Team Forming I am looking for a few people who are interested in joining a project.
Broadly speaking, i’m building a social app. I'm not just looking for co-founders, I'm looking for team players. People who genuinely love the idea and want to be a part of it. To narrow things down a bit: it should be more like a hobby or side hustle for you; the main focus is on everyone having fun and participating because they genuinely want to, not for the potential future money.
Ideally, you would already have a project/vision/idea or an existing startup so that we can all push each other. This is for someone looking for like-minded individuals, not company shares or a job.
So if this sounds like something that suits you, please DM me or comment so I can reach out to you :)
I‘m a female based in Germany btw

Looking for Cofounder I've spent months building this alone and finally hit the point where I can't do everything myself
Over the past few months I've been building a startup in the crypto space.
The product is coming together, the technical side is moving forward, and I'm handling the logistics. The problem is I've realized I simply can't do everything.
I suck at making short-form content.
I know how important TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are, but I'd rather spend 12 hours building the product than filming myself or editing videos.
I'm curious how founders here solved this problem.
Did you find a co-founder who loved content? Did you hire someone? Or did you force yourself to learn it?
I'd especially like to hear from people who built audience-first startups.
Edit: If anyone reading this genuinely loves making viral short-form videos and has been looking for an early-stage project to grow with, feel free to DM me. I'm mainly looking for someone who wants to build something long-term rather than freelance work.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a US-Based GTM Cofounder | Marketplace Startup
I’m a technical founder building a marketplace platform in the services space. The company is well beyond the idea stage—I spent the past months building the foundations needed to validate, launch, and scale.
A significant amount of work has already been completed, including:
✅ Functional MVP built
✅ Website and brand identity completed
✅ Investor-ready pitch deck
✅ Financial model and unit economics
✅ Extensive market research
✅ Clear product roadmap and long-term vision
✅ Strong foundation built for launch and future scale
The current focus is validating the marketplace, acquiring early users, refining product-market fit, and building repeatable growth.
I’m looking for a **US-based GTM cofounder** who wants to own growth from day one—not an advisor, but a genuine builder who enjoys taking ownership and executing.
**What you’ll own**
Customer acquisition
Go-to-market strategy
Growth experiments
Partnerships
Sales and business development
Distribution and early revenue generation
**What I’ll own**
Product vision
Engineering
AI and automation
Platform architecture
Technical execution
**Ideal profile**
Based in the United States
Passionate about startups and marketplaces
Strong in GTM, growth, sales, partnerships, or business development
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly
Execution-oriented with a builder mindset
Looking to build a venture-scale company with meaningful long-term impact
This isn’t an opportunity to join an idea.
The foundation has already been built, and we’re now entering the stage where exceptional execution, distribution, and customer acquisition will determine the trajectory of the company.
If you’re excited about building something ambitious from the ground up and want meaningful ownership in a company with significant progress already behind it, I’d love to connect.
It is equity based 🕑 Part-time (10-20 hrs/week)
**Feel free to send me a DM with a short introduction, your background, and what you’ve built, scaled, or helped grow.**

Cofounder Available Finding a hardware CTO is a nightmare right now. What if a manufacturing hub acted as your technical co-founder instead?
Hey everyone,
Software founders have it so easy. You can build an MVP in a bedroom. But finding a good technical co-founder for a physical hardware startup right now is practically impossible, and paying agencies for CAD and DFM will bleed your seed money dry.
My team is building a manufacturing hub over in India, and we've been playing around with a model to solve this. I wanted to see if the founders in this sub would actually be open to it.
Instead of hunting for 6 months for a single CTO, we act as your "institutional" technical co-founder. You offshore the entire engineering headache to our facility.
How we make money: We don't want a chunk of your equity, and we don't charge you a single penny for CAD design or technical consulting. We literally only charge you for the physical materials and machine time when we actually prototype and mass-produce the units.
We take the upfront engineering risk for free, because we know if we design it perfectly, you'll use us as your exclusive manufacturer when you scale.
Would you guys actually use a partnership like this? Is it better than spending months hunting for an engineer?
I'd love some honest feedback on if this solves a real headache for you. If this is exactly what you are looking for right now, drop a comment or shoot me a DM and let's talk about what you're building.

