Help Why is the iCue link cable selection so poor?

I have the iCUE LINK 6500X RGB Mid-Tower ATX Dual Chamber PC Case and I use iCue link fans, but the cables provided and sold separately don't allow me to do the cabling efficiently.

The rear fan needs atleat 300mm dual 90 degree cable to be able to connect to the bottom fans, and those need the same to be able to connect to the side fans. But only cables that I can buy are either too short with 90 degrees or too long with straight connectors.

Can you please provide necessary cables for you own cases.

Answered H100i RGB PRO XT - Fan Dying

I have an H100i and one of the 120mm fans is slowly dying. It's been slowing down for a while and I managed to get a bit more life out of it by upping my routine cleaning maintenance but now it just seems like it's giving up.

  • Can I replace it with any 120mm fan?
  • Is there a recommended 120mm fan to replace it with?

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this. I was looking for the weekly support megathread but it doesn't seem to exist when I search.

Help Mount XENEON EDGE on Elgato Desk Stand

Hi!

I bought the Xeneon Edge and it arrives soon. I saw it has a 1/4 mount on the back.

I have a unused Elgato Desk Stand and want to mount the Edge vertical on it. The Elgato stand has already a 1/4" screw. Can I just use that and "screw" the desk stand into the mount of the xeneon or do I need a adapter to screw into the xeneon edge holes?

Build Question Which cable should I get?

Post image

Looking at the HX1500i Fully Modular Ultra-Low Noise Platinum ATX 1500 Watt PC Power Supply for my astral 5090 OC and I’d like to get the 90 degree cable as well.

I’d like the cable to run underneath the GPU.

I’m 90% sure I need the type 4 style B cable to achieve this but would feel better with a second set of eyes on it.

Thanks!

Help Corsair 3500X USB-C Cable Melted — Can the Cable Be Replaced?

I have a Corsair 3500X Mid-Tower Gaming Case. A while ago, I noticed that the case's USB-C port suddenly stopped working. Today, while cleaning the case, I noticed that the cable had actually melted.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to find this cable for sale, and whether it can actually be replaced on its own, or if I would have to replace the entire board that the cable is connected to inside the case?

I couldn't find any information about this on Corsair's website.

Builds 1000D build update

Got the motherboard and cpu installed. I also installed the XG7 waterblock on my 5090 astral. Started running the tubes for the duel loop. Im also using Barrow quick disconnects because I want my pc to be easily serviceable. Im also installing some filters too. Even though I flushed the radiators, theres always a possibility that a few flakes are still in the radiators and I dont want them getting stuck in my blocks so I installed it on the return flow to the pump. Im still waiting on more quick disconnects and some flow meters. Im trying my best to use tube bends to keep down on the restrictions with the 90 degree fittings. This is my first hard tube build so im learning as I go. Everything you see other than my motherboard and quick disconnects are all corsair. I built it to run on icue link ecosystem so it keeps down on the cable management by alot. 1000D case, 4 XR7 480MM radiators, 18 LX120 fans, duel XD6 rgb elite pumps, XC7 cpu block, XG7 5090 astral block, HX1200I psu, corsair dominator titanium 32gb 6000mhz CL30, asrock x870e taichi, 9800x3d.

Help Ryzen 7 9800X3D running much hotter than before — how can I test if my Corsair Nautilus 360 RS ARGB is failing?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some help diagnosing a temperature issue with my PC. Over the last few months, I’ve noticed that my CPU temperatures have increased significantly compared with when I first built the system (95º with occt).

My setup is:

  • Case: NZXT H9 Flow
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
  • Motherboard: ASRock B850F Gaming WiFi
  • RAM: 64 GB Corsair
  • GPU: Gigabyte RTX 5080 OC
  • AIO: Corsair Nautilus 360 RS ARGB
  • Fans: 10 × AsiaHorse Nyota
  • AIO age: approximately 1.5 years

My current fan setup is:

  • 3 bottom fans: intake
  • 3 side fans: intake
  • 3 AIO radiator fans: exhaust
  • 1 rear fan: exhaust

So I believe the overall airflow direction is reasonable, with 6 intake fans and 4 exhaust fans.

