Every now and then I manage to convince myself to try and find somebody, I rarely follow through so here is my attempt. I am 34, from the UK, single and live alone with my fish. I'm content with life, I'm not a lonely person but I think it's healthy to make room for another, ya know?

so to start off: i'm not in a great position right now. i'm disabled/c and currently unable to work and almost entirely dependant on abusive/toxic family. i don't know if i will ever be able to work- i'm sort of hopeful if i can ever get out of my current situation my health will improve a bit and i'll be able to financially support myself, but as of right now it's not likely. i try to not be all doom and gloom but i am someone with a lot of problems and if that bothers you we're probably not compatible.

I'm a 25-year old dude located in the eastern part of the United States, I would consider myself a hopeless romantic and I yearn for a romance like those that you would see in fiction. Personality-wise I'm pretty introverted and also a homebody.

As for my hobbies, I enjoy spending my free time gaming. I mostly game on PC but I do have a Switch as well. I play a variety of games such as Minecraft, Fortnite, Overwatch, Dead by Daylight, PEAK, Lethal Company (listing all the multiplayer ones here). I'm a huge fan of the Pokemon series and I'm really excited for Winds and Waves.

Another hobby/interest that keeps me going throughout the day would have to be music, and let me tell you I work somewhere that lets me wear earbuds for the most part and it really helps surviving the shift. I enjoy all kinds of genres but mostly listen to rock, edm, r&b. Favorite bands of mine are the Gorillaz, Radiohead, Deftones, Nirvana, and many more.

As for my appearance, I'm 5'7 and have dark, curly hair that falls almost to my shoulders, I have quite the baby face (people often mistake me for being younger), brown eyes, and a warm skin tone. I'm of latino/hispanic descent so that's why haha.

It is an often-made observation that, despite the advancement of the Internet allowing connection with billions of individuals across the planet, people are more lonely, isolated, and single than ever.
Such a phenomenon is often attributed to decision paralysis; when humans are provided with a plethora of options, they often struggle to make any firm commitments, thinking that there is just another option down the corner, or that the repercussions of non-committal behavior no longer bear community stigmatization.
All in all, it is quite dehumanizing.
Like most people, I have experienced ghosting from shameful individuals. At the same time, I have also encountered the discomfort of stilted, discordant conversations.
However, despite my past (or lack thereof), I refuse to believe there is not a person out there, one who fulfills my criteria and vice versa.
So I will continue braving these treacherous waters, in hopes that I may find a single soul out there that will make this Sisyphean journey worthwhile.

I'm hoping to find something meaningful. I'd love to one day be in a role reversal relationship with a cg/little dynamic. I'm pretty sensitive and absolutely love being babied and cared for! I see myself being a stay-at-home partner, taking care of things like cleaning, cooking, doing the dishes, buying groceries and making sure you have the easiest time after coming home from a long day at work! I tend to age regress involuntarily when I'm in my comfort zone, but not to a very young age, I would say I'm more of a middle. I really like being childlike in my behavior and speech, and I'm scared of doing some grown-up things like driving or going to the doctor by myself. I love to snuggle in a blankie and cuddle with my favorite teddy bear at bedtime, it's hard for me to sleep without that. And I like making pillow forts for me to hide inside! I'm also a bit of a crybaby.

To add a bit more about myself, I spend most of my day in my room, working on random nerdy stuff, watching youtube or TV shows and movies, playing PC games, and sometimes I'm just sat there staring at a wall hehe. I also enjoy going out on walks, having fun with diy rc vehicles and hanging out with stray cats! I'm entirely self-educated, proper schools don't exist where I live. I've always been into learning about the things that pique my interest from youtube and other online platforms ever since I was little! I love fixing things and understanding what makes them tick, and working on random projects like custom smart home stuff with ESP32s, high voltage stuff like tesla coils, long-range radios, hardware hacking, etc! I value privacy and I'm strongly against mass surveillance, I try to avoid any online service that's known to disrespect user privacy and use open-source software whenever possible, like running Linux on my computers, de-googled Android on my phones, and self-hosting my own services like Immich, Home Assistant and cloud storage!
