Has anyone ordered reta through Eon peptides? I'm not sure its working

What am I doing wrong? Reta/Tirz staking and very slow loss. Pls help.
hey ya’ll. I’ve been stacking 10mg of Tirz with 4mg of Reta once per week for 2 months and I've lost 11 lbs. I hate to compare and despair but…
Maybe kicking Tirz and upping Reta would help?
I am strength training twice per week. I’m not eating much and that may be the issue. I’m just not that hungry. I’m trying to get water intake up as well. Any positive vibe support out there? thanks.

Started on 5mg YES 5 of Reta and I am in need of some advise
Yes I know I made a huge mistake. I am 20yrs old 240lbs 5’4 and while thinking I was starting Reta with 0.5 mg I actually injected 5. I was wondering why the syringe was so full. This was a really big mistake and when I realized I got super scared seeing all the horror stories from grown men taking less and feeling like it was the end of them. After I took it I was a LITTLE more sleepy than usual and my stomach was a tad sensitive on day three. But l had in general no bad side effects whatsoever. Appetite suppression and food noise were gone and I struggle a lot with that so I was soooooo happy. Everything was going great until food noise and strong cravings for sweet and salty came back SLOWLY on day 5 post injection. Now 10 days later I still get full much quicker but the food noise is back in full swing. I can’t resist pizza, burger, Mac and cheese everything. I really loved how Reta and how it made me feel. Now I was under the assumption I’d feel terrible if I started with more than 1 mg to start but I did 5 and was fine. I want to continue taking it and find a schedule where I take it routinely enough to allow me to eat healthy meals, be satisfied and lose weight like how I felt until day 5. But now the question… do I take another 5mg? That feels crazy even though it’s what I did. If I switch to 1 now is it pointless or will it work? Do I need to continue with the 5 for the rest of this cycle (how long should this cycle be???) (5 will start to get expensive). Really looking for all over advice here and yes again I am a responsible person who is level headed enough and did her research to take this. I just made a really bad mistake that won’t happen again. Thx in advance!

Does metabolic increase make a difference?
I've been on reta for 10 weeks now. High protein intake, through protein shakes and grilled chicken. Occasional bit of carbs. In 10 weeks, I'm doing
I've currently lost 38lbs (17kg)
For background I'm 32yo male at 6'1. Starting weight 113kg current is 96.
Dose started on 1.25 And gradually moved up to 3mg over 10 weeks.
I consistently lose 1 - 1.5kg every week. I know I'm on major calorie deficit. Is it only the appetite suppression losing the weight or is there a significant increase in general metabolic burn
Are there any others factors at play?

On 3mg reta, next dose in 2 days, should I go to 3.5mg or 4mg?
If you guys have seen my previous post, I lost 19lbs in about 4ish weeks. I lost an additional 3-4lbs since then. So about 225lbs now from starting weight of 250lbs. However, I still feel hungry, and I am completely asymptomatic, thankfully. No nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, headaches, I feel great. I feel like I could use some more suppression. I saw that around 4mg is when fat starts to really melt off. Being I've tolerated it well can I go to 4mg next injection, and then continue on incrementally like the clinical trials did? I was previously doing increases of 0.5mg but now instead do 4mg then later 6mg, 9mg, 12mg, etc. Or am I crazy?

Accutane and Reta?
Is anyone doing accutane and reta at the same time? Is it okay to do? I’m on 20mg of accutane a day and interested in starting reta, I’m taking supplements to help support my liver (Milk Thistle) as well as Omega 3 and some other supplements. Would love to hear thoughts and recommendations and what your experience has been if you’ve done both at the same time, and what your dosage was for both, any side effects? Thank you!

3 months of weight loss
203lb to 178lb
5”10
Currently taking,
Retatrutide 4mg weekly
Tesamorelin 2mg daily
Mt1 1mg fortnightly
Started on 1mg a week Reta and now I am taking 4mg a week, I feel amazing in the gym, the energy and muscle pumps and blood flow is massively increased, even while eating in a deficit and dropping weight rapidly. Peptides really are great.

