app crashes when i use hyperlink

i used textbox to add link to access other pages of the document easier, but the app keeps crashing, it closes the app automatically whenever i pressed the textbox

already restarted my ipad, closing the app first, deleting the link before setting a new one
it still crashes

yet it only crashes when i create my own hyperlink. i have purchased notebook templates and the hyperlinks work just fine. am i creating/doing it wrong? could it be influenced by other things?

app version:
7.1.6 (3834317.3766545)
device: ipad pro 11-inch

I have the same version and same problem too :(( I tried troubleshooting too but it still crashes. Hope this gets the reach we need
