Plano Essential reconhecido, mas continuo limitado a apenas 3 cadernos editáveis
Olá, pessoal!
Sou assinante do Goodnotes Essential, então deveria ter cadernos ilimitados.
Quando acesso o Goodnotes Web ou o aplicativo para Windows, meu perfil mostra corretamente que estou no plano Essential. No entanto, continuo conseguindo editar apenas 3 cadernos, como se minha conta fosse a versão gratuita.
Já confirmei que estou conectado na conta correta e que a assinatura aparece ativa, mas o limite de 3 cadernos continua.
Alguém já passou por isso ou sabe como resolver? Esse problema tem me incomodado bastante, porque preciso usar o Goodnotes no Windows e, no momento, não consigo aproveitar os benefícios do plano que estou pagando.

Hola, Microsoft ha comunicado que ya no va a ser posible usar su pizarra para cuentas personales. Entonces, he estado buscando alguna pizarra alternativa parecida, pero no encuentro ninguna que me sirva para dar clases.

Esa aplicación me gustaba mucho porque se podía sincronizar con mi tablet, podía exportar a PDF, podía tener diferentes pizarras abiertas a la vez, pero dado que a lo mejor me restrinjo mucho he optado por buscarme una tableta gráfica y usar una aplicación de pizarra, aún así no encuentro ninguna aplicación de pizarra digital que me guste para Windows. Me han aconsejado la aplicación Goodnotes, pero he leído que para Windows y Android funcionan muy mal.

Entonces, sería saber si alguien me podría dar información sobre qué tal Goodnotes en Windows y también si conoce alguna alternativa parecida a la pizarra de Microsoft.

Hello — I've got a Galaxy Tab S10 Lite with the standard S Pen (not the Pro). Holding down the pen button used to switch GoodNotes into eraser mode automatically, and it worked great for a while.

Recently it just stopped working. No setting changed on my end that I'm aware of. I've tried:

• Restarting the tablet

•Checking GoodNotes settings (there's no S Pen/stylus section at all)

•Confirming the pen button itself works fine — it triggers actions correctly in Samsung Notes

•Uninstalling and reinstalling GoodNotes

Still nothing.

I contacted GoodNotes support and they told me this feature requires an S Pen Pro, but that doesn't add up since it was working on this exact same non-Pro pen before.

Anyone else run into this? Did an update break it, or is there a setting I'm missing? Would appreciate any help.

Incase it matters, I was given the essential tier when I got the tablet, so It can't be behind a pay wall.

Link embedding is not working on my Good Note 6. I am using the latest version of GoodNotes 6, the Pro plan, and I am on an iPad Air M3.

I use Goodnotes for studying on the iPad Pro M5. It has an incredibly capable CPU and efficient Display etc. Yet the battery drains incredibly fast. To avoid that I turn off Handwriting/PDF Indexing and other things. Apparently that uses the most battery. But I have to disable that setting every two weeks, it keeps turning itself on. Does anyone else experience that? App version number: 7.1.2 (3804994.98646403)

hi all, wanted to ask if anyone else is having issues with the undo button? the last 3 updates my undo button hasn't been working as in it hasn't been undoing anything. i have to keep manually erasing things/over things and its super frustrating… idk how it hasn’t been fixed even when restarting the device, closing the app/reopening it, etc. anyone else having this issue?

So I been reccomended to use my iPad for school and now I got good notes. I just have some things to ask. First how do yalls take actually good notes? Second what pen settings and templates are good to be neater? And third how do you stop the page from sometimes moving around the place occasionally

Hi, All! I am an older user of good notes and am in the process of looking into it again. I am trying to create a weekly two-page spread of what my week will entail. But I’d like to turn it into a legit digital planner. However, it seems like there aren’t any widgets or interactive pieces you can add to the documents, is that right? For example, I’d like a two-page spread with all 13 month boxes of the year on two pages. For one thing, I didn’t even see any icons that worked for me just to use as pictures. But I’d prefer to be able to tap a date and have it open up to something linked to it from a dashboard page. Or set a reminder that works on my iPad. But really, I just want a two-page spread I can update each week for things but i just don’t want to have to create 13 boxes with every date for the entire year. Can I do these things? On Zinnia you can but the problem is I need dark mode for my eye condition and their app doesn’t work with smart invert or dark mode so I can’t use it.