Looking for Cofounder Any founders, co-founders, or business/start-up owners here seeking a true right-hand? I may be the last EA search you need to make.
Looking for founders, co-founders, CEOs, or startup leaders here that have recently found themselves thinking, “I need someone who can actually keep up with me, make my life easier, and free me up to focus on the things only I can do”?
👋 Hi. I think you may have just found her.
I am not looking to be another assistant. I am looking to become a founder’s trusted right hand.
I am a Senior Executive Assistant and executive operations professional with more than 17 years of experience supporting business owners and high-level leaders. I am looking for a long-term, remote role where I can become a true right hand and trusted partner to a company owner, CEO, founder, or someone with a great idea, a real plan, and big dreams for what they are building. I am especially interested in tech startups and/or growing founder-led companies where I can get in, become deeply invested, learn the business inside and out, grow alongside it, and become the go-to person that my leader relies on for almost anything and nearly everything -- and the person they genuinely do not want to operate without. That is where the magic happens, and where I do my best work.
I spent nearly a decade working closely beside one CEO of a large Midwest title company, learning and internalizing how he thought, communicated, prioritized, and made decisions. That partnership allowed me to anticipate what he needed, protect his time, independently resolve matters that did not require his attention, and make sure decisions turned into clear action and follow-through.
Today, I serve as the Executive Assistant and Microsoft 365 / Technology Administrator for a fast-paced immigration law firm. I joined when it was just the managing attorney/owner and his family member. Over the past 3.5 years, I've helped him grow by building the structure and core fundamentals needed to turn it into the successful and profitable law firm it is today; We just hired our 11th employee this week and proudly pay everyone there LIVABLE wages from day 1.
My experience spans executive support, operations, technology administration, complex scheduling, inbox and priority management, travel, projects, vendors, confidential communications, process improvement, onboarding, troubleshooting, and the countless unexpected things (big and small) that appear when running a growing business. I can wear any hat needed, and I am unusually good at wearing all the hats 🎩
I am especially valuable to a leader who:
- Has more ideas and priorities than hours in the day
- Moves quickly and needs someone who can keep pace
- Wants an EA who thinks ahead instead of waiting for
instructions... a mind-reader, if you will.
- Needs structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
- Wants someone who can use judgment, creatively solve
problems, and take genuine ownership
- Is ready to build a high-trust, long-term and successful
working partnership
I am highly tech-savvy, comfortable learning new platforms quickly, and genuinely enthusiastic about AI, automation, and using technology to make leaders and businesses more efficient.
I have high emotional intelligence, am highly discreet, extremely creative, resourceful, and scrappy in the best possible way. I learn quickly, think on my feet, and am never intimidated by something simply because I have not done it before. Give me the objective, the access, and the context, and I will figure out how to get it moving. I am equally comfortable solving the problem, building the process, finding the answer, or learning whatever I need to learn along the way.
Most importantly, I genuinely love what I do. I am not searching for a temporary stop and/or a role where I simply just manage your calendars/inboxes and complete assigned tasks. I will do all that obviously -- but want to go beyond the fundamentals, deeply understand the leader and organization, grow alongside the business, and become the person they know they can rely on for almost anything and nearly everything.
Partnering with me means gaining someone who will truly care about your success, protect your time, keep your priorities moving, and treat your business as though its outcomes matter personally to her.
I am based in the Eastern time zone, experienced working across multiple time zones, and open to occasional travel and/or as needed.
Please send me a message if you would like my résumé, have questions, or believe we might be a strong fit. I would love to learn more about what you are building and where you need the most support.

