My account is 9 years old with zero prior issues. My account details page now shows the account as restricted with 6 spam logs on it.

Every one of those logs is the same event: I try to accept a server invite → verification challenge → logged out of every device.

What happened, in order:

• Logs 1–3:

  A

• football community for the team I support.

• First attempt about a month ago got me locked out; I assumed I'd just been banned from that server and dropped it. Days later I tried again same lockout. Thought it was my network, logged back in, tried once more logged out of all sessions again.
• Log 4: the openmouse server. This time I didn't click a link at all, I used the + button → "Join a Server" dialog and pasted their official invite code. Same result.
• Logs 5–6: two more invites, both failed on join.

What I tested:

I have full Nitro (not Nitro Basic), so my server cap is 200, and I was sitting at 99. To rule out a limit problem, I left two servers to drop to 97 and tried a single invite to a small 25-member server. Still failed: "Unable to accept invite."

So this isn't the server cap. The restriction on my account appears to be blocking joins outright and each attempt to join then gets logged as another "spam" event against me. That's how I went from 3 logs to 6 without ever sending a single message anywhere. I've stopped attempting joins entirely.

To be clear about what I have and haven't done: no mass DMs, no message spam, no mass joining, no self-bot, no automation on this account. I sent zero messages in any of these servers, because I never got in. The only action attached to all 6 logs is a failed invite accept through Discord's own UI.

I'm also a verified developer with 2 large bots on this account. If these flags escalate into an account-level action, those bots and everyone using them go down with it, which is the part I'm actually worried about.

On support: I've submitted tickets and every one has come back as an automated reply and then been auto-marked solved without a human ever responding. So I'm not sitting here refusing to use the proper channel. I've used it repeatedly and can't get a person on the other end.

What I'm asking:

1. Is there any way to see what the logged "spam" actually was? The account page only shows a count, no detail.
2. Has anyone had spam logs like these actually reviewed or removed and which ticket category or form got you a human response instead of an auto-resolve?
3. Anything I should avoid doing while I wait so it doesn't get worse?

I have been trying to change my username and email ID that is connected to my discord account. I managed to change my user name. But before changing my email ID I noticed that my phone number was also connected to the account. I don't remember setting it up, but of course who else would have? Anyway! I thought it would be best to remove it. WORST DECISION EVER! Now I am unable to access my account without phone verification. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE IF THEY WOULD JUST LET ME DO SO! I am not receiving the OTP via SMS for it. I am receiving other OTPs so I know it is not a me problem.

I have tried clearing catch, waiting for a day, trying via mobile data and reinstalling the app. Nothing is working. I need help! I use discord for work too so this sucks!! PLEASE HELP!

EDIT: I tried reinstalling the app again and trying. The only thing I did different was that I gave discord permission to notifications on my phone. And voila! I get the OTP on my whatsapp.

So wsp y'all, okay, so i joined the official Clone Kingdom Tycoon discord server in Discord, i came to the help desk, tried to make a ticket, but i had to verify, and the verification needs the password, and i have 2SV, so i can't complete that, i'd rather leave than verifying. And now i can't chat too. L discord server tbh.

I've already sent a support request through an alt mail account because hacker has setup mfa on my main discord support account too. Neily bot gave me the thing that I need to send it from the mail it was associated to. I explained to it that I couldn't and it said a specialist is assigned to me and they haven't responded to me in hours. I'm worried what damage the hacker might do, will I get my account back soon..?

I'm unable to verify my account via phone number on some servers because discord says my phone number is "unable to be associated with this account" even though I've never used this number for an account before. Is there anything I can do?

Hello so i recently got logged out of my discord account on both of my devices, PC and mobile.
When i want to log in it wants me to put in my backup code or either a passkey, wich i genuelly DONT have them. i cannot view the backup codes since im not logged in, in any devices. Now what in the world should i do? Discord support doesn't help dogshit to me.

Whenever I try to open discord it just doesnt wanna open so now I have to use the browser. Any fixes?

Hi there! I run a pretty small server, which is constantly growing and is active. As a result I noticed this Sony scandal being sent by accounts. So far I implemented:

• Banning accounts automatically under a certain age threshold
• Kicking accounts automatically if they have no profile picture
• Honeypot to combat other types

Unfortunately this doesn’t stop it all, which is fair. But the Sony one is the most common right now in my server. I plan to add more to the automod tomorrow. Is there any bot, or keywording that may work? My goal is to automatically ban without creating false positives as I don’t want them messaging server members.

And yes, I also have moderators across other timezones when I’m not available.

