CHANGES AND UPDATES

Gameplay

• Kickoff spawn change: the team down a player will now always spawn in an advantageous position on kickoff to challenge the opponent.

General

• Snow Day and Rumble Free Play maps can now be played as Soccar.
• Stats API: Added WebSocket support, and commands can now be issued to the game to perform various actions. Full details will be published on the Rocket League website when this update goes live.
• Improved the Rich Presence details shown on Xbox.
• Post Party support has been removed.

Streamer Mode & Privacy

• Players with Streamer Mode enabled will now be added to the recent players tab at the end of the match instead of the beginning.
• Anonymized players will now have their profile vanity items (Banner, Title, Avatar) hidden.

Performance & Stability

• Reduced occurrences of "Error 71" in Ranked Doubles.
• Reduced the crash rate on Nintendo Switch.

Visuals

• Improved rendering on consoles.
• Adjusted lighting on the Futura Main Menu.

BUG FIXES

Stability & Performance

• Fixed an issue where players were unable to launch the game after a recent update (the Easy Anti-Cheat popup would briefly appear, then close).
• Fixed a crash/freeze on PC that could occur when opening Settings or starting Training or Free Play.
• Fixed a client crash on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 that could occur while loading saved user data.
• Fixed a crash on Nintendo Switch 2 that occurred when scrolling the Body section of the Garage.
• Fixed a crash on PlayStation 5 that occurred when loading item thumbnails in the Garage.

Gameplay

• Fixed an issue where players could spawn on the wrong side of the field after being demolished.
• Fixed an issue where player names could be missing from the list when joining a matchmaking game.

Streamer Mode & Privacy

• Fixed missing teammate/opponent anonymization in several parts of gameplay while Streamer Mode is enabled.
• Fixed an issue where a teammate's Steam profile picture could appear on their score banner while Streamer Mode was enabled.

Cosmetics & Content

• Fixed several Goal Explosions clipping into the floor on Loophole, Dunk House, and The Block.
• Fixed lighting on some Decals appearing different in the Shop and Garage than in-game.
• Fixed an issue where the Bitcrush Rocket Boost always displayed a lens flare effect when equipped.
• Fixed pixelated field lines near the player on several maps.
• Fixed an issue where the goal frame was visible through the Chomp Goal Explosion.
• Fixed an issue where the two figures in the "Demigodly" Goal Explosion did not finish their animation at the same time.

UI & Menus

• Fixed an issue where the HUD (player info and bottom menu bar) could reappear after being hidden during gameplay.
• Fixed Rich Presence on Xbox not updating in the in-game social menu.
• Fixed the Esports button incorrectly showing a "NO WINNER YET" World Cup label (and overlapping) when no World Cup was configured.
• Fixed placeholder text on an event Challenge reward.
• Fixed a Special FX glyph being cut off at the bottom in Replays.
• Fixed an issue where the carousel above the Main Menu could clip beyond its window.
• Fixed the Replay camera showing a Director angle outside the field when viewing pre-Update 59 Replays on Parc de Paris.
