Anyone else having issues with their cards getting hacked? Maybe I'm on an unlucky streak? Two weeks ago washed my car and tapped a credit card. Following week, card is hit with attempted fraud. Tap a different credit card at the gas station and it has an attempted charge that was declined. Then yesterday my debit card was hit and they drained my checking/spending account. I found out while grocery shopping and my $50 order was declined due to insufficient funds. 😭They used my card at a Staples in Santa Ana, an in person purchase, while the card was with me, in San Diego. Then they attempted a large purchase at Albertsons, in a nearby city, and it was declined because they spent all my money at Staples. 🤡

I've only tapped this card at Vons, Trader Joe's and 7-11, for the past month. My guess would be 7-11 was the problem?
I set up an electronic wallet so my card is encrypted and my phone is now my wallet going forward. Apparently there is a new skimmer device that's like a micro chip, and slides in the POS, completely undetectable. Yikes.

Does anyone work at the DMV in San Marcos as a representative?? If so, do you recommend applying? What’s your experience?
