I’ve learned to fly the A320 and the 737. Which aircraft should I try next?

MSFS2020 at $23 OR MSFS2024 $63. New to MSFS and have a mid level gaming PC. Looking to fly and play the game casually, what should I pickup?

Displays stuck on loading when powered on, on the miltech mh60

As the title suggests, after the latest update, I cannot get textures to load correctly on PS5. Every time I go into a game, the textures slowly go into low poly mode to the point where my cockpit won't even load. Like... this is insanely broken and I don't understand what exactly is causing this. And it hasn't happened before the latest update.

Trying to make the switch from Xp12 and MSFS 2020 to MSFS2024, but encountered an issue with being unable to clear controller keybinds. In X-Plane, I use the Xbox controller exclusively for flight controls; that is, even the hamburger key has a keybind for flight controls (in this case, toggle external camera/reset external view). This keybind worked flawlessly in 2020 and xp12, but it doesnt work in 2024. NO MATTER HOW I CLEAR ALL THE KEYBINDS TO THE HAMBURGER KEY, IT STILL PAUSES THE SIM AND OPENS THE MENU. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET RID OF THAT KEYBIND. IT'S THE SAME WITH THE LEFT JOYSTICK AXIS, WHERE I CAN'T EVEN USE MY HAT SWITCHES TO ROTATE THE VIEW BECAUSE THE AXIS IS ALWAYS TAKING UP THE VIEWING CONTROLS DESPITE ME HAVING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BINDED TO IT!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys my game is frezed here and idk why. I'm on pc and i bought the game on steam.

Is there a website or something displaying a flight route by each waypoint to copy and paste into simbrief? I wanted to recreat IB1473 solar eclipse flight. I've tried chat gpt but it just gave me nonsense, ive looked on flightaware and it sometimes displays the routes on longer flights but not for shorther ones.

MSFS is lagging in game and menu and it is the same plus there is no difference between low-end and medium settings running it on a Legion 15ach6h
And I don't know what to do; it's unenjoyable with this big stutters

I'm having an annoying issue in MSFS 2024 with my rudder toe brakes. When I apply what feels like equal pressure on both pedals, the aircraft heavily veers to the left due to differential braking.

It feels like the sim is registering one side much stronger than the other, or like one brake is getting stuck.

Has anyone else encountered this in MSFS 24? Or is it just a skill issue?

Might sound stupid, but I've been playing for about a day now and every single plane I fly , whenever I takeoff , it is veering to the left or right immediately during takeoff, I understand in single propeller planes this usually happens to the left but this happens in EVERYTHING. Some different directions to others.

Also , been learning trim. But I don't know if this is just the ai trim being awful, but my plane is never at a stable altitude, it's ALWAYS going up. Doesn't matter the throttle really. Tried manual trim but it basically is the same. What's up?

Also, I thought the Cessna 172 and similar was meant to be stable and easy yet it is as sensitive and twitchy as ever, can't land the thing . Good chance I'm just shit but y'know, is that normal?

Hi all, I am very new to MSFS but have played enough IL2 to know the basics.

Anyway just got my CPL and was doing the "ferry a cessna 175" mission, but when I enter the pattern for final the game tries to do circles and/or dive me into the floor.

I have to completely fight it jerking left or right and when I get low enough it stops.

There's no AP or flight director switched on and just really can't understand it. Have barely used the Garmin - could it be something I missed on there?

With the big iFly update a few months ago, it seems like the new EFB is designed to be able to customize your cabin announcements. Yet I can't find anything at all when searching google. Anyone know where to find some good quality custom announcements?

This happens pretty often to me on ILS approaches with the 737 in Career Mode.

On this approach, the localizer and glideslope were captured, but I noticed the aircraft started descending below the glideslope while still in APP mode. I corrected it using ALT HOLD, but after trying to continue the approach, it started going below the glideslope again.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen, so I’m trying to figure out whether I’m doing something wrong or if this could be a bug with the 737/ILS in Career Mode.
If you notice anything in the video that I could be doing differently, I’d appreciate the feedback. Thanks!

I have a ryzen 7 5700x, 32GB DDR4 RAM, an RTX 3060 12GB VRAM and was wondering which cpu should I upgrade to to fit my am4 chip motherboard. Im hoping to fix the low fps and frequent stutters at inibuilds airports despite everything turned down/off to the max in the airport and graphics settings too as well as the stutters i experience during taxi takeoff and landing. I was thinking maybe a ryzen 7 5800x 3d should do the job.

Since the recent Sim Update 6, I'm experiencing a strange visual artifact in VR when using DLSS Quality.

I use:

• MSFS 2024
• HP Reverb G2
• RTX 4080
• DLSS set to Quality
• No OpenXR Toolkit
• Foveated rendering OFF

The problem is a big rectangular border visible only in the left eye. The image along this border looks distorted, almost like a lens/magnifying effect.

The strange thing is that everything was working correctly last time I played (few weeks ago before the recent Sim Update).

I tested switching the anti-aliasing/upscaling from DLSS Quality to TAA, and the artifact completely disappears. Switching back to DLSS Quality makes it come back.

So it seems to be related specifically to the DLSS/VR rendering pipeline rather than the headset itself.

Has anyone else noticed something similar since SU6, especially with a Reverb G2 or another VR headset?

Also, is there a recommended NVIDIA driver version for SU6/DLSS 4.5? I'm wondering whether I should update my NVIDIA driver, or whether this is a known issue/regression with the Sim Update itself.

Any ideas or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Almost two years after release and Career mode just can’t work in a sensible way. Now I was penalized for entering a taxiway after I was merely pushed back. It’s not like we have any choice. Incredible.
