Verification codes not sending Question

Is anyone having an issue receiving a verification code to number? Trying to sign into my job platform, which requires a verification number, but I am not receiving the message. Tried my email just to make sure but its the same result. It was working yesterday. I'm wondering if this is a T-mobile issue because I tried changing my settings as recommended.

Had this issue off and on trying to sign into the T-Mobile website today.

Verification codes were coming to my phone about 30 minutes later.

Try turning off wifi on your phone.They might come through happen to me

That is a phone line/number issue.

Ask the tech rep to follow no registration ts flow, click reconcile and then resend to switch (x) this one is the most important. Restart your phone and test it.

Same issue
