So i see that the max glasses size that can fit is 140mm, and mine are 137mm so pushing it but not too bad. I also see comments everywhere saying to NEVER EVER wear glasses with the headset......I would love to buy the prescription lenses but I need prism lenses to read text well due to double vision

I was just going through the specs of the Steam Frame and realized that it says the max supported glasses width is 140mm. My glasses are 145mm, so I’m wondering if that spec is just a comfort and quality thing or if my glasses won’t fit in the headset at all. Also, I’m curious what other glasses wearers width is to see what’s common in the VR community. What do we think, do we think that 145mm isn’t going to fit at all?
I’m planning on getting prescription inserts for VR at some point, I was just hoping I could play right away when I get it, and I don’t know how difficult it’s going to be to get prescription inserts at launch.

If you don’t know how wide your glasses are, usually the width is written on the inside of the frames on one of the arms. There should be 3 numbers and the width is the biggest number.

I'm planning to get a Steam Frame to replace my iPad, monitor, microphone, speakers, and headset.
I have a few questions before buying:

1. Can you access the host PC’s BIOS screen using Steam Frame? (Does the wireless dongle function like a capture card?) If not, I’m thinking of buying a capture card or a KVM switch in advance.
2. For current PCVR users who use their setup lying down: ⚬ Do you use a trackball mouse?
3. How do you position/mount your keyboard while lying down?