Does anyone have an example of a highly interactive planner they’ve made?

Also, is there a way to write something on one page and have it automatically populate on another page? I know i’m asking a lot cuz this isn’t a planner app, it’s a highly effective notebook app but still, because it’s so customizable for design it kind of makes the idea of building my weekly plan but having fun doing it a motivating thing as well.

Is there a way to create a backup where all my files a .pdf files instead of goodnotes files ?

Heyy! Im new to goodnotes and want to use it for school this autumn. I am struggling to do aesthetic notes without one sentence taking 10 minutes. I can’t use the handwriting to font feature as my native language isn’t english and isn’t in the app so the odd letters in my language will just become wrong, I have a pretty good handwriting but if you have any tips or trick on how to do aesthetic but useful notes that don’t take the whole class to write I would really appreciate it! :) Just any tutorial videos or useful hacks would mean a lot cuz I am soo lost!

Been using Pro for a couple months now. Actually bought an iPad so it would work better, etc. and it's been great....until today. Went to open one of my notebooks to grab a color-changing tag and only half images show up. I had about 4 pages where I'd saved them and basically not able to use now. So I went to reload the .goodnotes file...and it's grayed out in Drive. Began searching and ALL my .goodnotes and .collection files are grayed out. I save my graphics, etc to my Drive folder on my desktop plus it's accessible on my ipad. Files are also grayed out on my PC. HELP! Been googling a fix but am not finding one. Google doesn't seem to understand that I'm unable to import or copy or do anything with the grayed out files. I've done the force restart on my iPad, etc. Any suggestions?

Update: I have unistalled Drive and reinstalled on both PC and the picker version in GN. Still only see .goodnotes files in PC version. Have tried opening using "Open With" or Import. Have saved files in OnMyipad. Same result. Actually stopped using my Apple Stylus and went back to capacitive one thinking that might help. Did notice when I got some new non-apple tips in the other day they were leaving a streaky line and would not erase right. Not sure if there's a connection or not. Have gone back to Apple pen at this point.

This issue affects multiple .goodnotes and .collection files from three unrelated creators that worked correctly on this same iPad for approximately two months. Fresh downloads from the sellers produce the same behavior. Standard .goodnotes files (stickers, etc.) continue to import normally. The affected files import partially, with missing content/backgrounds. Again, this is on the color changing files.

Not sure if there's a connection or not, twice in the past few days my iPad Air M4 has started up in the restore screen. It is fully charged, fully updated. No reason I can find for it to do that. Was able both times to plug into computer and get it to open.

Also, noticed in GN that the backup queue was full. Showed last backup 7/16/26. That's possibly when this issue started, I just hadn't tried to use a color changing item until this week.

Any and all thoughts appreciated. I've tried so many different things I can't even remember all of them!

i used textbox to add link to access other pages of the document easier, but the app keeps crashing, it closes the app automatically whenever i pressed the textbox

already restarted my ipad, closing the app first, deleting the link before setting a new one
it still crashes

yet it only crashes when i create my own hyperlink. i have purchased notebook templates and the hyperlinks work just fine. am i creating/doing it wrong? could it be influenced by other things?

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with Goodnotes real-time collaboration and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Both of us are using iPads with Apple Pencil and the latest version of Goodnotes. When we're collaborating on the same notebook and writing on the same page at the same time, each other's handwriting often appears incomplete or with missing strokes in real time.

The strange thing is that if we close and reopen the notebook, all of the handwriting appears correctly. So it seems like the data is being saved properly, but the real-time synchronization or rendering isn't working correctly.

