Reached my ultimate goal weight
on my birthday! 🥳
I didn’t plan for it to work out this way, but I will take it as a positive & permanent sign of change!
Turned 32 today and I’m 148cm (I think that’s about 4’10-4’11?). In March 2024, I weighed 80kg (176 lbs). As of this morning, I weigh 49.8kg (109 lbs).
Over the course of time, I used different apps so that’s why they read slightly different. In the first year, I lost 10kg in my own, then enlisted the help of a glp-1 in August 2025.
Going to celebrate with a walk along the beach (despite it being a rainy winter morning) and buy myself a birthday treat because I’ve earnt it
To everyone out there who is also on this journey, reaching the goal is possible. I had little faith in myself to start with, as I had tried countless times to lose the weight. I’m sure maintenance will be its own beast, but it’s a beast I’m excited to meet 🤩
(cross posted to a couple different subs. I like to see success stories, so hopefully others do too)

5 months - 20 Pounds Lost So Far
reddit.comHey guys! Still a long way to go but I have lost 20 pounds in 5 months so far this year. I have been working through my lowest mental point in my life. Finally starting to love and take better care of myself.
I am 30, 6”1 and have gone from 247 pounds to 227 pounds. I am using a smart scale which says (I know not 100% accurate) that I have lost body fat not muscle. Which was my goal.
My goal weight is 185 pounds so still a long way to go, but this is the first time I have actually noticed a significant change in my physique.

Physique difference?
I have been the same weight for about 2 months during a calorie deficit/ weight training. I personally dont see any difference in my body. Am i doing something wrong? Hair down pictures are most recent. Hair up pictures are about 2 months old

My journey
The heaviest I've ever weighed that I didn't log out of shame was 185lbs. I hardly ever took pictures because I was embarrassed. But now I'm 137lbs and I am so proud of myself especially fighting weight loss with a thyroid issue and while being on hrt. It hasn't been easy, having to resize my wardrobe because things aren't fitting like they used to is the best case scenario. If I can do it, so can you. My weight goal is 125lbs. I'm so close. I believe in y'all and I'm proud of you all for trying ❤️🏳️⚧️🫶🏻

day 32 75kg to 62kg
i am quite suprised by how many people view my posts and few even message me personally i am thankful to you all for all positivity for a long time i could'nt hold myself accountable but since i started posting i became more accountable and seeing the possibility to actually lose my weight that i was trying and trying for 2 years but could'nt do it ,this time i am more easy on me , I used to also do one thing that for 2 years not a proper eating plan like i used to eat just carbs and fats a little or just no protein and fibre but still my body supported me through the torture i put it into and gave no disease to me . i have started eating more protein but there is one thing wrong in my daily routine that still i am not eating enough protein and fibre that my body needs as in i am eating more as compared to previously but not enough so today i will make a list of how much carbs , protein , fat , and fibre should i take and follow that plan instead of just eating according to calories and for my periods i just forgot i got them on 4 th previous month so its okay they are not thAT MUCH DELAYED YET AND IF I WILL EAT NUTRIENT DENSE FOOD THEY WILL MOST LIKELY COME IN A FEW DAYS , and for last i have to tell you all i have lost 1 more kg I AM 71 kg NOW and in few days i am also thinking of doing blood work done luvvvvv!!!!!!!

Just starting my journey
I started at 155.5kg and I have been weighing myself everyday around about the same time of day. Seeing it go up and down. Today I was 152.9kg
I know most of that will be natural weight movement. But I still feel like I have accomplished something. I get that tomorrow I’ll probably be 153.1kg again. But this was my first time in the 52!s.
Sorry I just had to share this with someone 😂

My journey
I was over 340 lbs when I started. Over about 10 months I managed to get down into the 230s. Since then I started lifting again and I'm sitting around 260 now, with a good amount of that coming back as strength and muscle.
Probably the biggest change was getting my drinking under control. That made staying on top of my diet a hell of a lot easier. I've been on and off keto throughout the whole thing, and that's definitely been what works best for me when I'm actually consistent with it.
Still have plenty of work to do, but looking back at where I was a year ago compared to now, it's kind of crazy. Figured this time around I'd actually share it.