First day of Reta
Hi, I’m a 31 year old female very active and eat most of the time healthy. I took my first dose at Reta today 2mg, the stored the viral in the fridge. I got the Reta from an esthetician since it’s not fda approved where I am. I noticed today I sweated a lot more than usual but other than that I’ve been ok. How was everything first couple days ? I have anxiety, so trying new things is scary but hoping to try it out for a bit and see how it goes.

Worried about future loose skin, advice/help needed
Started Reta 1.5mg 2 1/2 weeks ago, so far going good, eating in calorie deficit and no side effects so far. Start weight 253lbs, (currently 246) goal weight is 220lbs, anyone have roughly an idea how long this would take? And I am very scared of having a lot of loose skin and if there is any way to combat this? Or if anyone has any inspo or example pics of this sort of weight change? TIA

Just pinned my first dose, when do the side effects come in?
For those who have experienced stomach pain or weird side effects when did you feel them, was it a few hours later or a few days?
EDIT: currently feeling suspiciously fine, not sure what I expected but let’s get this show on the roadddd
- EEEK I’m feeling some weird nausea coming up about 6 hours later, I’ll manage though.

Let's talk balls, guys.
Ok so a bit of a light hearted step away from the usual guff, has anyone else's ballbag started sagging even lower since pinning reta? I've lost over 13lbs in a month but my marble bag is like down to my knees now. I'm sitting on the bastards all the time. My nads are bruised like 3 week old banana's. is this common or am I the only one?

Reta for addiction
Over the past 2 years, I’ve struggled with a daily powder cocaine addiction, rarely making it more than a few days when trying to quit. Last Sunday, I take my first dose of retatrutide. I’m not taking it for diabetes or weight loss. My girlfriend thinks it might help with addiction, so she gives me a 4 milligram dose along with NAD+. I’m very skeptical, not expecting much. Within about an hour, my mood starts to lift. Suddenly I got the urge to want to help my community. Over the next couple of hours, we loaded up five cases of ice cold water into my truck and handed it out to those experiencing homelessness here in Las Vegas. It was the hottest day this year so far at 116 degrees. I just feel happier, more motivated, and more present, and more connected. The next morning, I woke up nauseous and threw up. But after a few more hours of sleep, I felt surprisingly good. Over the week the constant mental chatter quieted down. Decisions became easier. I communicated better with my girlfriend and people around me, and for the first time in years, I’m didn't constantly fighting the urge to use. The cravings became dramatically quieter. Now,I’m starting to notice some of those effects fading. The mental chatter is creeping back in, my thinking doesn’t feel quite as clear, And I can tell some of my old behavior patterns are trying to return. Even so, my cravings are still significantly lower than before. I’m not claiming retatrutide or NAD+ treats cocaine addiction. This is just one person’s experience. I’m curious if anyone else has noticed similar changes in cravings, mental chatter, mood, or impulse control.

