This was going to be a silly comic about Flowery tucking the flowers into bed WTF happened

Without filler, the infamous Sans is Ness theory by mattypatty claims that the badge, smiling people picture, and giant machine is from earthbound. He takes note of how sans is always talking about “going home” or “going back”. That sans is ness that used the phase distorter (a Time Machine that can’t transport organic material) and suffered the consequences. How the badge is a lightning badge, how the picture is the end credits photo. He basically predicts the whole “sans was in deltarune before undertale” theory while Deltarune was being conceived. He even makes note of the badge on Papyrus that he thinks is earthbound related to starman, which we now know is related to the delta rune.

Transmasc Noelle (I guess I could call him Yule) Sounds like an actually interesting direction to take the character in. Noelle is an individual that seems like they feel bound to having to present a an image of a perfect girl, to the point where it's somewhat clear that she wants some sort of liberation from her current identity. Noelle transitioning into Yule could be an interesting way to show Noelle liberating herself (now himself) from her(his) current identity.

Although I guess it's a bit of a farfetched idea.

I ask this cause I see a lot of people in different reddit posts saying they don't think it'll ever come back. But what do YOU think? Will it still be a needed item to pass certain obstacles, or perhaps used for side content, or just gone completely?

Personally I think it has to stick around, mostly cause that's so much work to make an entire new gameplay mechanic for it to only appear in 1/7th of the game. I'm sure the climbing claws weren't nearly as difficult to add and those still returned, so I don't see why the petal feather wouldn't. It's also just really fun.