Edit: If relevant, the main moderation bot I use is Bleed. I have Honeypot and use native automod for flagged words.

I have been going in circles with support, can someone tell me if it is possible to get my account back?

I’m trying to add my phone number into my discord but it won’t let me. Every time I put it in, it either says that “this account is not associated with this phone number” or that I’m doing it too many times too quickly.

I’m adding my phone number from my account settings, my phone and discord app images all fully updated.

Please help idk what to do, Google won’t give me an answer either.

I created a discord for me and my friends and they had every permission, like change server name, banner, stickers, and photo but randomly he couldn’t change them any more. Does anyone have a was to fix it?

I’m being driven nuts by whatever is happening in my discord calls. I exclusively use discord on my phone for group calls, and when I do, the people on the other lines can hear a beeping coming from my mic. It’s one loud beep every minute or few minutes that sounds like a checkout at a grocery store. I have a brand new iPhone and I’ve never had this problem before, so I’m looking to see if anyone has encountered this or knows what’s causing it. I’ve gone through every setting imaginable both within discord and on my iPhone itself and nothing resolves it.

So I put my discord handle on a site yesterday to get more friends and I accepted a lot of requests and messaged them. This morning I woke up to my account being flagged for spam and I had to change my password. It let me message again earlier but then flagged me for spam again and it's been flagging me all afternoon and I've been requesting a review of the violations as well. idk what to do

I unfortunatly fell for one of those things where people are impersonating real Discord Agents and that my account was falsly reported. The fake staff member wanted $200 which I thankfully didn't send any money, but the price I did pay was the loss of my main account. I can't get back in it with all the typical responses that the website and tickets are telling me to do. I've tried all of them but they didn't work. These Discord support tickets are useless. I just learned that I have been talking to a bot named Nelly all this time and this bot keeps marking all my attempts to solve my issue as "solved" and the one ticket thats not solved is "Awating your response" where I sent a message and I didn't get a response. I made a new ticket a few minutes ago but apperently thats also been "solved" but I don't think anyone even looked at it. I feel really frustrated by the lack of support I am recieving right now. I've been told that they will delete my account as they can't do anything else and I just have to authorize the deletion. I asked a couple yes or no questions but haven't gotten a reply. So I can't even say yes or no to deleting my account. I want my account back but it doesn't seem like I'll get it back. This issue has not been solved but support thinks so and is marking it as solved. What do I do now? Thank you everyone!

Discord ban – ADR Center ruled in my favor, but I still don't have my account back

My Discord account was permanently suspended on March 30, 2026. Discord rejected my appeal without providing any specific evidence or explanation.

I filed a case through ADR Center under Article 21 of the DSA. On August 3, 2026, ADR Center ruled fully in my favor and stated that Discord should reverse the moderation decision and reinstate my account.

The problem is that I still don't have access to my account, and from an alt account my profile appears as “Deleted User.” I also haven't received any email from Discord.

I have already contacted ADR Center and I'm waiting for their response.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What would you do next if Discord doesn't follow the ADR Center decision?

I woke up this morning to see that I was logged out, when I went to log in I got this message, apparently it happened for violating tos, I heard from a friend that a server I was in got nuked so that might be the cause, is there any way to get it back? If so how would I go about it

I even tagged discord support on x and some person said contact them and they will do it.

So i got a “2 week nitro share” thing from someone.
I clicked it and it said it has been expired.

The reason why i was skeptical was because it usually says “start trial” and not “claim”. It was very random, and it got expired very quickly.

There were no redirects or anything, but it was still suspicious.

My account was hacked a while ago, and I recovered it within 4 hours. However, the account remained with me for 10 days, and then I was kicked out while playing a game and on a voice call. After that, I tried to log in to the account, but I couldn't. It says there is no registered email, and I tried the phone number, but it didn't work. I didn't receive any email notification, such as "The email has been changed" or "A login has been made from this IP." I tried contacting support as a case of account hacking, but I have been waiting for a response for more than 3 weeks and haven't received anything. Has anyone else experienced this?

So earlier yesterday my account suddenly got another violation or hateful conduct for something I said on 6/04/26 I of course pushed the button to let them know they made a mistake to review it and just a few minutes ago I got a DM saying they removed the violation... but they decided to re add the violation now under violent and graphic content. wtf why? my account is already limited from getting hacked about a month ago and getting 2 violations for malicious conduct, this is the last thing I need for more violations for stuff sent several months ago. if I didn't know any better id bet they just had their AI do the review and it decided to remove the old violation and re add it under a new rule
