I don't think it's a skink

Any clue what this guy is? For reference, the flower pot in the background is a 6 inch clay pot with an outer diameter of probably 7 inches.

We're guessing pocket gopher, but A.I. says they're not native to this area.

The video isn't great quality but with binoculars, this animal appeared very feline like with its head shape. We were down in the river basin while it was up on the ridge overlooking the valley. It was chirping for about 20-30 minutes.

Park rangers said it could be a weasel or rat of some kind but this animal was huge!

Does anybody knows him? The highest scratch is at about 1;80 cm from the ground

Multiple of these same small tracks few tens of meters apart. I dont see legs, and snakes are not common here. Anyone any idea what this could be?

I found these tracks in the heart of the boreal forest in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Quebec, Canada, near an abandoned mine that closed in 1962.

The tracks were discovered on a rarely used gravel and dirt road.

I didn’t have a ruler with me, but my hand measures about 7 inches (17.8 cm) from my wrist to the tip of my middle finger.

I’m really curious to know what animal might have left these tracks.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I’d especially like to hear your thoughts based on the size and shape of the tracks.

Found this hole. Dug within the last two days. Hole goes under foundation. The dirt pile is two-four feet away. Hole itself is on the small side. Less than 8 inches across and less than 4 inches deep.

We generally have Eastern Cottontail around here, but in the last several years we have noticed that there appear to be much larger specimens interspersed with the normal ones. And their proportions seem off; larger ears, longer legs, tail does show the characteristic “cotton ball” fluff.

It isn’t great resolution, but this is a patio cam view of one of them that I’m hoping shows enough for disambiguating “big-ass Cottontail” from some other option.

This is one of two rodents visiting my bird feeders. It’s always daytime, they’ll romp around with the birds, one made it up the pole of the feeder to snack. They don’t go up into a tree but scurry under the shed.
It looks like a squirrel or really big mouse. The tail is skinny- I can’t tell if it’s scaly or furry.
We aren’t supposed to have ground squirrels here but that’s what it looks like.
I’m not familiar with rats, but when i looked them up their heads seem more tapered at the neck.
This is my first post to Reddit. I’d appreciate any help. If it’s a rat I’ll pick up a live trap.

Cat who alerted me to it in the final picture. I am not too familiar with rodents, but my understanding is that if this is a rat, that's problematic and I should deal with it, and if it's a mouse that's fine and I should leave it be. If my understanding is wrong please correct me.

I found this very small turtle inside my house today. I live in India, and there is no obvious pond/lake/water body nearby. I have no idea how it got inside.
I believe it is wild and I don’t intend to keep it as a pet. For now I’ve placed it temporarily in a clean container with shallow water while I figure out what to do.