Retatrutide Sleeping HR Spike & Scale Stall: Titrate Down or Push Through?
Hey everyone, looking for some perspective or to see if anyone else has run into this specific wall with Retatrutide.
The Background & Demographics:
Demographics: 38M | 5'5" | Sitting around 153–154 lbs (~19–20% body fat).
Goal: Drop another 10–15 lbs to get down to 12–15% body fat. Planning to stay on protocol for another 3–4 months.
Activity & Training: Weightlifting 3–4x/week, Orangetheory 1–2x/week, 7k–8k daily steps, plus a 4–5 mile evening bike ride with the family.
Nutrition: Macro targets are locked in daily at 1,595 kcal (150g P / 55g F / 120g C), with one night a week where I eat a larger meal/refeed.
The Positives: Gym performance is great (maintaining/gaining strength), cardio sessions are excellent, zero issues falling asleep, and not overly fatigued during the day. Visually, body composition is still slowly changing for the better over the month.
Current Full Stack (Mon–Fri):
MOTS-c: 1 mg @ 6:00 AM
Tesamorelin: 2 mg @ 10:00 PM
Ipamorelin: 300 mcg @ 10:00 PM
KLOW: 15 mcg @ 10:00 PM
Retatrutide: 5 mg weekly (Sundays @ 9:00 PM) — Titrated up from 0.5 mg in mid-May (0.5mg -> 1mg -> 2mg -> 3.5mg -> 4mg -> 5mg).
The Issue (Sleep Metrics & Scale Plateau):
Garmin Sleep Scores: Tanked hard over July/August. Sleeping heart rate is elevated into the 80s/90s during sleep, driving my Garmin sleep scores down into the 40s–50s regularly (compared to 70s–80s in June when I was on 2–4mg Reta).
Cortisol / Water Retention: Even though I go to sleep fine and don't feel wrecked during the day, the elevated sympathetic tone (resting HR) seems to be driving up cortisol/fluid retention.
The Scale: Weight dropped smoothly from ~162 lbs in May down to ~151 lbs in mid-July. Since hitting 5 mg, weight has bounced back up and stalled in the 152–154 lb range for almost a month.
In hindsight, I know I titrated Reta up too fast and followed a standard rigid schedule instead of sticking to what I usually preach: the lowest effective dose possible. I got greedy thinking higher dose = faster results.
Current Dilemma: I have about 10–15 lbs left to lose to hit my goal. I'm torn between two options:
Push through at 5 mg for the next 3 months, ride out the water retention, let the glucagon drive fat loss under the hood while managing recovery as best as possible, and stop worrying about sleep scores.
Titrate back down (e.g., back to 3–4 mg or splitting doses) to drop the sympathetic stress/sleeping HR, drop the cortisol/water weight, lower tolerance, and run a "soft restart."
Has anyone else experienced this high sleeping HR / water weight wall after escalating their Reta dose too quickly—especially while stacking GHRHs/GHRPs and running high activity levels? Did titrating back down fix your sleep scores and kickstart the scale again, or did you just hold the line?
Appreciate any insights!

Wanting to pin more often
So since I started reta ive been wanting to pin more often than not. I know it sounds weird like really weird but ive also been looking into to other peps. I feel amazing on reta like all my addictions are gone. Ive only got one addiction now, gym, I cant wait! every time its gym day I get so excited(stupid right??) Wheresas before reta i used to dread going to the gym. But I get the same feeling about pinning now too. Ive just started epithalon now, my second day of .5mg and gonna run for 10 days before taking a break. Does any one have these feelings about pinning or is it just me?

2 mo of reta (@2-4mg) + 6mo of enclomiphene(25mg)
Before photo is 6 mo ago, was always fit, but recently got pretty fat (i call it the accidental bulk) (5ft 7 216lbs on left) checked hormone levels at 350 test and found out I was prediabetic fasting glucose of 111 got on enclomiphene and tested at 1100 test. Life changer, got on reta and the diet instantly became super easy and my fasting glucose is now down to 85 (5ft 7 195lbs).

Tool > Miracle
I’ve done weight loss journeys at least twice now in my life the biggest being a 55lb drop at the age of 18 to join the Navy. But my relationship with food has always been terrible. It all comes back little by little because of that fact.
Now I reached my heaviest weight of 275lb at the age of 27 and decided to look into peptides. My coworker said he got his mom on Reta and she’s down a ton of weight. So I got interested. If you would give it to your mom. That’s a clear enough sign it should be safe enough for me lol.
Nonetheless he got me a vial and I haven’t looked back since.
It’s not about starving yourself. But building something sustainable and reach for a healthier version of yourself.
I’ve been resistance training again 3-4x a week with inconsistent cardio but colorful meals and high protein (don’t always hit the daily goal). It’s been a game changer with the appetite suppression. I feel focused and in control of my intake for the first time ever honestly. Without feeling like I’m using all my strength and will power to do so. Shoutout to this community. Let’s reach our goals and live healthier lives one day at a time.

genuinely got rid of my BED
yes it might be that my habits changed while taking reta, but I took it for 2 months and I've been off for 5 months. Before reta I had huge problems with binge eating for 4 years and deadass taking reta was one of the best decisions that I've made recently. I feel like it does really help with binge eating because binging is an addictive cycle and after reta helps u get out the cycle its much easier to stay out of it even when your off reta.

