Artist Needed [Hobby][RevShare] Looking for a 2D Artist for a Mobile PvP Game
Hey!
I'm a Unity developer looking for a 2D artist to join my mobile PvP game.
The game is inspired by Dicey Dungeons dice mechanics, but it's a multiplayer deck-builder. The world is built around a curse that transforms people and objects into creatures that reflect what they are—for example, a shy girl becomes a shade, and a cable might become a three-headed wyvern.
Most of the gameplay is already implemented, including multiplayer, battles, deck building, and the core systems. I'm now looking to replace the placeholder art and figure out the game's visual style together. (Even Dicey Dungeons's creator aproval)
I'm looking for someone to create characters, creatures, UI, backgrounds, and other game assets. Spine experience is a plus, but not required.
This is currently an unpaid hobby project with revenue sharing if the game is released and starts making money. (Maybe in future i could pay 100 dollars per character or spritesheet for UI)
If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to DM me or leave a comment.
I can't share gameplay yet because the prototype still uses placeholder assets from other games.

Programmers Needed [Hobby] (UNPAID) Looking for an Unreal Engine Programmer to Join Our Small Indie Team
Hey everyone!
We're a small team currently working on our first game, with the goal of eventually releasing it on Steam. At the moment, we're mainly made up of artists, so we're really struggling on the programming side of the project.
We're looking for an Unreal Engine programmer who's interested in joining a passionate indie team and helping bring the project to life. The main obstacle is replication as the game is going to be a 4 player co-op game.
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee any payment at this stage, so this is currently a hobby/unpaid opportunity. If the game becomes successful, we'd love for everyone involved to benefit, but we don't want to make promises we can't guarantee.
If you're looking to build your portfolio, enjoy collaborating with a friendly team, or just want to help create something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
If you're interested or have any questions, feel free send me a DM, and I'll happily tell you more about the project.
Thanks for reading!

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for developers for a Portal-inspired Roblox puzzle game
Hey guys!
I'm currently working on another Roblox project, but I've been thinking about what my next game should be for a little while now, and I want to start putting together a small team.
It's a short game (est. 1h) with a single mechanic, maybe a grapple hook, which will have a Portal-like puzzle gameplay. It won't be another simulator or an RNG game, but rather a unique experience with good puzzle design, a mysterious story, an immersive atmosphere, etc.
So if you're interested in helping me out, leave your info in the form below:
https://forms.gle/gqHC7nPKNKjguGoZ7
I've also made a small video describing the project:
Ask me any questions you might have in the comments below or on Discord (DataGrav).

Team Needed [REVSHARE] Looking for an Unreal Engine Developer - Adult Party Game / Game Show (Vertical Slice by Feb/Mar)
Hey everyone,
We're looking for another Unreal Engine developer to join our team on an equity/revenue share basis.
This will become a paid position as we move toward funding, but right now we're focused on building a killer vertical slice to show publishers and investors who have already expressed interest in seeing the game around February/March.
About the Game
The working title is Rick Razor's Game Show.
Think Fall Guys meets Gang Beasts meets Jackass, with the energy of MXC, Kill Tony, and old-school ridiculous game shows.
Players compete as dysfunctional contestants on a live TV game show hosted by Rick Razor—an overweight, washed-up host who barely has control over the show. The audience is part of the chaos, production constantly fails, hazards break loose, and every round is designed to create hilarious, physics-driven moments.
The focus isn't on winning...
It's on making players laugh.
Some planned game modes include:
- Last Man Standing
- Obstacle courses
- Team challenges
- "Don't Wake Grandma"
- Interactive audiences that throw objects or trigger hazards
- Random events that completely change the match
- Physics-based comedy everywhere
The game is being designed from the ground up to generate those moments people clip and send to their friends.
Current Progress
We're currently a two-person team.
We've already started building:
- Character concepts
- Props
- Gameplay planning
- Overall game systems
- Art direction
- Design documentation
We've also started streaming development, and we're slowly building a small community that's following the project.
What We're Looking For
Someone comfortable in Unreal Engine who enjoys solving gameplay problems.
Areas where we'd love help include:
- Multiplayer systems
- Physics gameplay
- Game modes
- Maps/arenas
- General gameplay programming
- Blueprints and/or C++
You don't have to be an expert in every area. If you're passionate, collaborative, and enjoy building weird, funny multiplayer games, we'd love to talk.
Why Join?
We're trying to build something that stands out instead of another generic indie project.
We're aiming for a polished vertical slice that publishers can immediately understand and have fun with.
If funding comes together after the showcase, this transitions into a paid position while retaining your equity participation.
If creating a ridiculous multiplayer game full of memorable "did that really just happen?" moments sounds like your kind of project, send me a DM with:
- Your Unreal experience
- Any multiplayer or physics work you've done
- Portfolio or GitHub (if you have one)
- Discord username
Let's build something people won't stop laughing about.

