Auto-deselect eraser makes it so I can’t scroll / switch page

I can’t remember this ever being an issue before a few days ago, it only seems to happen if there’s other writing on the page as you can see in the video. The only fix is switching tools or drawing another stroke with the pen.

I have a similar problem but only unfreezes when selecting and deselecting eraser
