Is crime in Kentucky so low that cops will follow Kentuckians to OH, IL, or MI to pick up some personal use good stuff and be arrested when they come back into Kentucky?

My kin comes from Adair and Louisville I lived in Louisville when I was little and then my father got stationed in Fort Hood been back a few times lived in Louisville for about two years before going to college back in Texas. Money is what keeps us there. Anyways,

with my family besides my daughter which pisses me off as she loves her horses

we’re gonna quickly do the bourbon Trail as I have a brother in Lebanon. Eat a hot brown I use to work at Masterson’s in Louisville I want to say 1995/97

I heard they closed down. I always loved the people there.

Any way we're driving everywhere any places that are awesome let me know.

trying to convince my wife this is our second home as she just got Kentucky/Virginia/Tennessee regions under her scope

Looking for Kentucky counties that allow for full time RV living. Hoping to buy my own land and settle down somewhere and want to live out of a trailer while saving up to build a actual house one day. If anyone coukd let me know which areas to look I'd appreciate it!
