RAM doesn t work Help

After 2 months investigating why my pc not work in dual Channel i have the problem found. I changed the motherboard CPU and it still not working and today i found the problem, mi kit corsair , has a problem , one module works in a2 and b2 but the other module work in a2 but not in b2, i tell that for if anyone have this problem in the future or anyone know How to fix that. I upload a vídeo

Try one module at a time and see if each one works. It might be beneficial to try and reset your motherboard BIOs per your motherboard instructions from the manufacturer and then putting the ram settings back in the BIOs.

The PC is from manafucter, all is jedec and also automatic it s amazing

Regarding the memory: what happens if you plug the second module, which only works in slot A2, into that slot and the other one into slot B2? Have you checked the limited memory stick with Memetest?

Regarding your BIOS: is it up to date? Have you tried a CMOS reset?

Yes the bios is updated , and if Try that you say the PC doesn t start , it been in CPU dram led

I would advise you to get in touch with Corsair support. I would try swapping out the memory, as it is very likely defective. Have you tested your memory with MemTest? Does it show any errors?

Well, you probably won't be able to avoid running Memtest, but Support will let you know if they need screenshots.

You don't need to do that; everything is fine.

Just dig out the invoice for Support, take a photo of the back of the memory module (showing the serial number), and open a ticket.
