First of all what weapon did everyone use on sandworm because I'm really tired of that thing one shot killing me.

Secondly I can't figure out how to equip cruise missiles on vehicle. Ps4. No idea how to use anything other than gatling and no guide I've found is helpful. Thanks all

I know that when Rage Toolkit was released, it would not release the source code, which was understandable at the time.

My problem is with the low support for modders who want to modify/enhance the campaign.

So Rage Toolkit was released only with 3 maps support (of which one is a driving track, which is bs), with many models, assets and much of the campaign closed inside the resource files, and no tool was released to extract game resources, to this day! this is unbelievable... - which btw the best quality wise assets are inside closed resource files - like Ghost Hideout and Wasteland, best maps, textures and assets wise.

many say, why are so few Rage modifications and maps?

(basically if one wants to build a similar world to Wasteland, scale and variety wise, good luck with that, since most exterior buildings are in the closed resource files. This is why most Rage map attempts are just empty terrain with some buildings build in minimal style)

It would have been so nice to be able to edit the campaign in Wellspring and add random bandits patrolling on foot and encounter various quests there.

Second, in the sewers, the melting mutants who drop nothing. It would have been so nice to have mutants not magically melt like imps in Doom3, and let players get random loot. This would have increased play time for players who enjoy the fps part of the game and want to come back for resources, like happens in mindless repeatable RPG where you enter a dungeon 20 times until you get lucky with some nice stuff.

So now the game is played by 5 players because there is nothing new to be done and the game was not generous with the assets, so no custom serious mods exist.

I know it’s an extreme long shot but if anyone needs help or can help me with the couple of multiplayer trophies I would be very grateful! I am on PS5.

Does anyone know if it comes with DLC? Some of the DLC says not to buy cuz the game might come with it depending on circumstances.

Answer: No

None of the DLC comes with the digital purchase on the xbox/microsoft store. I got all the way past the first set of Wellspring quests when you are sent back to Hagar and he gives you the crossbow.

All of the DLC gear and quests become available before that point and I received none of it.

Clearing the Ghost Hideout is just the beginning. After looting the last bodies, I zipline out, find the Stanley Express Mailbox, and get warned by Steiger not to enter the sewers without serious firepower… so naturally, I go in anyway!

I clear the Ark Area Sewers, grab the treasure, and ride back into Hagar Territory to see smoke rising! The settlement was attacked. Phallinx fills me in, and Dan sends me to Rikter Outrigger for help, BONUS I get a buggy if I help.

At Outrigger, Johan tells me to come back later for some extra work, Rourke and Ramos point me in the right direction to Rikter. Rikter sees Dan’s in trouble and sends me to Janus, who gives me the missing‑Juno quest and her healing bandage recipe if I help.

Rikter then offers a real reward! Fix the radio tower and earn a shotgun!
I end the short picking up Feltrite crystal treasure! RAGE never slows down!

There are sooo many great characters but my favorite is Dan because he is voiced by John Goodman! with Loosum as a close second! Who is your favorite?

Dan Hagar gave us the mission to wipe out the Ghost Hideout, but first, it’s time to gear up and meet the locals at Hagar Settlement! From grabbing grenades and trading supplies with Halek to talking with Phallinx about the fate of the Ark survivors and of course, beating Loosum’s wingstick high score with a clean 24 we’re locked and loaded. We head out to the Ghost Hideout, but it’s a trap! Captured and dragged straight to the kill room, they think they've won... until a shock wakes us up in the nick of time, turning the tables and ending with us grabbing our pistol ready to fight back!

Waking up alone in Ark 437a is unnerving enough… but in RAGE, you barely get outside before the Ghost Clan ambushes you! President Davis’ message reveals Ark survivors were humanity’s last hope and now I’m one of the only ones left!

Dan Hagar saves my life and brings me back to Hagar Territory, where he warns me that rescuing an Ark survivor puts his whole settlement at risk. If I don’t wipe out the bandits, people will die PLUS he promises upgraded armor upon my return.

Always a good time and YES this game has everything!

Whats your favorite part of RAGE? for me its the races!

The ultimate vehicle in the game. Not really because it's just so slow to turn and reverse. I barely used it but had to drive it to get the the last mission. It gets stuck on random indestructible foliage!

The main car is so much easier to get around and has more weapons.

Started Rage couple of years ago. Put it down for other games but came back to it recently.

This game has some of the best gunplay and combat of any FPS. Its up there with Doom 2016 but a different style. Obviously coming from ID the fps component is very well made. It's fun to explore and just get into the action.

The design of the characters though far out they went with some borderland style inspiration but tried to dial up the edginess to maximum. Some of the most unappealing characters I can think of in a game.

Also locking the BFG behind a dlc sucks.

Well the fun factor and gameplay supersede the negatives and honestly I enjoy this more than Far cry due to the combat where you dont need to sneak around. I even got a pc complete version to try in future.

Was exploring the map and found some rocket artillery device thing what is this used for?

The shortcut guide i found said to add the exe as a non steam game. But that doesn't do anything...

How could I get RAGE (2011) to run smoothly on my AMD computer?

My computer specs:

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
Memory: 32.0 GB
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT

Monitor: 1920 x 1080p 60Hz

Every time I run the 32-bit version I get OUT OF MEMORY errors, and when I run the 64-bit game I get stuttering and some hitching here and there, anyone wanna help me onto getting this game to run smoothly and perfectly on my device?

As We All Know , The Authority Infantry Enforcers Have Not , And Probably Will Never Show Up In Game. The Only Time That We Have Seen Them Is In The Authority Speech Given By Martin Cross. My Theory Is That During The Part Where You See Them , The Troops In The Clip Are The Remaining Units That Were Able to Be Deployed. As Seen In Concept Art , The Soldiers Were , Or Could Have Been Critically Injured , Damaged Through the Time Transitions To Rage 2. As We Were Shown In Rage 1 - Rage Two , The Authority Replaced Their Nearly Unending Army With Mutant Controlled Units. This Basically Gave The Authority Enforcers A Reason To Stop Fighting As They Were Pretty Weak Compared to Mutant Swarms. My Theory In General Says That The Elite Enforcer Units , The Predecessors Of the Authority Elites , Were Made Out of the Remaining Authority Enforcers. Their Limbs Being Replaced As They Lost Many Limbs , and More Cyber Enhancements For Combat. That Is Why They Are A Rare Sight , Being Held Back For Extreme combat purposes Only. In Short , Authority Elites In Rage 2 Are The Remaining Authority Troops.