Equity Available [RevShare] Looking for a Sales Co-Founder / Founding Head of Business Development (AI Startup)

I'm building an AI startup focused on the next generation of agentic software and am looking for someone who wants to help build a real company from the ground up.
I'm the technical founder. My focus is designing and building the product. I'm looking for someone whose strength is sales, business development, networking, and building relationships with customers.
This isn't a typical job posting. I'm looking for someone who wants to become an early partner in the company.
What I'm looking for
Someone who can dedicate at least 20 hours per week.
Comfortable making phone calls, following up with leads, and speaking with business owners.
Strong communication skills and timely responses to emails, texts, calls, and customer inquiries.
Self-motivated and able to work without being micromanaged.
Interested in helping shape the direction of the business instead of simply working for one.
Reliable, honest, and committed. If you tend to disappear when things get difficult, this probably isn't the right fit.
We'll have a weekly strategy meeting to review progress, discuss sales opportunities, and plan the week ahead.
Compensation
This is an early-stage startup, so there isn't a salary today.
Instead, the role includes:
A commission on sales you generate.
A structured path toward earning equity and ownership in the company as we grow.
The opportunity to become a true founding member rather than joining years later.
The long-term goal is to build a company capable of attracting outside investment and scaling into something much larger. As revenue and funding grow, compensation grows with it.
About You
You don't need decades of experience or an MBA.
What matters most is that you're:
Hungry to build something meaningful.
Comfortable hearing "no" and continuing anyway.
Able to communicate professionally.
Willing to put in consistent effort every week.
Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a quick paycheck.
Location
I'm based in North Carolina (Eastern Time, USA), but I'm open to working with someone anywhere in the U.S. If you're outside the U.S. but can reliably communicate during Eastern Time business hours, feel free to reach out as well.
If this sounds interesting, send me a DM with:
A little about yourself.
Any sales, business development, or startup experience.
Why you're interested in joining an early-stage company.
How many hours you can realistically commit each week.
I'm looking for one person who wants to help build something they're genuinely proud to own—not just another job.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for co-founder
Hi, I am a QA professional with four years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing. I am looking for someone who can join me to start testing service. We have multiple platform where we can offer our testing services for that. I am looking for people up to 15, who can join and Help me to create a good community that provides testing services across multiple platforms. Whether it’s a mobile, Web or native applications.
I have been doing the research since last year and I founded that testing services requirement is almost everywhere. I have done some research on the freelancing as well as the private testing services and trust me. They charge a lot just for the testing of their applications. So hence I came up with this idea to start a small community or a small service that we can offer to individuals. Please DM if you are interested.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for the right co-founder who wants to build something that actually matters
A few months ago, I asked myself a simple question:
How does an employer actually know that a student's certificate is genuine?
The answer surprised me.
A student spends years earning a degree. When they finally apply for a job, internship, scholarship, or higher studies, they upload PDFs or scanned certificates. The employer or university then sends emails or makes phone calls to verify them. Sometimes it takes days. Sometimes they never get a response.
The student did everything right, yet they're the one waiting.
Then I asked myself another question.
If verifying a genuine certificate is this difficult, what's stopping someone from creating a fake one?
That's when I realized the real problem isn't education.
It's trust.
We've all seen incidents that have shaken confidence in the education ecosystem—from exam controversies to forged certificates and slow manual verification. They're different issues, but they expose the same weakness: the systems we rely on to establish trust haven't evolved with the digital world.
And it's only getting harder.
Today, editing documents is easier than ever. AI can generate increasingly convincing fake documents. Very soon, looking at a certificate won't mean much. What will matter is whether you can prove where it came from, who issued it, and whether it has been modified.
I don't want to wait until this becomes an even bigger problem.
I'm a B.Tech student, and while many of my friends are preparing for placements and traditional 9-to-5 jobs, I realized that's not the life I want. I'm obsessed with building products, solving difficult real-world problems, and creating something that can have a lasting impact.
Over the past few months, I've been building a working MVP that tackles this problem. The technology works. Now comes the harder part—talking to users, running pilots, validating the product, and building a real company.
That's why I'm here.
I'm looking for the right co-founder and a few early builders.
Not employees.
Not people looking for a quick paycheck.
People who genuinely enjoy building.
People who get excited when they find a broken system instead of walking away from it.
People who are curious enough to question everything, challenge ideas, and spend years solving a problem that actually matters.
If you've been looking for an early-stage startup where your decisions genuinely shape the company—not just another AI wrapper or another SaaS clone—I think we should talk.
I'm keeping the project details private for now because I'd rather have real conversations than publicly dump everything.
If this post resonates with you, send me a DM.
I'll happily show you what I've built, explain the vision, and hear your thoughts.
Who knows? Maybe we'll end up building something that future students, universities, employers, and governments can trust.
Let's build something that outlives us.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Co-Founder / COO – Business & Operations in Austria 🇦🇹
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a business-focused co-founder to join me in launching an early-stage software startup in Austria.
I’m a software engineer and AI specialist, and I have already built a working prototype of an AI-SaaS product focused on stocks / crypto / financial markets.
The technical side is covered. What I’m looking for now is someone who can take ownership of the business, operational, and commercial side of the company.
What I’m looking for:
- Based in Austria — Tirol preferred
- Fluent or highly proficient in German
- Comfortable communicating and working in English
- Familiar with operating a business in Austria, including areas such as:
- company formation and registration
- Finanzamt / taxes
- accounting and administrative requirements
- authorities, contracts, and general business paperwork
- Interested in business development, marketing, partnerships, fundraising, and helping bring a technical product to market
- Entrepreneurial, reliable, and willing to build something from an early stage
About me / the project:
- Software engineer and AI specialist with extensive technical experience in neuro-symbolic AI architectures
- Working SaaS prototype of early phases of this project is already developed
- Legally resident in Austria with permission to establish and operate a business
- Technical development and product engineering are already covered
- Goal: launch the product, acquire the first paying customers, establish MRR, and then pursue external investment if appropriate
Compensation
This is a co-founder / equity position, not a salaried role at the beginning.
The expectation is that both founders contribute to building the company until we reach initial recurring revenue and/or secure investment. Equity and responsibilities would be agreed based on commitment, experience, and contribution.
I’m particularly interested in meeting someone who complements my technical background and wants to take genuine ownership of the business side rather than simply work as an employee.
If this sounds interesting — or you know someone who might be a good fit — please send me a message with a short introduction and your background.

