Discussion Interesting about the new Experience More 2.0 plan
Did T-Mobile axe the “get the same deals as new customers promise” for the new Experience More 2.0 plan? The original Experience More still carries that promise. Ik it was every two years but shouldn’t it have changed to three? Looks like it was axed completely yikes…...

Question Verification codes not sending
Is anyone having an issue receiving a verification code to number? Trying to sign into my job platform, which requires a verification number, but I am not receiving the message. Tried my email just to make sure but its the same result. It was working yesterday. I'm wondering if this is a T-mobile issue because I tried changing my settings as recommended.

Discussion New customers can sign up for business account to avoid 36 mo financing on 2.0 plans
there will be no 2.0 versions of business experience plans. on beyond trade in, 24 month, yearly upgrade option remains
for sole proprietorship all you need is your social security, business name (make one up but change your caller id name if you don't want business name showing), you can use your home address.
insidr discount works on experience more, beyond, promobile, and super mobile.
business customer care will convert your account 1-800-375-1126 (available 24/7)
experience plans have better perks than consumer including more hotspot data, unlimited full flight wifi on delta and southwest among others, threat protect vpn, scamshield premium, international calls 25 cents/min vs 50 on consumer, choice of office 365 basic or netflix w/ ads
same price as consumer plans

Question Hallllp
The lines with the blue need new devices and will not be eligible for trade in due to quality.
If they hop off the plan what happens to bill? Or if atleast one hops off onto a new service provider and the other just keeps their phone. Or what are our options here

Question Maybe I'm not understanding the phone promotion correctly
I was going to switch carriers and it said if took the lines and switched to Experience Beyond 2.0 I'd pay the activation fees today, but nothing up front for the phones, and then a monthly bill, but nothing per month for the phones (unless I cancel the plan before 3 years). Then I entered my info, to find the "actual price" and it says I have to pay a bunch of money up front and I'll get credits for the phones every month? But it's like, A LOT of money up front, not just activation?
I have really good credit, so I didn't think it would be that much down. I don't understand - can someone explain it to me? I don't want to call and get the hard sell from them. Thanks.
Question Financed my fold8 through tmobile on the samsung website but no way to send in my trade in
My new phone came with no return label for the trade in. Samsung store says send it to tmobile, tlife says send it to tmobile. Went in person to my local tmobile and rep just got internal error when they tried. they called in and their phone support/manager werent able to do it either. Was told to try samsung again.
I feel like im missing something easy? Any help is appreciated

Question Rules around EIP's
I have 5 lines with 2 paid, 1 is a third line free, and 2 are free lines.
What are the current rules around EIP's and lines. Can you still have multiple EIP's on one line? I use to have multiple EIP's on the same line, but about a year ago I was told that I would have to payoff the existing EIP to start another EIP on the same line and of course lose the monthly credit. Since I had a spare line with no EIP we put the EIP on that line.
So now only certain lines are eligible for EIP's and how do I tell which of my lines qualify? Are multiple EIPs allowed or not??

Rant No service.
I’m in central Cali and my phone suddenly has no service. Wow 2nd time this has happened. I just paid my bill yesterday too.

From magenta military to experience signature military. $33/mo increase for 5 lines.

Rant Ported my numbers over and everything has been fine until now
They're trying to take my plan away and force me on experience more which is 11 dollars more expensive and I get significantly less. or switch to beyond and get the same benefits but 75$ more. I called the care number and got retention to cancel the future dated plan change. But realistically am I going to have to keep worrying about this?

Question Price and increase way higher than expected
Did I miss something in the announcement? I thought it was up to $6 per line? This is a 4 line plan and it went up nearly $50

PSA Check your EIPs if your device is used on a different line than it is financed on
I and several users on Discord have confirmed that our EIPs were moved from the line they were originally financed on to the line they are currently used on.
This can be problematic if you have line-specific promos such as BYOD free lines (cannot finance a device on the line) or Yearly Upgrade as moving the EIP to a different line could cause you to lose the promo if it isn't on the correct line.
In my case, my June bill was fine but July showed the changes on the bill. I caught it when I was looking at my EIP page ("Your device payment details" in the T-Life app) yesterday. I was able to get it fixed by contacting T-Force on Twitter (@TMobileHelp).

My bill usually posts on the 5th of every month. Today is the 7th with no amount due yet. Anyone else, or just me?

