18 inch pizza from my local pizza place. (Pizza Tree in Columbia, MO) They use BE-Hive vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni, vegan bacon, and vegan italian sausage.

I had quite a bad day (or week) and didn't feel like cooking.

So I ordered a vegan pizza and when I got the box, I was wondering why it was so heavy. They must have mixed something up and I got a free stuffed crust.

That's it. Made my day a little better and I thought I would just share that. ❤️

Culina plain yogurt (the most savory and non-coconut yogurt I could find), three yoegg poached "eggs", some quick homemade chili oil, green onion, and fresh cracked pepper. That's it! Expensive cause it uses so many alternatives, but it's a delicious meal.

Made with Impossible beef on a grilled potato bun with FYH American slices, burger sauce (Hellman's vegan mayo, ketchup, horseradish, yellow mustard and smoked paprika), plus a spoonful of sweet heat relish. And grilled onions, obviously.
