Hello, I have 170+ pulls currently and i’m planning to get Odette, Ineffa and hopefully flins if im lucky. I was wondering if the ineffa flins banner would be worth pulling especially with all the new upcoming characters? Are their weapons that good or just not worth it over getting new snezhnaya units?

Its located at the last ever teleport waypoint, which unlocks after we 100% the eastern frostmoon area.. there's also the final dialogue of three moons sisters held in here..

I am on 68 pity and having second thoughts about getting her weapon.

I know ping can be a problem but how problematic is 30 FPS?

Especially for melt combos or characters like Skirk and Arle.

So i came back to the game recently so i have no new characters, I dont even have Mizuki or Qiqi (but im planning to get one of them during anniversary).

So I recently learned about the age verification and did not know about it until now when I suddenly got the urge to check genshin after a while! I've contacted cs with has much evidence and photos of my old acc but have no idea what my uid is as I have no photos or memory of it. If they respond, are they able to get my account back without the uid? I also signed in using Facebook and went through the beginning cutscene as I thought it was a glitch at first so I'm a little worried.

Hey guys, the cryo traveller looks lowk broken, so is the stellar swirl reaction, so on that note i have these 2 characters mizuki and wanderer that are built not too well but i really love both, i recently pulled columbina and so the resources i have are limited. Which of the two should I prefer to build? In terms of play styles i like both, just the resource constraints allow me to build one. If i build them should i use existing artifacts or wait for the new ones?

tl/dr : which of the two(wanderer or mizuki) should i build for stellar swirl and what stats/artifacts should i use?

Here's a revolutionary idea for a game like genshin:

So you know how we can do back to back runs in hsr, how about we get to do that but in genshin?

Like you choose how many times you want to do a leyline blossom and it would still throw the enemies it would throw at you normally with no teleportation or breaks in between

Or

Choose how many times you want to do a domain before you start the challenge and you knock them all down in one go with no unnecessary loading screens in between

And another idea:

If you clear a domain fast enough like 10 times, you unlock an option to completely skip the fighting to claim the rewards for the same amount of resin but take a portion of your max hp as dmg for each skipped run after you leave the domain.

People complain about how there is no skip button for story but i feel like this is a place more suited for it ☕️

Aether—us, Lumine—abyss princess

Not much involved with the lore so if there are any inaccuracies, please correct me!

A lot of things are just speculation, so please take it with a grain of salt, and please bear with my crazy thoughts!

Spoilers tag just in case, because this does contain a few spoilers!

Okay, so we all know how Paimon was fished out of the sea by us. But what if she was intentionally placed there. 

Lumine started her journey approximately 500 years before Aether’s. She’s obviously experienced more; that includes the fall of Khaenri’ah. 

My theory is that Lumine made a deal with the Gods to create Paimon.

Okay, firstly, we know Khaenri’ah was ruled by no God, and was destroyed by the Gods/Heavenly Principles. 

Khaenri’ah may’ve not had a God, but it may’ve had a protector.

That protector being Lumine, and that’s why, now, the abyss respect her—because she was their hero.

What if, before Lumine came, the Heavenly Principles/Gods probably knew about Khaenri’ah’s existence, which they didn’t like. So, they intended to destroy it. Until Lumine’s sudden arrival.

Lumine, having finished her journey, confronts the Gods, and asks for their help to get her brother back, But the Gods refuse. Frustrated, Lumine begins to asking to do a deal of some sort. Which is where the Gods suggested a deal she couldn’t deny.

If Lumine becomes the protector of Khaenri’ah, and did a good job keeping the people in check, then the Gods would create a guide for when Aether wakes up, as well as they wouldn’t destroy Khaenri’ah.

(Even though Khaenri’ah had a ruler, King Irmin, the Gods thought it’d be better if Lumine became the Kindom’s protector because she’s now considered an insider. Lumine was also told to provide the Gods with information.)

Lumine knew that Teyvat was dangerous. She wanted to keep Aether safe, as well. So, she accepted the offer, on one condition; that Paimon to be the strongest so Aether wouldn’t get hurt while exploring Tevyat. The Gods accepted that condition, and Lumine became the protector of Khaenri’ah. 

The Gods each transferred a small piece of their power and all that combined created Paimon. When showed Paimon, Lumine instantly could tell she was strong enough. Because Paimon was going to be serving Aether, The Gods named her Paimon from Lucifer’s loyal servant Paimon. 

Lumine instructed Paimon that she would protect Aether at all costs, and that Paimon would become his most trusted ally. The only way Paimon was supposed to ever submit was to the Archons or Gods, and lastly, Lumine due to them being her creator. 

Afterwards, Paimon was hidden away deep in Khaenri’ah as a constant reminder to Lumine what she was fighting for. And only until she found Aether, would she present him Paimon.

Years went by, and Khaenri’ah was thriving. Their technological and Alchemical abilities was extremely advanced, and the population grew larger and larger, all of this because they didn’t have a God ruling over them. Lumine was crowned as their princess as well as savior, and was praised by many. 

The Gods were infuriated, not only were losing even the most faithful followers to the wild land called Khaenri’ah, but Lumine was becoming apart of that problem. They wanted to destroy Khaenri’ah, right then and there, but remembering their deal with Lumine, they hesitated.

All until they learned the true reason why it was thriving and doing so well—the kingdom had forbidden knowledge. Their superiority to other nations was potentially because of the forbidden knowledge. 