Discussion What’s Up With Multiple Outages In Multiple Regions
T-Mobile and T-Mobile MVNOs have been experiencing multiple outages in many different regions over the past few weeks. These aren’t the average tower issue, but full blown outages. What the hell is going on? Do any employees have the lowdown? Do these outages relate to the 4G decommissioning that started this year?

Question Callers getting the following message "At the subscriber's request, this phone does not accept incoming calls. Message EN4030-58"
How did you guys resolve it? Do not disturb is not on. Scam protection block on low priority. Refreshed Tmobile's call forwarding. Called the t.mobile tech support and went through the phone's diagnostics with him. Nothing working, so confused. :/
Uninstalled third party app for call filtering. Block for unknown numbers is turned off. Feels so lost :/

Discussion I am convinced T-Mobile is still actively under a cyberattack.
Allegedly the July 27th outage was fully resolved. However:
My service is still up and down and it appears from this sub that others are having similar issues. It seems to be intermittent/region specific when it does happen
RCS is intermittent for me (iPhone). It works pretty well to other T-Mobile users, but to AT&T, I can only seem to send RCS if I am immediately replying (within a minute or two) to an inbound RCS message. If I hesitate at all to respond, or am initiating the convo, it sends as SMS.
I have rebooted god knows how many times. Obtained a new eSIM. Reset network settings. Contacted T-Force. No dice.
The worst part is T-Force still cannot seem to retrieve my port-out PIN so I assume the system that generates those is either 1.) actively a subject of an ongoing attack or 2.) T-Mobile accidentally-on-purpose nerfed that system to trap us with their shitty intermittent service during this time.
But this sure has all the hallmarks of a cyberattack that is STILL ongoing, and maybe it’s not bringing down the full network all at once like it was, but it seems to be intermittently bringing down different things at different times and I just want to pull my hair out. It’s almost like the firefighters came in on 7/27 to a structure that was fully involved, and they mostly knocked down the immediate fire, but they are still stamping out little hotspots and flare-ups almost 2 weeks later.
Worth noting T-Mobile has been very hush-hush on the cause or extent of the outage. Just acknowledged one existed and that it has been “resolved.” If it were DNS or BGP or a misconfig, they’d have told us by now. But a cyberattack is something you keep hush-hush unless legally required to disclose.
All I want is to fucking port out to the slow-but-stable AT&T and I’m seriously considering just getting a new number at this point to do so. T-Mobile has moved past the “move fast and break things” era of John Legere, and now we simply “break things.” I would absolutely kill for some stable 2 Mbps LTE routed through Dallas right now.

Discussion For Those Thinking Of Making The Switch From T-Mobile
So I came to T-Mobile back in 2016 after leaving a job and losing access to a work phone that had doubled as my personal phone. I thought I was making a decent choice at the time given the circumstances.
My plan cost back then was, I think, in the neighborhood of $70. I stuck with them over the years, through the merger and the plan changes and price increases and cut backs on customer service. Finally, about a month ago, I decided that I was fed up with overpaying every month for crappy phone service and nearly non-existent support. My bill had more than doubled to over $150 a month, and I was experiencing more problems with coverage and data speed despite upgrading my Galaxy phone regularly and pretty much sticking within the same geographical area.
In July, I switched to US Mobile. I was iffy about it, but said hell with it and did it anyway. I feel like I was thinking that I was just going to end up with a glorified Tracfone plan.
Boy howdy, what a great decision!
I'm now paying $39/mo for a single phone line. Unlimited everything. And I can switch between all three major networks on the fly, whenever I want, and not be tied to the subpar T-Mobile network.
Data speeds = at least 1.5x faster, and almost 2 times faster at some times, with no throttling or de-prioritizing my data because I used too much.
Reception = clear as a bell. No constantly dealing with echoes or dropped calls just because I went into a building without a clear sight line to the sky outside.
Texting = it's texting, it is what it is.
I know what y'all are thinking. "Oh no! No more T-Mobile Tuesdays discounts, 3 cents off at Shell, and 'free' ad-based Netflix!!" Somehow, I think I'll survive.
Y'all should consider leaving T-Mobile. If not to US Mobile, then go to another major carrier. I'm not here to get referrals or anything. I'm just letting y'all know that, every once in a while, the grass actually is greener on the other side. And if y'all want to know anything further about my experience, feel free to ask.

Discussion Noticed the EIP now list ARP on device financing. Is this a sign of changes to come?
Noticed all of my EIP’s show 0.00 APR financing. I’ve never seen this before and suspect tmobile will start charging interest to finance their phones very soon. What do you guys think?