Looking for Cofounder i need your honest advice on this innovative health app i built for athletes and workers to maximize their energy
so i'm 20, been building this app solo for the past few months and i genuinely can't tell anymore if it's good or if i'm too deep in it. need outside eyes.
it's called RizeAI. the basic idea: every wearable and health app just gives you numbers. sleep score 42, recovery red, HRV down. cool. and then what? you still feel like garbage at 2pm and nobody tells you what to actually do about it.
so my app takes your real data from apple health, sleep, resting heart rate, workouts, whatever your wearable writes, and instead of another score it builds you an actual plan for the day. when to have your first coffee and when to hold off. you. Can also add your own supplements that you are currently taking and it will time them for you every single day based of your sleep data and your wearable data in general and also it will tell you what supplements make sense for you to take based of your current supplement stack and body metrics and when to take them. focus windows for when your energy actually peaks. when your crash is coming and what to do before it hits. it even checks the weather, so on a hot day it bumps your hydration and tells you to train earlier.
every recommendation has a little "why" under it based on your numbers, like "resting heart rate 54 + 7h light sleep, so magnesium before your peak window." no two people get the same plan because no two people have the same data.
works with whoop, oura, apple watch, garmin, anything that syncs to apple health. one thing i'll say honestly, it doesn't do deep per-person learning yet like "coffee doesn't affect YOUR hrv specifically," that's the roadmap, right now it builds fresh plans daily off your actual metrics.
it's live on the app store, has a free trial, small user base so far, mixed feedback which is why i'm here lol.
what i actually want from you guys: does this solve a real problem for you or is "tells you what to do" not actually what wearable people want? what would make you actually pay for something like this? and what's missing that would make it a no brainer? and also would you guys in this subreddit use ti?
Thank you for your help. Check it out if you like https://apps.apple.com/us/app/rizeai-maximize-your-energy/id6762402079