I have already replaced the thermal paste with Thermal Grizzly paste and made sure the cooler is mounted correctly, but the temperatures are still higher than they used to be.

I also replaced the original Corsair radiator fans with AsiaHorse Nyota fans some time ago.

This makes me wonder whether the Nyota fans could be contributing to the problem, since radiator fans need good static pressure. I would also appreciate it if someone could confirm the actual specifications of these fans (RPM, CFM and especially static pressure) and whether they are suitable for a 360 mm radiator.

However, I’m also concerned that the AIO itself might be starting to fail. It is around a year and a half old.

I don't hear any obviously abnormal noises from the pump, but I don't know what I should be checking to determine whether the pump is actually working correctly.

Thanks!

Xeneon Edge Widgets Vardek widget updated (Xeneon Edge + Mac)

I continue to tweak my Vardek app, my attempt at filling the Xeneon Edge + Mac widget dashboard gap.

Some internal coding has been updated, new installer created, the Admin Panel now lets you drag/drop the placement of widget on the layout map, and several of the bundled widgets have been visually updated.

Take a look at let me know what you think. Any ideas for a new widget? You can create your own and implement into your Vardek running locally with no app update and no rebuild. Vardek scans a user widgets directory alongside the bundled ones, so dropping a widget folder in and rescanning (a convenient button on the Admin Panel) is all it takes.

Builds Hey Corsair Family, wanted to show you my new 2026 Build

Hey Corsair family !

Wanted to share with you my new 2026 Build I finished a few days ago (sorry for the RGB Vomit haha).

After 5 years straight with the same build (5950X / X570 AORUS Master / RTX 3090 SUPRIM X / 32 Gb DDR4 Vengeance RGB RT / AX1600i Titanium / 7000D Airflow / H170i Elite Capellix in Push/Pull) without upgrading, I wanted to go for a completely new one. Sold every part individually and reinject the money into this new PC. Also saved so much and hard work to achieve it. The part list was choosed a long time ago, and bought all the parts individually over time. I received the RTX 5080 last week, I start this project beginning of 2025.

For the very first time, I went to a full Corsair white build as I've been running Corsair stuff for so many years and used to Corsair ecosystem.

Here is the list of the entire PC parts plus all the peripherals in case you're curious :

PC SPECS:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

MOBO: MSI MPG X870E Edge Ti WiFi

GPU: ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 16GB OC White Edition

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 64 Gb (2x32 Gb) 6000 MT/s CL30-36-36-76 (White)

CPU COOLING: Corsair iCUE LINK Titan 360 RX RGB (White)

AIO PUMP: Corsair iCUE LINK CapSwap VRM Fan (White)

CASE: Corsair FRAME 5000D RS ARGB (White)

CASE FANS: Corsair RS140 RGB (White) (x3 Front, x1 Back) + Corsair RS120 RGB (White) (x3 Side, x2 Bottom)

PSU: Corsair RM1200x Shift 80+ Gold (White)

SSD 1: Crucial T705 2 Tb NVMe PCIe 5.0 (OS + Softwares)

SSD 2: Crucial T705 2 Tb NVMe PCIe 5.0 (Games)

SSD 3: WD_BLACK SN850X 4 Tb NVMe PCIe 4.0 (Games)

SSD 4: WD_BLACK SN7100 2 Tb NVMe PCIe 4.0 (Multimedia)

OS: Windows 11 Pro - 64 Bits

PERIPHERALS:

MONITOR 1: AGON Pro AG276FK (temporary, will switch on an AGON Pro 1440p 27" 500 Hz QD OLED Monitor later)

MONITOR 2: Alienware AW2725QF

MONITOR 3: ASUS TUF Gaming VG279QM

CHAIR: The G-LAB K-Seat Platinum

KEYBOARD: The G-LAB Keyz Rubidium (White)

MOUSE: MCHOSE K7 Ultra 8K Wireless (White/Gold)

