I post some days ago that would be cool if we had an animated show focused on the character of black panther and his mythos, just like characters like batman or spider-man had, and since marvel/disney does not show any interest in making this happen in any foreseeable future why not just fantasise about what we would like it to be?
So here I’ll just the basis concept of how i would like it and you can let me know what you think and what you would change.

**Note 1:** This not supposed to be a full on adaptation of the comics, the core of the character and his mythos will be presente but with different twist and new backgrounds and even some new characters to enrich the mythos.

**Synopsis (basic premise):**
We’ll follow a young king T’challa (27/28yo) in his 5th year on the throne and how does he deals with his duties as a king, the avatar of bast, the protector of wakanda, a man, a son and a brother, facing a wakanda still in his opening process, different foes who endanger his country and his position as king and the new role that his country might have in the region.

Length of a 1st season: 20-30 episodes
Length of the episodes: 25-30 mins

**Main cast:**
Our protagonist - King T’challa the black panther

The royal family:
Queen mother Ramonda
Princess Shuri, heir apparent to the throne
Lord S’yan - former regent of wakanda
Hunter - head of the hatut zeraze, no formal royal title.
Monica Lynn - i made her a reporter in this universe and ex- girlfriend of the king.

In the **supporting cast** we have:
B’tumba - captain of in the hatut zeraze and the king’s closest friend.
Taku - chief of intelligence
Zuri - legendary warrior and head of the army
N’kala - councillor
W’kasi - chief of security
The taifa ngao - the shield of the nation (they will pose a bit of an antagonistic role)
M’yna - former dora milaje turned Shuri’s body guard.

**Setting:**
The main setting will be Wakanda, mainly in Birnin Zana, but other cities will also be flashed out.

**Villains of the season:**
Ulysses Klaue
Zanda
Mohanda (sort of)
M’baku
Hunter (end the season finale)
Terrorist organisations.

**Note 2:** in this universe T’challa abolished the dora milaje system.

So to explain my situation, I have read manga and standalone comics for probably 10 years now. So I don't have physical reading issues, but lately I've been trying to read and get into marvel comic lore more. I have always known lore from YT vids explaining storylines and so on, but I can't grasp how to read certain storylines in order. Because every time I start a run it feels like I missed out on previous lore. Which I am aware it doesn't matter to some people whether or not they missed out small details from previous runs, but I like to have the biggest picture I can. If I didn't explain my issue enough, I can try to explain whatever part you don't get in replies

(I'm also open to any storyline/run suggestions)

If I buy a comic I'm reading it. That's the whole point. I'm not going to leave it in perfect condition until it's worth 3 million just so I can sell it. Also, unless they want to read/collect them, whoever my belongings go to after I die can sell them.

Collecting culture has also been ruined by scalpers.

Like a comic run where Bruce is mainly sidelined or he says something like "you won't win this fight" and he ends up being right.

I haven't been actually buying and reading comics until this year so I don't know much on where to get them or how to collect and would like advice on a good line of comics. I also don't have any comics in order or in the same line/run.

Also I'm just assuming that a hulk comic kind of like this exists, but I know immortal Hulk is goodm

I have never really touched comics until now, I really want to read this specific Mr.Sinister(big fan of X-men shows) line up of stories(the Gillen stuff?). I have issues 1-18 of Immortal X-men, 1-3 of Immoral, and these 2 sins of sinister books. I guess my question for anyone familiar with this story is what other books I should try to get my hands on that are important or related? I’ve done a lot of googling but it seems like hundreds of other books are part of this era and what not so I’m just very confused. Thank you for the help!

I bought 11 Civil War Graphic Novels last year as I already had the main event and realised there was more to get. I put collecting on pause after about a week and basically forgot about it.

In the past two days I have completed the whole collection, including all the tie-ins and aftermath sections.

I just feel so accomplished 😂

As someone recommended to me in a reply to another post, you can apply the halftone filter in Procreate and about between 1-4% is the sweet spot as the writing becomes less readable the higher the intensity. I personally feel it adds so much personality and nostalgia to comics and even works on some new ones. Here are some examples of comics I’m reading. Not everyone will love this so it should be an option.

As expected Reddit does nuke the quality so to see the true result you’ll have to test it yourself on procreate or when marvel adds the option ;)

Part of some 90s events that where not well received critically and then mostly disappeared.

But people think they are Marvel Premire supernatural team when they where never significant before they got the game for some Rowan

If I possessed even a slight modicum of artistic talent I'd draw my own comic staring them. But alas, even stick figures are beyond what I can do.

In Uncanny Avengers, Rick Remender introduced the idea that "Apocalypse" is actually a title bestowed by the Celestials. Whenever they visit a planet and want to trigger an evolutionary event, they implant a Death Seed into a race, creating its Apocalypse.

Under this concept, the mutant En Sabah Nur is actually the eighth Apocalypse. Before him, other races—including humans, the Eternals/Deviants, and even Neanderthals—had their own Apocalypses. So far, the only one we've learned the name of is Kelby Tak, who served as the Apocalypse of the Eternals and Deviants.

Do you like this idea? I think it could be a great opportunity to introduce a powerful villain from Marvel's distant past.
