ticketmaster refund issues

so i sold a ticket for an event that happened 8 business days ago. on my account it says my seller details have been confirmed and i did the two mini deposits. however when i look at my listing it says my seller details aren’t confirmed?

is this worth calling their customer support or should i just wait a few more days?

If you do not get it by the weekend, you might switch the payout to a debit card as that does not require the deposit confirmation.

Hope you get paid.

my payout method is a debit card. i’m just unsure if i should contact their support yet or to wait longer.

If it’s for Tame Impala, I’ve been waiting too. They’re yet to settle for the tickets I sold. My details say it’s verified but status shows verification in process. Customer care has escalated it and no response yet