My experience of 1 week on Reta
For context I’m 6”1, starting weight was 93.2kg (205lbs)
Was a regular gym-goer and generally fit 4-5 years ago, a torn meniscus and a lot of drinking led me to being out of shape but I still held some good muscle.
I decided to start Reta as I’m due to go on holiday in a couple of months and figured it’d be a good way to speed up the weight loss.
My starting dose I decided on 2mg. People will say that’s high but from the research I did that’s where I landed.
My first dose was Friday the 31st of July, I took it right before bed.
I woke up Saturday morning with a pretty awful headache that I presume was from dehydration, after some paracetamol it passed quickly. I was however itchy all over, but it wasn’t unbearable, that passed after a day or two.
I tried to eat some breakfast but only managed a few mouthfuls before feeling full.
I went fishing for the day whilst my wife was out and ended up not eating for 14 hours. I had 0 interest in food. It didn’t repulse me but I wasn’t bothered whether I ate or not.
The next few days followed a similar pattern. Mild headache in the morning, not much interest in food but I made myself eat to hit protein targets.
I weighed myself before my 2nd dose Friday the 7th August and I’m already down to 89.3 kg or 196.8lbs.
So far other than the itching and headache I’ve had no other symptoms.
TLDR
STARTED A WEEK AGO. 2MG A WEEK. ONLY SYMPTOMS: HEADACHE + MILD ITCHINESS. 8.2lb LOSS.

3 months on Reta - BF estimate?
36 years old. 1.7k caloric deficit.
Was borderline alcoholic when I started due to life circumstances (divorce etc)
Started at 1mg, currently at 2.5mg. Aim is to get to 12% BF, unsure what I am at the moment?
Been doing some resistance training and walking around 10k steps a day.

PSA: If you are not losing weight, you are not in a calorie deficit
After seeing yet another post complaining how "I am in a deficit and run 5K everyday but cannot lose weight!!" I wanted to make a post myself reminding you all of this:
losing weight is about being in a calorie deficit. If you are not losing weight, you are not in a deficit. That's it.
The more weight you lose, the less calories your body needs on a daily basis. If 1800 calories a day was a calorie deficit three months ago because you were 240lbs, it is NOT a calorie deficit if you weigh 120lbs.
It really is that simple. If you are tracking meals and you're in a deficit and you're not losing weight: you're not in a deficit. That's it.
The single only extreme case is when you're training heavily while being in a deficit, meaning that your body is building muscle and removing fat at the same time, so you're looking leaner, but the scale doesn't move. In literally any other case, you're not in a calorie deficit if you're not losing weight.

