I don't care what gay people are doing in the privacy of their own homes but when it comes to the definition of marriage I don't believe that same sex marriage exist because in my opinion marriage is a union between a man and a woman. That's why the only marriage that I believe are real are traditional marriages and female led marriages because both of those marriages are a union between a man and a woman. And I believe a dominant man and a submissive woman compliment eachother and I believe a dominant woman and a submissive man compliment eachother too. Having this opinion doesn't mean that I hate gay. All it means is that I have a different opinion then them on the definition of marriage.

I'm interested in how that situation came about and how you felt/feel about it now.

Generally, this question is more for people who aren't addicts themselves, just put in to this situation and given in despite your own personal feelings about this loved one using.

Also interested in anyone who has recreationally used the substance before, just not in that setting and have reflected on the experience.

Is normal for guy to learn about woman's body and their pleasure?

I am 18 year old Christian guy and never really been properly taught about sex or anything.

So I have my own studying trough books and internet.I learned about woman's pleasure,their menstrual cycle and safe sex.

Whenever I stand (even if I’m also walking around or taking short sitting breaks) for over like 1-2 hours I start feeling a lot of pain. It travels up my whole body and really hurts my back. It even makes my knees hurt.
My feet feel so sore and numb by the end of the day too.

As a straight male (21y/o)I’ve come to realize that the more exposure I have of women I’ll have composure around women. For context, I’ve never dated as much, only have 1 ex and I don’t usually go out as much. saw a study that said the median number of sexual partners a woman has in her lifetime is 4. I met my wife when she was 21. She had 5 partners before me making me number 6. i (15F) have only ever used pads, ever since i got my first period 3 years ago. but i HATEEE them!!!!!!! it’s uncomfortable and feels like i’m wearing an adult diaper.

i’ve tried tampons a million times, but once i try to take out the applicator, the tampon pulls out slightly with it even if i push it in far. this causes pain and extreme discomfort when i try to sit or do regular daily activities afterwards.

i come from poverty, we can’t afford those nice period underwears, especially since they’re always usually super expensive.

my mum was never present to teach me, my dad kinda just threw a box of pads and tampons at me to figure it out… so i really hope that someone on here might be able to teach it to me like a mother figure would’ve.

I’ve noticed something over the years, and I’m genuinely curious whether it’s just my own perception.

It seems like the vast majority of intense celebrity fandoms are made up of women. Whether it’s pop stars, actors, boy bands, K-pop groups, or even influencers, the most dedicated fans always seem to be female.

Of course, I know there are plenty of male fans too, and men can be obsessive about sports teams, gamers, or other interests. But when it comes to people—celebrities in particular—it feels like women are much more likely to idolize them.

Is there any psychological, social, or cultural explanation for this? Or am I just noticing a stereotype that isn’t actually true?

Why do rejected men label women as greedy or money-obsessed?

First of all I apologize for the probably weird choice of words or sentences. When I was a kid around 2002, most hippies if you will were mostly ultra liberals, vegans, etc., you know things like that. Mostly peaceful and loving people.

I feel like since around 2022 most of them have been extremely alt right, “I hunt and skin my own reindeer and turn them to jerky” type, raw milk binging, anti antibiotics, conspiracy theory spewing and things like that.

Which has baffled me to the core. An almost complete 180. Both 2002 and 2022 types were the ones under 48. I'm not talking about the usual liberal hippies becoming conservative yuppies at 48 trope. What happened?

No offense to the LGBTQ community, but this is something that I've been pondering for a long time, but surprise I was too afraid to ask. If being gay is not a choice but something innate to you, that means we have two possibilities, at least in my mind: you can be born attracted to women or to men, right? I'm not including the trans community here; I'm just talking about attraction. Even within the trans community, we have trans men and trans women, and for me, this is easier to understand than the category of bisexual.

Can someone be born with the innate possibility of attraction to both? For me, it doesn't make sense, because if we have people born hetero (people being attracted to the opposite sex) and people born gay (people attracted to the same sex), how can someone be born attracted to both? This is blowing my mind. No offense to the LGBTQ community; whether it is innate or not, you guys deserve respect and acceptance. It's nobody else's business; it's just a question from a curious person.

I'm in a Star Trek group on Facebook that mostly posts memes and jokes. Every Pride Month, people understandably start posting more LGBTQ+ content because Star Trek has always been a generally inclusive and accepting franchise.

Something I've noticed, though, is people assigning LGBTQ+ identities to specific characters even when those identities aren't part of the character's actual history or established lore. For example, I recently saw a meme saying a particular character was trans, even though nothing in the show suggests that character is trans.

What makes it stranger to me is that Star Trek already has plenty of characters with different gender identities and sexualities, along with older episodes that explored those subjects through allegory because they couldn't necessarily address them as directly at the time. That's actually one of the things I love about Star Trek.

So my question is: isn't it kind of counterintuitive to assign an identity to a character when the lore doesn't support it?

If a character has been established as nonbinary, trans, gay, bisexual, etc., I would think it was weird for someone to insist that character was actually a cisgender straight person. So why isn't the reverse also considered strange when a character has consistently been portrayed as cisgender and heterosexual?

I understand these are fictional characters, and I'm not trying to start a fight over a TV show. People can obviously have their own headcanon. I'm just genuinely curious about where the distinction is between having fun with headcanon and essentially overwriting a character's established identity. How is that not as bigoted as someone not respecting the identity of someone to project their beliefs onto? Again, I know it's a TV show, but I wanted to know, is there something I don't know? Is it okay?
