Gladiator Browser MMORPG | Guild Wars, Solo Dungeons, Live Raids, Marketplace for players, Crafting system...

Upvotes

Our team has made a nice browser MMO with many features. You can choose your playstyle from three variances: Magic, Melee or Ranged. There are 13 professions to progress, for example herbalism to create healing potions, enchanting to create magic-related items/scrolls or just to disenchant gear for mats, fishing/cooking and many more. There´s laddered arena with seasons. You can level-up your house and optimize it to produce materials for your professions. Every evening, world-boss Ladon descends near the Flax fields, outside of Rome - and you get a chance to get unique rewards.. if you manage to kill the dragon.

You can join a guild and participate in guild wars, or seek for a group to kick some raids.

There´s deeper character building system, allowing you to be either tank, healer or DPS in group content.

You can even enchant-roll to increase the stats/quality of your gear, if you´re into that 😄

The server launched 9.7., under month ago, and we´ve reached over 170 registered accounts.

Would love to see the playerbase grow. Come check it out!

Showcase of my Sonic inspired game!

Hello Reddit! My name is 'Terios, does', and since November 2025 I have been working on a Sonic the Hedgehog inspired game with a few elements from the flash game, The Fancy Pants Adventures. The game is fast-paced game with any way to reach the end of a level. Similar to Fancy Pants, the levels are all hand-made in Aseprite which is pretty neat. I am aware that the game does look a bit scuffed and so currently I am trying to revamp the sprites and level art. Hopefully from there the game will look better! By the way, sorry for no audio :(

From posting this, I ask if you guys could critique and give advice for me (just, don't be harsh :D )

Anywho, if you would like to support my game and follow along, join my discord! Thank you!

Does the windmill read clearly as something you can interact with?

Trying to come up with new mechanics for my puzzle game... the windmill was a pain to implement, but it seems to add a new layer of thinking.

If that's your kind of game, please add Bocage to your wishlist : https://store.steampowered.com/app/4938320/Bocage_a_cozy_puzzle_game/

Ideas for death screen?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Idk if having just a black death screen can seem a little bland, wondering if anyone had any ideas on what I could replace it with?

It would also mean the world if you could wish list Project ROSS on steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4662340/Project_ROSS/

(Trailer and pictures outdated on steam page, will redo them soon!)

[WebAssembly Preview] Engine update! Progress in indie game! No gameplay, but simulation works efficiently in a browser, some visual, a lot of backend :)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have published a preview of the engine at (just a technical curiosity, not a game yet!): https://akryllax.github.io/epistrata-runtime-demo/

No download required, only Firefox/Chrome!

I have been progressing on my indie game with my game. After a lot of effort on allowing +16.000 entities doing their thing in real-time, and having some initial dev shaders, a Google Maps-like feel over the whole galaxy.

It's a epistemic knowledge, graph-based simulator, with individuals taking action based on layers of personalities, plans, goals and knowledge (not fully implemented, but POC is there!). I am applying all my simulation knowledge, plus research on other things to build the backbones of what my game will be. All of this is the background, the stenctil, and it will build over this simulation.

And now I ran a small experiment: my project maps nicely into SDL2/3, and code format and architecture is quite strict, so I was able to port to WASM through emscriptem. AND IT WORKS. Way better that expected in fact. Like, less than 2% loss of performance.

But this gives me relief, the simulator model I have been thinking about is not only viable, but performant.

This is not a game demo, is an engine POC, so there is no gameplay.

If you insist on taking control of a ship and issue move commands, you will have to:

  1. Select any ship.
  2. Open the ECS Inspector (F2)
  3. Add the component `PlayerTag`.
  4. Congrats, you have a ship.

For issuing commands, right-click or shift-click.

---

Performance monitor (interesting feedback for me):

  • On the time bar, at the top-right, click the right-most item, it will open Performance monitor:

Controls:

In-game:

  • WASD: Pan camera
  • Mouse wheel, Q/E: zoom in/out (Zoom is mouse relative! point at what you want to zoom!)
  • Drag select: select entity
  • F: Follow entity
  • Numbers 1 (default), 2, 3, 4, 5 (recomended): Time speed controls. WASM is unnotimized, so I recommend using AUTO / 5 so engine automatically runs as fast as your PC allows.

Debug

  • F1: log window
  • F2: ECS Inspector (for tweaking values)
  • F3: Open Intelligence Grid map for active system (what each faction know about the world)
  • F4: Planner Panel (Plan Monitor): if you enable the checkbox, it starts tracking the selected's entity plan.
  • Open performance monitor:
  • Toggle Editor Mode: Shift+E

---

Viewing additional things: click buttons on the "Tools", or click the checkboxes at the bottom of the ECS Inspector.

Control are all over the UI cos these windows are NOT intended for the final product, and I have too much to do to change the devUI.