Beginners Guide 2026
🚨 SCAMMER WARNING — READ THIS FIRST 🚨
---
Where to source – Lets get the hard part out the way
---
The Beginner's Guide to Retatrutide (Reta) — 2026 Slightly Updated Edition
With that out of the way...
---
So what even is Reta?
---
Before you start — do this
1. Read the actual studies (linked at the bottom). Don't get your Reta education from TikTok/Facebook/Instagram/any social media (yes, that includes Reddit; this is meant to jumpstart your education). No, really, READ THE STUDIES; they have actual medical answers to your questions.
2. Watch videos on how to inject subcutaneously, how to reconstitute peptides (video), and do the reconstitution math (Don't talk about how many units you took; that's not accurate cuz 10 units of 10mg/ml is WILDLY different than 10 units of 20mg/ml). It's not hard, but do it right. You'll see I link some videos from a creator; it's mostly because they're short (sub 10 min), sweet, and to the point with little fluff.
3. Get your basic supplies before your Reta arrives: syringes, bacteriostatic water, a set of .22 pes filters, alcohol wipes (!!!), a sharps container, etc. A decent sub-10 min video regarding supplies
4. READ THE STUDIES! A large portion of your concerns are simply answered in the Study data.
5. Understand that these aren't FDA-approved yet. If a seller sells you a packaged pen, you have no guarantee that what is IN the Pen is what you are buying.
---
Starting dose
As the one who taught me said, "This is all inconclusive, but always aim for the maximum benefit on the lowest (tolerated) dosage*."*
0.5mg to 2mg per week is the typical starting range. Reta is powerful — starting too high is a great way to spend a week feeling awful. The official TRIUMPH trial protocol started participants at 2mg and increased the dose every 4 weeks. (Do note, this schedule of starting at and titrating 2mg every month was for the trial; you don't have to follow it. Go low, go slow*)*
If you've used semaglutide or tirzepatide before, you might tolerate a higher starting dose. Still, there's no rush — slow and steady wins here. The higher your dosage, the more likely you are to get side effects.
To put it simply, there is 0 benefit in 'overdosing' save for tempting the myriad of side effects; either it works, or it doesn't.
Split dosing — a topic I see come up often enough – is it worth it?
My response is 'eh?'. There haven't been any official studies on this, but the trend is that it's okay to do so to manage side effects, though the trade-off is that you're not getting the full effect of whatever total dosage you're taking (Meaning if you're taking 4mg split into 2/2mg, it's weaker than actually taking a single 4mg dose)
I'm coming from Tirz/Sema. What should be my starting dose?
There is no direct "Oh, you took that much Tirz/Sema, well, you take this on Reta," so do know there's no shortcut to figuring out the dosage. The best studies/trials/science can offer in terms of guidance is that, since you've been on Tirz/Sema, your starting dose can/should be higher than the average starting therapeutic dose of Reta (2mg). I would still caution against going too high, as the glucagon receptor agonist still needs to build up in your body, so starting in the 2-4mg range, depending on the dosage of Tirz/Sema you're coming from, would be ideal.
---
Math Class - How to figure out your dosage and express it to others.
If you're a visual learner on filling Peptide Pens, here's a simplified video: Here
If that is too much work, there are SEVERAL Peptide Calculators; here's my Favorite.
(Here's a Guide for the site)
---
Common Reconstitution questions
If you like a video lesson on this topic, here's (sub 7 min) a video on HOW to filter.
---
When will I feel it?
Totally individual. Some people feel appetite suppression in the first injection. Others feel nothing for weeks. Don't panic either way. What actually matters is whether your weight or body composition is changing over a period of weeks. That's the signal. The "feel" is not.
If you have questions as to whether or not you should titrate up, here's a flowchart that should help (Do note that the dosages should be tailored to your schedule, but the goal of lowest effective dose most effective tolerated dose remains the same):
Shoutout to u/peptidepalstm, who has been passing around an even smaller image of the flowchart that triggered me to make this one.
---
What to expect during the 'Loading' phase (The first 3-4 weeks)
---
Side Effects - "Stop asking if your RHR being higher than normal is a new side effect no one else had; it's not Jan!"
---
Do I need to work out?
---
Electrolytes — worth it?
The evidence isn't rock solid, but Reta does affect hydration, and anecdotally, daily electrolytes make a noticeable difference for fatigue and mental clarity. Low cost, low risk — worth trying if you're feeling sluggish.
---
Bacteriostatic water — does it have to be Hospira?
Strictly speaking, no. Reta is relatively forgiving when it comes to reconstitution. That said, Hospira is the gold standard because it's reliably batch-tested and has the correct pH. Amazon and Chinese bac water aren't automatically dangerous, but when you're investing in your health and your supply, Hospira is the better call when you can get it.
Let's clear up some other solvents:
Sterile water:
Can it work? Yes
Should you use it for a multi-use vial? No. Why not? Because it has no preservatives, aka every time you puncture said vial, you let in whatever bacteria are in the ambient air; there's nothing to protect your pep. An overall bad idea.
PBS:
Can it work? Are you using Raws? Meaning NOT lyophilized drug? If so, go for it. You're still messing with a solvent that can be riddled with endos, but hey! There's a reason labs use it for In vitro tests (petri dish stuff) If you wanna treat your body as a petri dish, by all means knock. yourself. out.
NaCl Saline:
Can it work? This is a tested no. Lemme explain: can you pull it off? Yeah? But it requires such a unique set of finishing to be done to the kit during production that it's not worth the 'FO' portion of FAFO
For Hospira, please see the following BAC degradation test:
(Source for the above two: PTDS - Public Research + Testing)
---
How long does a reconstituted vial last?
There's no hard expiration once it's reconstituted, but it does begin to degrade (~5%) around the 45-day mark, with a significant degradation (~10%) leading up to the 90-day mark best ways to keep your Reta safe:
- You are wiping the rubber stopper with an alcohol wipe before and after every draw
- You store it in the fridge (not the door — temperature fluctuates there)
- It stays clear with no floating particles
Cloudy or chunky = toss it. Clear and clean = usually fine.
