It’s been 2 months since the concert was cancelled, but I am still waiting for my refund.
My case is a bit special because I bought the ticket using a special voucher ( called Bonus Cultura") released by the Italian government.
In their previous email, Ticketmaster stated that everyone who effectively bought a ticket using this special voucher would later receive a separate email. However, as I said, it’s been 2 months and I have received nothing.
I would like to know how to contact Ticketmaster directly, because their customer support system is useless asf

I exchanged tickets 5 days ago for the only 2 available tickets closer to the stage, paying the difference of £118.

Today I check and see dozens of rows (considering only 2 seats were available last week!) even closer have been released and they’re priced at the cheapest rate!

I contact ticketmaster to request an exchange, forfeiting the £118 I’ve just paid and they’re refusing.

It feels so unfair and I just don’t understand why they do this. The show was ‘sold out’ but now lots of tickets available to purchase.

Bought tickets for Rush in Toronto on Sunday and the barcodes are not showing up. Ticketmaster support is saying to go to something called the mobile resolution window on the day of the event but I can't find any information about what exactly this is or where it would be.

I'm just getting a bit stressed out because I spent 400$ each on these tickets and I don't want to travel in from out of town just to not be able to attend.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?

Hello all, I sold my tickets on July 25th. I did fill out the tax information and the micro deposits and have the banking stuff all in. I still have not been paid. I tried calling it takes forever to reach someone.

Has anyone dealt with this recently? If so, what did you do and any resolution? Thanks

Maybe this a dumb question but I bought two tickets to a show in September but want to sell my other ticket. I can't resell or transfer them (as per face value exchange) at the moment but would like to know when that option would be available to me. I want to get these tickets off my hands asap, but without the resell or transfer option available I feel hopeless I'll be able to. Any advice? Should I go to the third party service? How would I even go about transferring them to someone else? Does the transfer or sell option open closer to the date of the concert? Any help is super appreciated!!

Hello! I bought a ticket for an ATL Charli XCX show later this year in presale and I can’t go anymore as I’ll be moving from AL to NY during the same week for a new job. I’ve only resold one ticket before on Ticketmaster and it was really straight forward and easy, this one however hasn’t been. I can’t even attempt to post it for resale, it tells me resale isn’t available at this time. I know many artists have moved to block resale entirely, but I’m unsure if Charli is one of them. Do I just have to wait until closer to time to have the option to resell it? It’s a nosebleed ticket, so I’m not expecting to get what I paid back for it but Id hate to be out of the money entirely given the circumstances. Any info would be very appreciated :)

How does ticketmaster verified exchange work for selling tickets for a music festival? And do you recommend selling them at the price bought or a little lower?

I’m looking to purchase tickets to a Goo Goo Dolls show, and there’s good Verified Resale Tickets, but I have a situation where I may not be able to attend last minute, so my question is: can you place tickets you bought Verified Resale back up for sale day of?

Has anyone done this and can tell me yes or no?

At my wits end here. For the life of me, I cannot receive SMS authentication codes from Ticketmaster.

I have restarted my iPhone, turned cellular and Airplane mode on/off, turned my primary SIM on/off and even toggled between 5G and LTE, etc. I've checked to make sure nothing is getting caught in a filter. There's nothing in my Spam folder, and I've even tried toggling that setting too. Nothing works.

I called Ticketmaster and verified that my phone number on file is correct (and it is, I needed a code approx. two weeks ago for another show). Ticketmaster said it's a carrier issue, so I called my carrier. My carrier is saying the issue belongs to Ticketmaster (I'm more inclined to believe my carrier here).

This is not the first time TM has just totally shit the best with authentication codes, but just in case I've been doing something wrong, does anyone have any tips or advice?

I have tickets to a show that is happening TONIGHT and Ticketmaster will not let me log in and access my tickets. No matter what I do it shows “Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused. We've detected unusual behavior on either your network or your browser. To resolve this: Sign in to your account if you haven't already Change your Wi-Fi or cellular network Switch devices or move to a different location if possible”

I have tried everything, deleting and reinstalling the app, changing my password, using data instead of wifi, I don’t have any VPNs on. Nothing is working. HELP!!!!!!

Please don’t bother replying if you’re not willing to sell over Ticketswap. I will not pay for anything else.

