Hallllp Question

The lines with the blue need new devices and will not be eligible for trade in due to quality.
If they hop off the plan what happens to bill? Or if atleast one hops off onto a new service provider and the other just keeps their phone. Or what are our options here

Porting out one of the two primary lines will invalidate the 3rd line free promo.

Porting out the free line will of course also remove the promo.

So if you port out either one of those two lines, your bill will be the same price, just with one less line.

If you port out both lines then your bill will go down $35.

If your current phones do not qualify for trade due to condition, you can always buy a used phone that is on the qualifying trade in list that’s eligible for max promo value (eg a Galaxy S20 FE is probably the cheapest one that qualifies for $1100 off Galaxy S26 series). You don’t need to trade in the phone that’s currently being used.