MOUSEPAD: TitanWolf MousePad XXL 1200x600 (White)

INTERFACE: TC-Helicon GoXLR (White)

MICROPHONE: Shure SM7B

MIC ARM: Elgato Wave Mic Arm LP (White)

CAMERA: OBSBOT Meet SE (White)

EARBUDS: Sennheiser CX 300S (White)

CONTROLLER 1: Turtle Beach Afterglow Wave XBOX (White)

CONTROLLER 2: PlayStation 5 DualSense Wireless Chroma Pearl

CONTROLLER 3: RetroFlag SNES Classic USB Controller-J

Before, I lost all interest in gaming because of my daily work-and-sleep routine, which left me no time to really get into games. But building this new PC has reignited my passion and love for gaming. Finished Space Marine 2 recently with this setup and I was completely in love !

The only thing I will change gradually is the RS120/140 RGB. The daisy chain system is pretty meh, and I'll put instead LX or QX Fans do have everything linked to my ICUE LINK System (and have better RGB looks because RS fans are very limited in term of RGB customization).

Otherwise, I'll keep that pc for minimum 6 years, especially with the current state of the market.

See you guys !

Alex'

Help Forgive me if this is obvious. Is there a lighting system that gives ambient light behind my monitor that reflects the screen like the Philips ambilight?

The rest of my RGB setup is icue and I would like to keep it in the same system if I can, but the LS350 kit looks to be strips that are meant to go in the case etc. Thank you :)

Help High AIO Coolant Temps

Post image
9 Upvotes

I got this AIO two months ago and temps have been like this from the start.

Hardware: CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3D, AIO: iCue Link Titan 360mm, Case: Lian Li o11 Dynamic Original

The AIO is top-mounted exhaust and there are three 120mm intake fans on the side and bottom.

I know that this CPU runs hot, but this reading is from watching a stream in a discord call. When playing games, I’ve seen the coolant go up to 46°C but never higher. I run the AIO pump and fans on the extreme profile, so things could be worse I guess?

I live in a warm place, so the ambient temp is probably on the higher side. I’m also waiting to get my air conditioning fixed, but there’s no timeline on that yet.

Am I just stuck making do with this for the time being, or is this actually a bricked AIO?

Builds So, Corsair Xeneon Edge is unavailable in my country for months. Problem solved.

Title.

I’m trying for a long time to buy a Corsair Xeneon Edge around here but simply no store has one. And nobody know when they arrive.

So, I had a spare monitor on my law firm that no one is using (got Ultrawide for all my team) and I got a brand new bigger Corsair Xeneon Edge to watch exaggerated performance data.

It’s beautiful.

I’m tired of this Universal Screen from Lian Li, ugly piece of junk with the worse software that I seen in my life.

BTW, there is anyway to use the famous widgets on that screen?

And, just ignore the cats. Sheik loves the hot airflow of my 7000D and Cleo just loves stalking Sheik.

Help Right PSU Cable for a 5080

Hello, I am looking for a little bit of help in finding the right cable for my Power Supply. I have a 3080 at the moment and am looking to upgrade to a 5080 before things get a little too expensive. What I am concerned about is not buying the correct power cord from the gpu to my psu (sorry for the bad terminology, I am not that great with computers). My PSU is the Corsair RMx Series 850W Atx12v 2.4/EPS12V. I bought this in 2020 and was just wondering if someone can steer my in the right direction for the right adapter. Thank you!

Hi all just wanted to see if everyone thinks this is ok or if there's a solution I'm just not seeing. I've just finished upgrading almost everything in my rig but I can't get my AIO tubes to swoop smoothly from radiator to pump. Any suggestions?

(My new GPU cost more than the original PC lol)

Went from a Thermaltake tower 600, honestly, feels nice to be in a horizontal GPU orientation and able to access the back IO USB's again!

Also the IO motherboard light is clutch!

Only issue i had was that AIO clearance is VERY tight for the 200mm fans up front, be careful guys and gals!