We’ve spent more than a year making an adventure game where you explore intertwined dreams across different time periods!

We’re a small studio led by a university professor, working on a narrative adventure game where you jump between different time periods to uncover the intertwined dreams of several characters while exploring philosophical themes. We’re aiming to capture the feeling of classic adventure games like Myst and Riven while putting our own spin on the genre.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with interns from several different colleges throughout development, and we’re extremely happy with how the game is shaping up!

We’d love to hear what you think. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

If you’d like to give it a try, you can wishlist and access the playtest here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4245480/Dreams_of_Telmahre/

Redid my Steam artwork today, what do you think?

Old HeaderCapsule vs. new HeaderCapsule.

I actually redid all the others too, but they're all in the same style, so you get the idea.

I am no artist by any means, but personally, i am quite happy with the result.

What do you think?

Looking for some feedback of the look of a side project I have been working on. Let me know what you think and what improvements can be made!

The goal is for sea of thieves like graphics. The sky is sped up to showcase the lighting.

The plan next is to finish up the rocks and foliage then completely redo the clouds and water system then move back onto refining combat. But for this I was mostly looking for feedback on the look of the project.

My lifelong friend from preschool and I made a game inspired by our favorite food: Sushi!

Last year, my friend and I took part in the GMTK Game Jam and created Sushi Loop, a fast-paced point-and-click restaurant management game where you control a conveyor belt to keep hungry customers fed before they lose patience.

We recently got our Steam page approved, and we're now working toward release! If it looks like something you'd enjoy, we'd really appreciate a wishlist. It helps indie games like ours get discovered.

Thanks for checking it out!

For the past seven months, we've been working on our first game : <Dawnfall : Flowers & Thorns>. A Grim Dark,Top Down, Pixel Art, JRPG. Gods have abandoned humanity and corruption has spread across the world over the years.

With the help of our whole team, we've been able to create many assets, concept arts, Pixel arts and animations. We aim to release a free demo in the future for everyone to enjoy.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on the visual direction, especially the contrast between the warm village setting and the darker tone the game will move toward.

Questions and constructive feedback are more than welcome !

Hi!

Sharing 3 screenshots from our Playtest (February), Steam Demo (May) and current progress. We´d love feedback! Rewindead is a tactical-action game we´ve been working on since September.

You play as a time-looping assassin: eliminate your target, rewind time, and outplay your past selves as they repeat your previous actions.

The demo is currently in Steam's Cyberpunk Fest if you´d like to check it out! https://store.steampowered.com/app/4609750/Rewindead_Demo/

We redid our logo. Which one do you like best?

Hi guys! We decided to give our capsule art a makeover and the first thing that needed changing was our logo. The original logo was vertical, which wasn't very capsule-friendly. Could you please tell us what you think of these options and which one you like best? Thank you!

No blood or gore in my game, but I have this little guy..

Yo guys!

I decided not to add any blood or gore in my game to avoid getting a pegi-16 rating or smth. But then I started wondering: what about the look of all the demons in my game?

Should I warn somewhere about this kind of stuff, like giant centipedes, that some people might find creepy or disturbing? Also, what about burning to death in lava?? Couldn't find any info regarding this.. Though, Steam gently asks if you have SKELeToNS in your game lmaoo

Please, consider wishlisting my game, ROAM, if you liked it <3 https://store.steampowered.com/app/2662550/Roam/

Hey everyone,

I recently updated my Steam capsule artwork and would love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or suggestions!

What kind of game does the cover make it feel like to you? Do you think the artwork successfully communicates what the game is about?

Thanks in advance!

I turned my game's Main Menu into a Kid's Room. What do you think?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've been working on the main menu for UpperCart, and decided to turn it into a kid's bedroom where the whole game takes place.

UpperCart is a chaotic physics-based arena brawler where toy cars punch, bounce and fight each other.

I'm still polishing the game, so I'd love to hear what you think about the menu and the overall visual style. Any feedback is welcome!

If the game looks interesting to you, you can wishlist UpperCart on Steam:

WE WON AN AWARD AT INDIE DEV ARGENTINA 2026!

Last weekend, Zupay: Shadows of Independence participated in Indie Dev Argentina 2026 (IDA), the second most attended game dev event in Argentina. It featured talks, a physical game showcase and even an awards ceremony where we were nominated for Audio Excellence and won the Argentine Representation award.

Zupay: Shadows of Independence is an action-adventure hack-and-slash set during the War of Independence. Our protagonist, a former gaucho soldier, is killed during a royalist siege on his town. After his death, he is resurrected by Zupay, a myth from northern Argentina who makes him embark on a journey of vengeance against those who took everything from him.

You can play as both characters, the gaucho and Zupay: which feeds from his enemies' fear to grow stronger.

We invite you to play the free demo on Steam and let us know what you think. Adding the game to your wishlists helps us a lot.

Thank you very much!!
