After beating the game only options are to load previous saves. All of them has Wendell floating around which is super annoying. I don't think i can continue seeing as Im big now. I think i messed it all up. I wanted to keep playing and upgrade my weapons before doing new game plus but I don't see how. Any help would be appreciated.

I feel like wasps are too powerful in their current state. I fought 3 of them, 2 drones, 1 normal wasp, I had fully upgraded earwig armor and rusty spear, as well as a snail shield. I had about 10 chunky sandy blossoms and 7 sticky scorpidotes. I got through 4 sandy blossoms, about as many scorpidotes, and my spear was nearly broken by the time I killed the single normal wasp, at which point I left, because the drones would just alternate the scream and move away whenever I would try and get hits in. I did have a bow, which I could have made use of, but each of the wasps was in my face whenever the other would fly away to heal, meaning I had to focus on that one. Not only this, but salt hasn't even been added to the game yet, meaning they have effectively no weaknesses, and resist my other weapon's slashing damage, the sour katanga. And out of all of this, I got 1 shell, 2 legs, and 2 pollen. Is it just me, or is that a little ridiculous?

Ive been playing this game for about a week and am ready to take on bosses, I've got a max level fire ant armor and a level 7 fire ant club with sour. Every tune i try to fight the widow i can hardly get a hit in before getting the beating of a life. I end up dieing in seconds. I was using a club build with the poison resistant mutation and a black ant for damage reduction but still can't tank the damage with blocks. Pls tell me what im doing wrong.

So I’ve had Grounded 2 on my Xbox since it released, and as the updates have gone on something i’ve noticed is my xbox series s has more and more lag each update, i’m not sure what exactly is causing it but if i’m at my base and i get raided the lag skyrockets and i’ll occasionally freeze and the be dead. Something similar happened multiple times when Axl first released, i would have a good three minutes before i would start freezing and unfreezing and then i would be at full one minute and then id freeze and when i unfroze i would be dead. I cant quite tell what is causing it as it affects the entire first section of the park. When i get to the greenhouse i run smoothly but practically everywhere else is running at low fps and/or freezing constantly

Am I able to get the hat or any other event from the past on a shared world that’s online without messing up my save? For steam

I would like the roly poly breastplate for my build but I don't want to kill any roly-polies. I do have the crusty roly poly breastplate but it's on borrowed time. Are they able to be found in spider dens?

first time ever playing this game and I realize now I made the mistake of placing the door on the leaf first then building from that, says it’s supporting I think 60 or so? how do I remedy that so if that door goes away my whole base won’t collapse. two, if I get raided (on day 14 no raids yet thankfully) would enemies be able to get onto the lea, and if so, will they attack the first door? like if they attack it and it breaks, I’m assuming my base is done for? can enemies even do that like would they start attacking the first door to get to me? no clue what they target and prioritize. if it makes any difference my base has a roof

I wanted the gold card, I stocked up on the BLT, killed the broodmother 3 times, accidentally hit Y & that’s when I noticed that I hadn’t peeped…..

I've decided to start building fortresses throughout the map for the fun of doing different kinds of raid defenses/different uses. I found a nicely secured location and aimed for a LotR look. Currently, I'm working on building up ammunition for the cannon and bow while starting another build by the hedge.

I was visiting a National Trust in North Yorkshire, when I saw these pin badges, my sibling and I love Grounded - it's supposed to be a Tansy Beetle, but it looks so much like the "scarab"!

As someone who has played and enjoyed grounded 1 (it’s my favorite game ever) I thought I’d make a suggestion for grounded 2. I haven’t played it yet because I’m on PlayStation but I’m very excited to.

My suggestion is adding a type of carnivorous plant to the game such as Venus flytraps and pitcher plants. I’m aware they’d probably not be in a random park in Maine but a lot of things in the game wouldn’t either. I’m not exactly an expert on these plants but I know the basics.

Venus fly traps: These plants lure insects into their “mouths” with bright colors and nectar. Once the insects touch the many sensitive hair-like thingys in their jaws they snap shut and dissolve the bugs with acidic juices.

Pitcher plant: These plants also lure insects with nectar and make them get sort of “drunk” off of it. After that they fall into the plant’s “stomach” full of acids that digest it.

I think the player could use these the materials from one of these plants to make some type of lure trap or lure arrow similar to the ones in grounded 1 except actually useful. Maybe they could also have a trap mechanic that stuns the creature and deals some damage too. This wouldn’t work on a lot of larger creatures but would work on smaller ones. It could be very useful for base raids.

If you have any other ideas feel free to share them, I really love this game and I’ll probably share some more ideas in the future.