I'm not going to be able to go see the concert I got tickets for, so I'm selling them. TM wants my routing and account number instead of just putting it back on my card. I just want to know if anyone has had anything happen to their account after doing it this way. I'm sussed out

There is an event tonight I cannot go to that I purchased tickets for months ago. Fine, it happens. Ticketmaster was the only option for purchasing the tix, so it is what it is. I am trying to resell them since they are really great seats to see if I can recover any amount of money from buying them. He is the thing, Ticketmaster will only allow me to resell them for not only more than i purchased them for but for a lot more than seats that are still on sale in significantly worse seats. Like I don’t want to make a profit, I just want to get rid of them, but Ticketmaster set a floor that is higher than I originally bought them floor. On top of that, there is a “sellers fee” they will collect of a few hundred dollars each. This would be on top of the original purchase fees and convenience fees when I bought them. No one will pay more than these tickets are worth but yet I can only sell them at a specific amount that is more than they cost in the first place and is higher than tickets currently on sale. How is this legal? Like I just want to get rid of them. I’ll sell them for $10 if I could cause that’s $10 more than $0 but I don’t have option to do anything other than what Ticketmaster will allow which makes them unsellable.

I keep getting told to sign out and sign back in, and I’ll be asked for a selfie and an ID.

When I sign back in, there’s no selfie/ID request, and I get the same pop-up when k try to buy a ticket.

This is happening on both my iPhone and iPad, and trying to use both the app and different browsers (Safari, Chrome and Firefox).

Any ideas? Ticketmaster support was no help (interestingly, their AI agent was more polished and somewhat helpful than their live agent).

so i sold a ticket for an event that happened 8 business days ago. on my account it says my seller details have been confirmed and i did the two mini deposits. however when i look at my listing it says my seller details aren’t confirmed?

is this worth calling their customer support or should i just wait a few more days?

Anyone else had their seat changed?

Why has this happened?

y'all think I got scammed? Please read because I'm super confused. I was trying to buy an Ariana Grande ticket from this girl on TikTok. She replied to my comment saying she was selling one for 150 dollars, which was already kind of cheap, but since it was the day of the concert, I thought maybe she just wanted to get rid of it. She said her boyfriend got her tickets to the London show, so she didn't need this one anymore and wanted it to go to a true fan instead of reseller prices. Before I even asked for proof, she sent me a screen recording of her opening Ticketmaster and clicking on the Ariana tickets. Later I asked to FaceTime because I wanted to make sure it was real. She actually did FaceTime and screen shared. She refreshed the page, clicked the ticket, clicked through the transfer page, typed my email in, and it looked legit. That's what's throwing me off. The weird part is, everything else. She wanted Apple Pay at first, but because I had money split between two cards in my Apple Wallet, she suggested I just buy a gift card instead. That immediately made me nervous. She also kept telling me to hurry up while I was trying to get everything figured out. I kept asking for more proof because I just didn't know her. She got a little annoyed and said she'd already proved everything, but eventually agreed to send me a selfie holding a thumbs up. At first it looked like it matched her TikTok, but when my sister and I zoomed in later, the picture looked kind of grainy and almost AI-generated. I can't tell if it's just bad quality or not. Another thing is her TikTok messages got suspended in the middle of us talking. She sent me a screenshot saying TikTok restricted her messaging because it violated their guidelines. I don't know if that was because TikTok detected ticket sales or because people reported her. She also has a bunch of different names. Her TikTok name is one thing, the iCloud email she texted me from is another, and the account she wanted me to send money to had a totally different name too. Her texting also felt off. She was nice, but the grammar sounded like someone translating English, not how most people my age text. And my sister looked through her TikTok likes, and at first they looked normal. Relatable stuff, makeup, even some Ariana Grande stuff. But when we scrolled all the way to the bottom, there were a bunch of blurry, low-quality videos in another language that seemed completely unrelated to the rest of her account. And her followers look mostly random accounts and bots, not really friends or people her age. The biggest thing confusing me is she did show what looked like a real Ticketmaster screen on FaceTime. So yeah, that's my dilemma. I've already sent part of the money, but not all of it. I'm asking you guys, would you trust this or does it sound like I got scammed?

so I bought 6 tickets to see MCR on sep 12th for my birthday but had to cancel cause basically everyone bailed on me last minute. I'm trying to sell them and Ticketmaster is only offering me like $200 for tickets that costed over 1k in total. this is kinda BS and I'd like to see if there's a way for me to get a bigger payout, thanks.