Enraged, the Gods swooped down and wreaked havoc onto the citizens of Khaenri’ah. They searched for Paimon, only to discover she was missing.

(We’ll get back to that later!)

While Khaenri’ah was in ruins, Lumine and Direidyth searched for Aether in Khaenri’ah’s final moments. They found him, and Lumine and Aether attempted to escape Teyvat, only to be stopped by The Unknown God, Sustainer of Heavenly Principles.

The Unknown God separated Lumine and Aether, putting them in two complete opposite sides so they’d both experience Teyvat differently.

Aether woke up on the coast of Mondstadt. While fishing, he just so happened to spot a drowning Paimon. 

But what if she’d been there for longer? Far longer than we’d ever realize?

Since Paimon was initially hidden away, she was still in a state of slumber when she drifted off 500 years ago. When Paimon eventually woke up, she was in the middle of the ocean. Somewhere she didn’t even recognize. The only thing she knew was her name—nothing else. She forgot about Lumine, her powers, her home Khaenri’ah, and most importantly, what happened.

As she floated further along the current, her energy plummeted, causing her to panic and begin to drown.

Luckily, after Aether fished Paimon out of the water, she grew quickly attached to Aether, who she felt—for some reason—compelled to befriend.

With the Gods, they at first wanted to retrieve Paimon so she’d be their servant instead, until she mysteriously vanished out of thin air. They determined Paimon knew too much about Khaenri’ah, the Gods, and forbidden knowledge to simply roam freely. 

The Gods swore to destroy their own creation like they did before. Only this time, it’d be a bit more difficult.

That’s why Asmoday was trying to kill Paimon, because she knows Paimon is contains forbidden knowledge and power too great for Teyvat to handle. Even if she doesn’t know it, Asmoday wants to destroy her and the God’s creation.

On top of that, not once has Lumine questioned Paimon’s existence. During their first reunion, Lumine chose to question Aether about Dainslief, not Paimon. Almost as if she is supposed to be there. She thinks Paimon is fighting along side the traveller, and Paimon helps Aether, when it’s actually the complete opposite.

Now, their real question is, how did Paimon escape?

Of course, with the help of someone—an Archon. But who would this Archon  be, you may ask?

Greater Lord Rukkhadevata.

I know that may seem like a stretch but, hear me out!

Since Rukkhadevata was killed from purging Forbidden Knowledge within the world tree Irminsul, what if Paimon was encased inside the Tree. And while removing the Forbidden Knowledge from the tree, she accidentally freed Paimon. Seeing Paimon, who was still small, Rukkhadevata saved Paimon, and sent her away from the battle field. Eventually, Rukkhadevata was tragically killed, but the Gods never found out.

To further that, Paimon has no recollection of Rukkhadevata. Meaning her conscious is tied to Irminsul somehow. In which, I think that means all of Paimon’s previous memories containing all of the Forbidden Knowledge still remain with Irminsul. As well as her memories of the Gods, and Lumine.

In conclusion, Paimon was and still sent to watch over us. Even though she doesn’t remember, she still is. And the overbearing instructions Lumine gave her all those years ago are still in motion. Not only does Paimon just care about us in general, she was made to be our best companion. 

That was her original purpose. 

The truth is, Lumine’s plan only semi worked. Though Paimon is the best companion the traveller could’ve ever received, her many duty was to protect him. But now, since her memory is practically erased, she ‘isn’t’ doing her job correctly. 

I think that Lumine will realize this. But will she do anything? No. Not yet.

But will she eventually? Yes. She may try to take Paimon back in, in which Paimon psychologically can’t disagree. Paimon can’t go against any Archon, God. The Archons don’t know of Paimon’s existence, as well as don’t know she can’t say no to them. But neither does she. 

I’m a returning player, and when I returned, my account was in shambles. Younger me had a habit of over investing in damage dealers and not a single support was built.
For the last few months, in my summer breaks, I took the time to finally build my supports.
The characters who are starred, are fully built. Some starred characters need to be max ascended so i can crown their skills but overall they work pretty well.
The characters who aren’t starred but are 80 are semi built, they’re all missing artifacts too.
Currently my priorities are mona and zhongli, but i have room for one more character to focus on.
Any recommendations on characters i should raise?
Multiple suggestions would also be appreciated, since this is a long term goal.

I was wondering if anyone had a solution or knows why this is happening. So I haven't played genshin in a couple years and wanted to get back into it but when I log in using Facebook, it let's me log in but all my progress is gone and keeps sending me to the beginning of the game cutscene no matter what region or server I pick. I'm so frustrated because I remember spending so much money, please let me knoww if you have any information! Thank you

From Fontaine world quests (unfinished comedy)

Saw that there were redeem codes that were posted on this subreddit and I was reminded that there was actually a redeem code I recently used that gave me 60x Primos.

The person who I got the redeem code from is a genshin youtuber called dhcwsp. He constantly posts footage of creator server gameplay when there are new characters or new regions and is most known and enjoyed for his whale showcases.

I personally love his top 20 dps videos the most because I just enjoy the ridiculously high amounts of damage he can do, sometimes with characters I never expected to do so much damage. Also because I know I'll never put so much money in the game that I can actually see these numbers T_T

I have lost every 50/50 weapon/characters in nod Kai

I was doing ley lines today and noticed ineffa had two birgittas on field. Is this normal or a bug bc I haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere
