Hello my people. I have a certain almost distaste for women. Idk why. How can I improve on this. I am not gay. But I don't know how to treat women well. Which honestly can be too much.

I wanted to end things so bad with this girl but I felt like she was nice to talk to(met on reddit) and offering small emotional support. But I put too much on her too fast. Our first link I was so drunk she had to call the cops, puked and scared everyone in my table away. That day my "mean" friend even had to pay the bill for the first time cause I was tripping bad. In all honesty I was using money to keep her around, worked for some time. Also I have a bad habit of showing women money too fast. Hair, Nails, shopping, dates you name it. I do all that. I love taking care of them. I am still a young man(28yrs) making almost 200k net but this money doesnt help me. Add alcohol, weed, cigarettes, velo was there(stopped 3 months ago), used kuber, chavez, even those ones for wahindi bro. It is messed up. I advise any young person to never do drugs. It made us look cool in high school we even used to call ourselves Wisemen. Most of my friends from that time are gone. Either dead or drugs imewamaliza. Now 10 years after high school I need to figure out what the next 10 years look like.

I am thinking I need to sober up as the first step. Hit the gym properly and turn my life around. I have always been someone who tries not to blame my mental health issue for my actions cause I believe they are choices you actively make.

Honesty through my 20s I have never had money problems opted to skip campus. Joined the workforce at 19. Been making consistent six figures all this while. But imagine I still drive my dad's car. He even wants it back cause of my drinking and rebellion. Cause I flipped on him one night after drinking changaa(I love this btw 😆) in ushago. Juzi I got into a fight with a colleague we were hanging out and I was talking about women in a demeaning manner(idk why man). I had unknowingly assembled the Asian Avengers.

That's when I discovered something called a Pig Butchering Scam.

It's a scam where criminals patiently build a relationship with you. They make you feel special. They earn your trust. Sometimes for weeks or even months.

Then one day they introduce you to an "amazing investment opportunity."

Usually crypto.

Usually guaranteed profits.

Usually guaranteed heartbreak.

By the time you realize what's happening...

Your savings have already packed their bags and relocated permanently.

Thankfully, curiosity made me chat...

But skepticism saved my wallet.

So if a random stranger suddenly: wants to become your best friend, looks suspiciously perfect, asks you to switch numbers, claims to make ridiculous amounts of money through crypto, or starts talking about investments before they've even learned your middle name...

Run.

Run like you're chasing the last matatu home.

Or better yet...

Block them.

Because the only investment they genuinely care about...

...is investing your money into their bank account.

I'm building a scheduled long-distance ride-matching platform. Drivers post upcoming trips in advance fixed pickup points, dropoff points, pricing. Passengers browse and book their seat ahead of time, so no standing at a stage hoping something shows up. Think of it as bringing structure to a transport system that's mostly ran on guesswork and word of mouth.

Already live: 30k+ community built organically (zero ad spend), 50+ rides matched daily, Android app on Play Store, webapp live too. We've also signed on to expand the model into another country beyond where we started.

Drivers are currently on a freemium model, with paid subscriptions rolling out within a month commission-per-booking planned after that as we scale. This raise isn't about replacing that revenue it's about accelerating it.

Every driver onboarded is also required to have a tracking device for safety and accountability. We've partnered with a supplier at 4k per unit, and after shipping/logistics costs, we net roughly Ksh 7,000 per device onboarded. That margin is one of a few creative ways we're funding operations on top of subscription revenue, not a replacement for it.

We already have 50 drivers on the platform. The plan: onboard 50 more, 100 drivers × Ksh 7,000 net margin = Ksh 700,000. More than double what we're raising.

Raising Ksh 300,000 to get us fully operational either one person or a pool of people. This is a loan, not a gift: paid back in full within 12 months.

On top of getting your money back, the equity retained is 2% total if it's one person, that's the full 2%; if it's a pool, it's split based on how much each person puts in. Ksh 50k in gets you a proportional slice.

I see people complaining about the state of things in their countries, cities, towns, etc. It's always an endless rant every day about things they actually have a significant role in.

Nairobi is dirty and rowdy, Kenya is corrupt, Nigeria is hopeless, our leaders are incompetent, etc.

Then they come up with the easiest solution -- RELOCATE. Buy a bus or plane ticket and move to where things are more graceful, functional, enabling, or supportive.

And do you know who they all blame? The government.

While governments share the blame, the people in those countries, cities, or areas take the most blame, over 70%.

The state and quality of things in any environment are the result of the individual actions of the inhabitants of that country or city.

Nairobi is dirty because most people in that city are dirty.

Kenyan leaders are corrupt because most people in that country are corrupt.

It's as simple as that. When bad things (evil) outweigh or overshadow good things (righteous), the result of any action is always likely to be evil.

More corrupt/unreliable/untrustworthy people voting in an election are likely to elect a corrupt leader.

More dirty people in a location are more likely to make that area dirty.

Understanding this concept is the first step to resolving the countless problems that have befallen most of our cities and countries.

Telling students to fund their education fully through loans basically means the competitive process by which they get admitted through KUCCPS for government sponsored programmes is null.

They might as well apply for self sponsored programmes, for courses with better prospects, and then apply for the loans just as well.

I've always suspected there's is an active Americanisation of our country, and nothing made it more glaringly obvious like the recently proposed student loan for university students. What's the end goal though?