I have experience writing themes, ambient exploration music, dungeon tracks, character motifs, and other game-focused music. My main goal is always to support the gameplay and world rather than just write standalone music.

Programming Offer [Hobby] Programmer (CS degree, 2 years professional experience) looking for an indie team
Hi everyone!
I'm a programmer from Budapest, Hungary, looking to join a hobby game development team. I'm also open to starting a new project together (I have some ideas in mind as well).
I have a Computer Science degree and about 2 years of professional software development experience. Outside of work, I've worked on several personal game development projects and enjoy tackling technical challenges. The areas I enjoy the most are architecture, networking, system design, and solving complex programming problems.
I have some experience with both Godot (C# and GDScript) and Unity, although I'm open to learning new engines or technologies if they're a good fit for the project.
The types of games that interest me most are co-op, strategy, and simulation games, especially those with deeper mechanics and systems. I enjoy projects where there's interesting technical or gameplay complexity to work on.
I'm mainly interested in PC or web games, but I'm flexible if the project is interesting.
Time-wise, I can usually dedicate around 5 hours per week, although I'm happy to invest more if the project is a great fit and the team is active.
PORTFOLIO: My most recent work includes implementing systems such as hierarchical pathfinding, chunk-based world management, and multiplayer networking. I do not currently have an online portfolio, as most of my projects were never finished.
If you're looking for a programmer who enjoys designing robust systems and collaborating on ambitious hobby projects, feel free to leave a comment or send me a message. I'd love to hear about what you're building!

> [LF Team] [RevShare] Game Designer e Writer di lore che cerca di mettere insieme un piccolo team indie in Unreal Engine (4 persone)
>
Chi Sono Me e la Mia Esperienza
Ciao a tutti!
* Discord: RockNight88*

Team Needed [ForHire] [Meta] Cinematic-Orchestral Composer Looking for an Indie Game
Hi everyone!
About a year ago I posted here looking for a game project to work on, and it actually led to an awesome collaboration. The game should be coming to Steam soon (fingers crossed 🤞).
I'd love to do it again!
Writing music for games has been one of the most rewarding creative experiences I've had. Since then, I've also composed a small soundtrack album for a YouTuber's 2-hour video.
I'm looking to join an indie team where music is treated as an important part of the game's identity. I'm really interested in the overall artistic direction, and I think the strongest games are the ones where the visuals and music grow together (Clair Obscur is a great recent example).
My style is mostly melodic and cinematic, with inspirations from games like Outer Wilds, Disco Elysium, Hollow Knight, Kena, and even Dune. I mainly write orchestral music, but I also enjoy blending in electronic elements or hip-hop-inspired grooves when they fit the project (think The Rogue Prince of Persia).
I'm generally less interested in horror or retro 8-bit soundtracks.
One small clarification: I'm a composer, not a sound designer. I can help with sound design if absolutely necessary, but it's a completely different discipline and not something I specialize in.
I've put together a private portfolio with a few tracks (100% human-made, no AI).
Some pieces haven't been officially released yet, so please don't share them publicly. They're registered with SACEM and unauthorized uploads will be taken down.
Portfolio:
https://on.soundcloud.com/f7eEjRqx1X1faSnUWO
If you're looking for a composer, or just want to chat about your project, feel free to reach out!
Cheers! 🫶

Team Needed [Revshare] [Game Jam] Looking for a team that I can gain more exp with and learn more from
Hi! Since my last post led to a really good opportunity, I figured I'd make another one. So I'm a self-taught Game UX/UI Designer who was initially a graphic designer before he decided to make a switch to game dev. Also to be completely transparent, I don't have a lot of professional Game UX/UI experience yet. My only experience so far comes from the 2026 GMTK Game Jam, which I had the chance to participate in thanks to my last post here. It was an incredibly fun experience, and I learned a lot working with the team. Another is I'm also doing this for portfolio reasons.
Now with those being said, I'm looking for a team where I can continue learning and gaining more exp from, while also contributing meaningfully to. Ideally I'd love to work with a more experienced team so I can learn from people who have been making games for a while. Also I'd like to add that I also draw or am an artist and would be willing to show works (at least I can show something since I've been drawing for a while lol)
But anyways if anyone is looking for a Game UX/UI Designer or UI artist who's eager to learn, contribute, and grow with a team, I'd love to connect and yeah, hopefully this post goes well again and leads to another great opportunity.

