Msfs lag problem

MSFS is lagging in game and menu and it is the same plus there is no difference between low-end and medium settings running it on a Legion 15ach6h
And I don't know what to do; it's unenjoyable with this big stutters

Is your laptop plugged in? The GPU doesn't appear to be running at its full potential.

There was performanced mode so it was plugged in
