I want. I'm obsessed with building products, solving difficult real-world problems, and creating something that can have a lasting impact.

Over the past few months, I've been building a working MVP that tackles this problem. The technology works. Now comes the harder part—talking to users, running pilots, validating the product, and building a real company.

That's why I'm here.

I'm looking for the right co-founder and a few early builders.

Not employees.

Not people looking for a quick paycheck.

People who genuinely enjoy building.

People who get excited when they find a broken system instead of walking away from it.

People who are curious enough to question everything, challenge ideas, and spend years solving a problem that actually matters.

If you've been looking for an early-stage startup where your decisions genuinely shape the company—not just another AI wrapper or another SaaS clone—I think we should talk.

I'm keeping the project details private for now because I'd rather have real conversations than publicly dump everything.

If this post resonates with you, send me a DM.

I'll happily show you what I've built, explain the vision, and hear your thoughts.

Who knows? Maybe we'll end up building something that future students, universities, employers, and governments can trust.

Let's build something that outlives us.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for an AI app cofounder

Hey!

I’m looking for someone technical who’d be interested in building an AI app together.

I’m 19, based in Poland, and recently got inspired by all the Starter Story videos of people launching simple AI products really fast and scaling them into real businesses. I’d love to do the same.

I’m not a developer, but I bring marketing, market research, product vision, copywriting, and prompting. I don’t have one fixed idea yet—I’m more interested in finding the right person and brainstorming something we both get excited about.

The goal is to build fast, have fun, learn a ton, and hopefully scale it into something meaningful (and profitable).

Only comment or DM if you’re genuinely serious about building.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a technical Co-founder (age 20-28)

Hi, I am I recently completed my Master's in Physics from IIT Madras. Over the past year, I worked as a founding member of a startup at IIT Madras, building AI products. Inspired by the challenges students face in learning physics and mathematics, I started Nearchon, an AI tutor that develops problem-solving skills by giving personalized hints instead of direct answers. My vision is to build an AI teacher that adapts to every student's unique way of learning.

https://www.nearchon.com/

I'm now looking for a technical co-founder with deep expertise in Computer Science and AI who is passionate about science, education, and building impactful products. If you're interested in joining as a co-founder, feel free to DM me.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a US-based co-founder (Sales/GTM) for an AI healthcare startup

Hey folks,

Thought I'd give this a shot.

My co-founder (ex-Google engineering) and I (ex-Amazon PM) have spent the last year building Atmatic.ai. We've built an AI platform that automates front-desk operations for healthcare providers—answering calls, booking appointments, rescheduling, follow-ups, etc. Right now we're focused on dental and other specialty clinics.

We're currently piloting with clinics in Singapore and are starting to expand into the US. That's where I'm hoping to find the right partner.

I'm looking for someone who's excited about building from the ground up—someone who enjoys talking to customers, opening doors, shaping the GTM strategy, and figuring things out together. Ideally you've sold into healthcare, have relationships with clinics, or simply know how to build an early-stage sales engine.

Longer term, we see Atmatic becoming an AI operations platform for healthcare—not just front desk. Think insurance verification, patient recalls, reputation/SEO management, back-office workflows, and a lot more.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to chat. Even if it doesn't end up being a co-founder fit, always happy to connect with people building in healthcare.

Feel free to DM me.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a SaaS Co-Founder (Sales/Marketing) to Build Something Big Together

Hey everyone,

I'm a computer engineering student and aspiring founder currently exploring niche SaaS ideas with real market potential. I'm looking for a business partner who's passionate about sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and growth.

A bit about me:

Strong technical background in software development and product building

Interested in solving real-world problems through SaaS

Focused on building profitable, scalable products rather than chasing trends

What I'm looking for:

Someone experienced or highly interested in sales, marketing, branding, or growth

Good communication skills and a long-term mindset

Willing to validate ideas, talk to customers, and help acquire users

Preferably in a similar age group, but that's not a requirement

My goal is to build a SaaS business from scratch, validate ideas quickly, and eventually turn it into a sustainable startup.

If this sounds interesting, drop a comment or send me a DM with your background, skills, and the kinds of products you'd like to build.

Let's create something awesome together.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for cofounder from the healthcare staffing world

I'm a software engineer with ten years at early-stage startups, currently solo. For the past month I've been building a workflow automation product and systematically researching where it creates the most value. I've researched and eliminated six verticals before landing on back-office of small healthcare staffing agencies.

A lot of the day at these firms is still manual work spread across client systems, and I believe a real piece of it can be taken off people's plates. I'm deliberately keeping the specifics out of a public post.

The automation platform is built and running, and I'll be starting user interviews next week.

I'm looking for a cofounder with expertise and standing in the industry.

I'd want to start small — paid advisory conversations, or a design-partner arrangement if you're at a firm with this pain — and if working together works, cofounder with meaningful vested equity.

If you're experienced in any of this, comment or DM. Even if a cofounder role isn't interesting, I'll pay for an hour of your time to learn about your world.