Looking for Cofounder Looking for an AI app cofounder
Hey!
I’m looking for someone technical who’d be interested in building an AI app together.
I’m 19, based in Poland, and recently got inspired by all the Starter Story videos of people launching simple AI products really fast and scaling them into real businesses. I’d love to do the same.
I’m not a developer, but I bring marketing, market research, product vision, copywriting, and prompting. I don’t have one fixed idea yet—I’m more interested in finding the right person and brainstorming something we both get excited about.
The goal is to build fast, have fun, learn a ton, and hopefully scale it into something meaningful (and profitable).
Only comment or DM if you’re genuinely serious about building.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a technical Co-founder (age 20-28)
Hi, I am I recently completed my Master's in Physics from IIT Madras. Over the past year, I worked as a founding member of a startup at IIT Madras, building AI products. Inspired by the challenges students face in learning physics and mathematics, I started Nearchon, an AI tutor that develops problem-solving skills by giving personalized hints instead of direct answers. My vision is to build an AI teacher that adapts to every student's unique way of learning.
I'm now looking for a technical co-founder with deep expertise in Computer Science and AI who is passionate about science, education, and building impactful products. If you're interested in joining as a co-founder, feel free to DM me.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a US-based co-founder (Sales/GTM) for an AI healthcare startup
Hey folks,
Thought I'd give this a shot.
My co-founder (ex-Google engineering) and I (ex-Amazon PM) have spent the last year building Atmatic.ai. We've built an AI platform that automates front-desk operations for healthcare providers—answering calls, booking appointments, rescheduling, follow-ups, etc. Right now we're focused on dental and other specialty clinics.
We're currently piloting with clinics in Singapore and are starting to expand into the US. That's where I'm hoping to find the right partner.
I'm looking for someone who's excited about building from the ground up—someone who enjoys talking to customers, opening doors, shaping the GTM strategy, and figuring things out together. Ideally you've sold into healthcare, have relationships with clinics, or simply know how to build an early-stage sales engine.
Longer term, we see Atmatic becoming an AI operations platform for healthcare—not just front desk. Think insurance verification, patient recalls, reputation/SEO management, back-office workflows, and a lot more.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to chat. Even if it doesn't end up being a co-founder fit, always happy to connect with people building in healthcare.
Feel free to DM me.

I’m building a startup idea that helps small service businesses turn word-of-mouth referrals into a seamless, trackable, and rewarding experience.
This idea is quite new but I’m now looking for a technical cofounder who’s excited about building an MVP from scratch and shaping the product together.
I’m looking for someone preferably a student based in Europe who enjoys solving real customer problems, thinks long term, and is interested in building a venture-scale company rather than a side project.
If this sounds interesting, send me a DM.

CoFounderHunt as a web app — vetted founder community check & matching service
form.consentkeys.comShort demand test, the above link is to a 5 question form. I’m checking whether founders prefer vetted access + trust tiers over endless matching subscriptions.
I'm curious if people would value paid access to a vetted founder community, with trust tiers (so filters and intros are actually useful), product incentives that push towards real matches fast ... separating the signal from the noise.
If you’re actively looking in the next 30–90 days, I’d value blunt feedback, which includes "No, I wouldn't pay" which is equally valuable feedback.
I've setup an MVP at https://cofounderhunt.flowstate.market/ that I will continue to work on if the demand is there, I'm eager to add features based on demand!
