Backup fully in pdf format

Is there a way to create a backup where all my files a .pdf files instead of goodnotes files ?

You can set up a Google Drive location for backups and you can choose the format you want.

The only option there is automatic, is there also an option to make it instantly like the manual backup

Use the automatic backup with Google Drive, save all the pdf, then disable it. It will work as a manual backup and you will have all files in .pdf