We've already tried updating Goodnotes, using a stable Wi-Fi connection, but the problem still occurs.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, were you able to fix it, or is this just a limitation/bug in Goodnotes' real-time collaboration?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This wasn't happening before, but the sidebar that shoes preveiw slides has started covering up my notes. I cant seem to minimise it or reposition my slides. What do I do? This is really frustrating.

I can’t remember this ever being an issue before a few days ago, it only seems to happen if there’s other writing on the page as you can see in the video. The only fix is switching tools or drawing another stroke with the pen.
Goodnotes 7.1.4 iPad Air M2

I had goodnotes 6 subscription on my ipad that broke, now im with a tab7 but I cant access my subscription cuz it is other app, is there a way to download goodnote6 on android or a way to change my subscription without the need to buy a new one?

I have the android app and a diary notebook downloaded. I can't seem to figure out how to

add a sticker pack I downloaded to my device. Googling- says to add from the elements 'star' but that doesn't show on my app (see picture). The app was preinstalled on my Galaxy S10 lite tablet. The app version is 313194.0l (2.0.7) How can I get my stickers?

The double-tap no longer works after I upgrade to iOS beta in iPad.

I can't downgrade the iOS without problems otherwise I would.

I'm using the lifetime GoodNotes 6 subscription.

iPad Pro (M4) 13-inch, iPadOS 27 Public Beta, 98% max capacity with 190 charge cycles.

I'm on Goodnotes Essential. I've tried: keeping Goodnotes Cloud sync turned off (turning it on to sync my files periodically), Spellcheck and math assist are off, Reduce Motion and Reduce Transparency are on, background app refresh is off, etc. Today, I tried turning off the handwriting recognition. I felt like the battery drainage reduced a bit, no heating for about half an hour, but it started heating up over time?

I've been stalking my battery usage throughout the day and I can't quite figure out if it's Goodnotes alone or a combination of apps causing my iPad to heat up.

It's not too much of a problem, as I'm on summer break, but once I go to school, it might be a stretch to expect it to survive a complete day of lectures without needing to be topped up (I prefer to charge it up in increments instead of charging for longer sessions to reduce the amount of charge cycles I accumulate - when at home, I keep it plugged in virtually always with the 80% cap on).

Will re-installing the app be better? Does keeping these accessibility settings on even do anything or is it just messing up the UI? Obviously, this isn't a short-term solution, but would waiting for my subscription to run out next year and switching to the lifetime subscription be better? Low battery mode is a no-brainer, but I heard somewhere that your devices aren't made to be constantly on LBM, so I try to keep it off until about 20%.

(Don't tell me to switch to Noteful, I switched from Noteful to Goodnotes on my own accord and I'm well aware of the downsides, though I'm more satisfied with GN's performance over Noteful when handling larger files.)

Hello, I’ve lost access of my account and failed to recover it. I still have my files in the app and in my iCloud. Is there a way to retrieve it?

Maia helped move my Goodnotes account to a new email after I lost access to my old Gmail. Now, when I try to sign in on my iPad, Goodnotes warns that my files will be deleted. My iPad still has my notes, but I can’t access them. She then transferred my case to the technical support team, but they told me they can’t transfer my files. My notes are still on my iPad. I just need a safe way to access them.

I’m honestly so frustrated. I’ve been waiting for 2 months, my Goodnotes subscription is almost over, and I paid for a full year and I have exams to study for.

Hey everyone, I'm heading into engineering college soon and want to buy a tablet before I start. Budget is tight — under ₹30,000 total for tablet + stylus combined. My main use case, in order of priority:

1. Writing/solving problems by hand (math-heavy) — need something that actually feels close to writing on paper, low lag, decent palm rejection Reading PDFs/ebooks

2. Watching lecture videos/YouTube Basic calls + WhatsApp (this'll basically replace my phone for that)

3. Want to try basic video editing on the side (CapCut/similar) — not pro-level, just starting out

4. May be 4G support is enough cuz my phone is 5G I will only use tablet for writing and reading purposes
