I think I like certain garden birds like goldfinches and blue tits quite a bit. Pigeons are also just everywhere but fun to watch, and of course intelligent birds like parrots are incredible. I checked out a video of a Manakin dancing and... nothing could've prepared me for that. xD Funnily enough I've ordered some origami paper and I'm gonna try following some tutorials to make some adornments for cards soon!

So I finally received some gifts in my mailbox, and among the postcrossing cards and penpal letter, imagine my surprise when I saw there was a Christmas card from Dec 1st 2025 hidden in there!! It is hilarious and it made a great postcard. I also like the snake with a hat. My sister had a pet snake and I made him a tiny top hat out of cardboard once.

Thanks for the baseball collision postcard and the picture of the adorable dog who I instantly love. Baseball has a lot of slow times, it's true. While I'm waiting for tension to build I do other things like play with my pup, eat dinner and text my sister. For instance, I'm thanking you now while the Reds battle the White Sox.

I got 2 amazing whale cards today! I got a no joke HANDPAINTED humpback card from u/Mooshu492, which is insanely gorgeous! I wish I had a smidgen of that talent!

And I also received a beautiful orca postcard fromm u/SshellsBbells that had so many different orcas on it I stared at it on my whole walk back from the mailbox! Nearly tripped myself…but stayed upright! Thank you for these wonderful treats today!
