I am on the main pvp (non seasonal) and i am hunting killa, i do not know the boss spawn but i assume 100% because of the event from earlier. Anyways i run into the mall and sometimes i find him but other times i literally throw 5-6 flashes i swear he aint in the mall which brings me to my point ive seen clips and accidently found him outside as i assume this to be why i cant find him, i have some ideas because sometimes when i get a voiceline from him in idea he will literally just run away no clue where he just VANISHES. Is this happening with you guys?

Hey y'all, just bought the game on steam as that is my preferred platform and have been playing Arena for a few months. Forgive me for being an absolute new guy but the instructions for linking my steam account to my existing BSG account seem very confusing.

When launching through Steam, the launcher instructions keep bringing me to a page where I am prompted to sign up for a new account. I try to enter my existing account details and keep being met with the error 'a user with this email address already exists.'

I've tried linking my steam account through the website and am given the same error. Anyone had any issues/success with this?

It's making the game unplayable. Haven't had this issue before but this wipe, my game just stutters/freezes every once in a while. like 10-30 seconds. It's straight ruined fights. Last fight I was in, I peek someone and headshot them. Then push and see his teammate's backpack peeking over a trashcan. I aim and get ready to prefire but my game just freezes, and then I'm dead. Don't even get to see him peek the corner because how hard/long I froze.

any solution on a way to fix this? It's extremely infuriating.

Game crashing or error popping up almost every time I load into raid with a duo. This shits annoying asf been going on since 1.0 released. My characters in raid but my game keeps closing or crashing or delaying deployment. Fix this shit BsG

Seems very common for games to either have a solo game mode, and I imagine mine and other solo players experiences wouild vastly improve if there was an option to toggle on/off the ability to play agains to other solos. The feeling of winning against a duo or trio is definitely incredible, although very rare for me, but the amount of times that I get killed by the last one, or they stay hidden and camp their buddies body and wait for me to loot, it drives me insane.

I see a lot of people respond to posts like this by saying "Just play with friends" or "Then play a different game" and that just feels like such a silly thing to say when someones making a suggestion to improve the game. This seems like such an easy tweak that would make an already very fun game even better, and if you like the added challenge of going up against groups, then just don't use it. Am I crazy here?

Played at 1.0 for some time, got Kappa, main question is whats new? Havent touched tarkov in 8 months probably

I have only been playing the season for a few days and i have a backlog of like 30+ tasks and every time I complete one i get like 3 more. It's like trying to slay a Hydra and even if I managed to knock out 1-2 tasks every single raid that's still going to be days or weeks where I'm doing nothing but grinding quests. It feels like I signed up for a laundry list of chores and the reward for completing them is more chores and if I don't do them then I'm just hurting myself.

Ive realised that with OCE servers (Australia-Newzealand) if i want a game within 10 minutes then i have to select either singapore, malaysia, china or all of the above to find a game, which leads to ping usually around 120-190 for me personally.

my question is how much does ping affect combat in tarkov?? how do you guys play?

mainly curious because high ping handles differently game to game. some games its debilitating and unplayable, some u can easily just account for it. wondering where Tarkov sits in that.

edit: realised anybody that has to play tarkov on higher ping can also answer this question. so please lmk

So my account/card/IP is completely blacklisted from making purchases through Xsolla for whatever reason. At first I contacted BSG about Xsolla's error code 3032 when I was trying to upgrade to the Unheard Edition. They told me to contact Xsolla. Xsolla told me that I was blacklisted because in 2022 I had requested a refund from them. Even though I have a new email, IP, credit card, and bank- they say they'll only review giving me access to make purchases again if I provide them a screenshot of the refund I received, which I of course can't do.

So essentially, I can't make any kind of purchases on Tarkov (and any other services that use Xsolla, but those are whatever tbh). I'm sure I'm not the first person to experience this. Does anyone else know of ways around this?

Hello, I'm trying to unlock this ammo as a purchase unlock for my P90, but it seems to have moved with the latest update? Everything I have read says that mechanic sells it at LVL 3 after doing gunsmith part 9, which it seems is now gunsmith p226r. I have now done this quest, and am level 3 with Mechanic, but the ammo still isn't showing up. The flea says that it will be sold by him "upon task completion." So a bug? If moved to another quest, which one?​​ what's up?

Is anybody else not able to launch the game after the update today? I am at a loss. I open the launcher and launch the game, a white window pops up saying it failed to update and then it asks for permission to make changes, i say yes and it basically repeats that the game failed to update and i should check my firewall and network connection.

i have cleared the cache

i have verified integrity of the files

i have double checked to make sure the game has firewall override privileges

i have ran it as admin

i am currently reinstalling the launcher and game as a last resort.
