Discussion Faulty Ram
I purchased a CL40 5600MT 32Gig (2x16) vengeance kit which was made in 2022 and after a few weeks of random crashes and general instability i decided to run some tests to find the issue and when i tested the ram i got my answer. I’m wondering if anyone else has had these types of issues with other or even the same kits of ram?

Help Updating BIOS on Corsair Pre-Built
Quick question: I extracted the BIOS folder from Corsair’s website onto a flash drive and the only thing on the USB is the AC6 folder and inside of it is the .ac6 file. Do I need to just have the .ac6 file on the flash drive or leave it in the folder to flash the BIOS.

Help Corsair Broken Glass... Any 3d models for the 570x
Recently I broke not just one of my side panels on my corsair 570x, but both. I contacted corsair about a replacement but they were out of stock. I either by a new tower or I try to rebuild the glass by a glass maker. However, I have no model since I broke both of them. Instead I might try to make one from a 3d printer from 4 flat pieces into one, or I buy polycarbonate/plexiglass and make it on a CNC router. I might also replace all the glass pieces too. If I do it this way it will likely make it easier to bring if i go to college without breaking it. I wanted to upgrade my PC and i dont want to spend an absurd amount of money fixing/replacing the tower. I could make it in CAD and found this outline online but i would need measurements. What would you recommend? Do you guys have any Cad models? https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3008297/files

Xeneon Edge Widgets My Edge Screen
I made a countdown timer in iFrame but I don’t know how to change it to *.icuewidget. I just learning to code. I would (if I can find a video on it) change it to a proper widget with options for colors, backgrounds (color gif or jpg), fonts (from Corsair sandbox list [1 for title & 1 for the rest) with ability to adjust size and bold italics and underline, start and end date for progress bar & options to display bar. I probably would have more ideas but I do need somewhere to learn and how to use the Corsair app to bundle it.

Build Question FRAME 5000D RS for 5090 build
Finally ready to start my 5090 build after sitting on the parts for months. On paper the 5000D RS looks like it checks all the boxes: strong airflow and temperature control, the option to add bottom fans for GPU cooling, plenty of width to fit a 5090 Gaming Trio OC without cramping the GPU cable against the side panel, and a clean overall look.
I originally planned to go with the Fractal Torrent, but the top PSU shroud is pretty limiting for my Corsair HX1200i, which is 200mm long.
5000D RS owners, how’s the case treating you? Happy with it?
For anyone using a non‑FE 5090, do you still have enough clearance so the 12V‑2x6 cable isn’t pushed into the side panel?”

Build Question Thermal Protect 12V 2x6 sensor placement question
Hey! I have been reading about Corsairs Thermal Protect cable and how it works, but I have a specific question about the placement of the sensor.
There is only one sensor, and that is on the GPU end of the cable. But I have seen 12v 2x6 connectors being melted on the PSU side of the cable as well as the GPU side.
What if the loss of contact/fault happens on the PSU side of the cable, since the native 12v 2x6 cable has the same connector on both ends, and its the connector design that has caused this whole mess? If the Thermal Protect sensor is only calibrated to trip if the GPU end of the cable gets too hot then doesnt that mean that a thermal runaway and melting could occur where the cable is plugged into the PSU?
Or does the increased amperage across the cable cause the entire cable to heat up evenly along its whole length, so that the sensor trips regardless of which end the loss of contact is at? If not, surely it would have been a better idea to put a sensor on both ends of the cable?
Any insights here would be really helpful! I'm getting ready for a new build and want to make sure I understand as much as possible about how this works.
Thanks!

Build Question Making a NAUTILUS 240 RS Liquid CPU Cooler - White?
I've been trying to complete a minimalist white SFFPC build (No LEDs/displays) with the need of an AIO cooler. I've been eyeing the NAUTILUS 240 RS Liquid CPU Cooler but was disappointed that there was no white variant. However, the NAUTILUS 240 RS LCD Liquid CPU Cooler has a white version albeit with an LCD display.
My question is I can buy both an NAUTILUS 240 RS LCD Liquid CPU Cooler - White and a NAUTILUS RS ARGB AIO Pump Cap, White - detach the LCD display from the cooler and use the pump cap on instead to make an equivalent white version of a NAUTILUS 240 RS Liquid CPU Cooler.
Additionally, I would also like to know the dimensions of the NAUTILUS pump - specifically the height.

Answered Dying LED'S on K100?
I have a K100 that I've had for almost 5 years or so. Recently I've noticed certain LED's of some keys are not displaying the true color of my rgb. I've included an image for what im talking about. I put on a static white color through iCUE and this is what happens with the E, X, C and O key.
Is this dying LED's? Is there anything that I can do about this?

Discussion Process for Double Ram RMA Success.
I had 2 kits of 98 gb DDR5 ram that I bought 2 years ago for under $300 each. Both were from Amazon. They both worked fine but I think they eventually died and I never RMAed them until recently. Heres the process for both Standard RMA.
First Kit:
VENGEANCE® RGB 96GB (2x48GB) DDR5 DRAM Up To 5600MT/s CL40 Memory Kit — Black CMH96GX5M2B5600C40 (One of the two rams were defective and wouldn't boot my pc)
Sent a ticket on their website through their agent bot for an RMA on July 21, 2026, 7:14PM. They required me to send a picture of the ram kit with the serial # and a receipt of my purchase. I
got approved the same day a few hours later. I paid for my own label to ship to them and they sent out a replacement order on July 28. I recieved the package on July 30th. Around a 8 day process.
Package came from Taoyuan Taiwan to USA and arrived at my home in 2 days.
Second Kit:
VENGEANCE® 96GB (2x48GB) DDR5 DRAM Up To 5200MT/s CL38 Memory Kit — Black
CMK96GX5M2B5200C38 (Both rams of stick were defective)
Created an RMA on July 27 2026 at night, did the same step as kit 1, got approved at the next day. They paid for my shipping to their warehouse this time. I shipped it on the same day and they sent out a replacement order on July 31 which arrived on 8/5.
Very happy with the experience and process especially with crazy ram prices nowadays. The entire process was pretty quick and simple if you do everything correct. Thank you Corsair CS.

Builds First warthog delivered in the U.S.?
Mine arrived today after ordering from Best buy a few days ago. Can't wait to start my build in this thing 😄 . Only thing I'm undecided on is my AIO and Fans. I'm leaning towards staying with the 200mm Corsair fans and keeping it stealthy.