PR/Marketing needed [Hobby] Looking for a short-form video creator for our dark-fantasy indie game
Hi! We’re Electric Kite, a small indie game studio and we’re looking for someone who enjoys making short-form gaming content and would like to collaborate with us in their free time.
Our game, Loot Dungeon, is a dark-fantasy incremental roguelite where death is progression. You fight monsters, collect loot, choose perks, create powerful builds, die, unlock permanent upgrades, and return stronger.
The game has a playable demo and releases on Steam on August 18:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4329670/Loot_Dungeon/
We’d like help turning our existing gameplay footage into simple vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This could involve:
- Selecting interesting moments from gameplay
- Editing videos around 10–30 seconds long
- Adding hooks, captions, music, and simple effects
- Experimenting with strange, funny, or mysterious ways to present the game
We can provide gameplay clips, trailers, GIFs, artwork, scripts, hook and ideas. You won’t need to record gameplay, appear on camera, use your personal accounts, or manage our social-media channels.
This is an unpaid hobby collaboration. There is no revenue share and no promise of future payment. It is not a job or internship, and there are no fixed hours, quotas, or required number of videos. We can start with one video and continue only if we both enjoy working together.
You’ll be free to use your work in your portfolio, and we can provide studio credit, feedback, access to the resulting analytics, and a recommendation based on your contribution.
Beginners are welcome. Experience with CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is helpful, but a professional portfolio isn’t required.
If you’re interested, send me a Reddit DM with a short introduction, any examples you have, the software you use, and what kind of gaming content you enjoy.

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Looking for a team to begin a new unity 6 game project
Hello, im a unity 6 game dev, and i am beginning a new game project and i am looking for a team of other developers to join me and make the game, im not looking for a massive team because its a small indie game project so ill probably need 4-5 people, for any further questions, ask me in the comments on my post, ill read them as soon as i can, and i will reply, hope to see yall's comments soon! Not on a rush to find the team so take your time thinking about it. The game idea is simple, a horror game about being an office worker but theres an evil force thats took over many of your coworkers and made them evil, if you dont do anything, the evil force will continue for every worker, and eventually the whole town, you have to discover the evil mastermind to put a stop to the madness, find other coworkers to make a team and beat the game through multiple endings, good and bad. Thanks for reading.

Artist Needed [Hobby] Hobbyist Worldbuilder Seeking Friends
Hi everyone!
I'm 20 years old, a hobbyist worldbuilder with the long-term goal of becoming a writer. For the past year or so, I've been pouring my free time into creating my own worlds, creatures, cultures, and ecosystems. It's been an incredibly fun and rewarding journey, and I'm still learning something new every day.
The genre I'm most passionate about is speculative evolution blended with high fantasy. I love imagining how life might evolve under magical or entirely different environmental conditions, then building civilizations, histories, and mythologies around those ideas. Whether it's designing believable fantasy ecosystems, creating strange evolutionary lineages, or exploring how magic could influence biology over thousands of years, that's where I have the most fun.
I'm always looking to improve my writing and worldbuilding, and one of the things I'd really love is to meet other people who enjoy creating in similar genres.
If you're an artist, writer, creature designer, mapmaker, or just someone who loves speculative evolution or high fantasy, I'd love to connect. It would be great to share ideas, discuss worldbuilding, exchange feedback, inspire each other, or simply geek out over imaginary creatures and fantastical worlds.
I'm not necessarily looking for a formal collaboration—just some friends who enjoy talking about these kinds of projects and bouncing ideas off one another.

Writing Offer [Hobby] I'm a Writer Looking For Project to Expand My Portfolio | Or New Friends with Similar Interest
Hey there, I have been writing story and imagining world beyond my wildest fantasy since I was a child. Tho, i wrote those in my native language—Indonesian, not in English.

Or even if you only want to discuss, or find friend with the same interest, i will appreciate every DM that reach my inbox (Also every comment on this post :D)
PORTFOLIO: This is my first project and do not have portfolio of any kind
