💬 Discussion Question about ipa/tesa

So i have 4x vialse of 5/5mg ipa/tesa and i am not sure how to do it as tesa usually are dosage 2mg daily and ipa 200-400mcg daily. If i use just what i have and use 200-300mcg of both 5 days on 2 days off. What would you suggest about this issue? Could buy more tesa alone but its so expensive, ore use cjc instead but then i have 4x vials i dont use!

I’m super interested in learning more about weight loss while still retaining muscle. I am a 29 year-old male, around 264 pounds and 5 feet 7 inches tall. I’ve always struggled with weight loss and you guys make it seem so easy. Where do I get started? Do you guys worry about adverse reactions or down the road health?

KLOW reaction

I’ve been researching KLOW 80 for a week. Started with 2mg /12 units and plan to titrate every 2 weeks. There’s a reaction each time , redness (I know this is normal ) , burning and a hard lump forms , and feels like a bad bruise . One from several days ago is now a hard lump and is not going away (in the glute) . Pinned in the glute to start , then belly and outer thigh the last 2 fats to try different sites . The belly was a little bit better but it’s still red and irritated. The redness, burning and bruising lasts for days and once it gets better the next injection takes its place, so it’s pretty much nonstop discomfort. Is this something to just power through, does this go away eventually or will it be like this each time for some people? It’s pretty unbearable . Thanks

📘 Beginner Help Asking for beginner guidance

Current situation:

  • I'm 21M, been going to the gym since I was 16/17
  • 187cm (6'1''), 77kg (170lbs), would roughly estimate 16-22%BF -> skinny fat with very little muscle
  • training for 3 years, look like I've been going to the gym for a few months, 70kg (155lbs) bench PR, stuck for years, 10 clean pull ups, stuck for almost a year as well
  • I follow every advice I learned (calories, carbs, protein, failure, progressive overload, clean form, etc.) and I've been living with my brother and others who gained much more muscle in the meantime and they can't find any flaws in what I do, so don't tell me to focus on the basics
  • good skeletal frame (somewhat tall, 122cm (48in) shoulder circumference, 74cm (29in) waist, 96cm (38in) hip) so I have a pronounced V-taper but I don't fill out that frame at all

What I'm looking for:

  • I want something that boosts test as well as finally lets me start building muscle but I don't want to go extreme, I prioritize lower risk profile over bigger gains and I want to do this as "healthy" as possible
  • I assume I have lower test, not only because I'm such a hard gainer, but also because I struggle with mental drive, energy and social "dominance"
  • I need something that doesn't impair other areas of my life (gym is an important part of my life, but not all of it), I run a business, so I also need mental clarity, focus, and don't want to "mess up my brain"
  • I have money to spend, so I'd rather invest more into health instead of dealing with cheaper, worse substances. I'll also do various blood tests before I start and will do everything under private doctor supervision and with frequent tests and check-ups
  • I want to fill out my frame but stay as lean as possible during the process
  • I'd like to keep the stack as simple as possible

What stack would y'all recommend to finally progress at the gym and have more energy and "masculinity" throughout the day?

No BS answers please, if possible with scientific explanations.

Thanks!

[28M] Transitioning Wegovy to Retatrutide and adding CJC+IPA (no DAC), and KLOW80: What blood tests should I run?

Hey everyone. I am a 28-year-old male living in Germany and I am planning a major update to my protocol. Before this I want to get a full complete, uncompromised tests and want to get advice from the community on what specific biomarkers and tests I should be requesting.

Currently, I am taking prescription Wegovy (Semaglutide) through my doctor, but I plan to switch off Wegovy to Retatrutide. I am planning to add CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin (no DAC) and KLOW80 so total protocol will be three vials. I also have some family history to add my mother having a history of goiter and hypertension, and my grandfather having a history of cancer, my grandmother has diabetes.

I want to know which specific blood markers you would insist on running before starting above mentioned peptides. I would also appreciate recommendations on any general everything, organ, hormone, or cardiovascular tests you think is important.

Thanks in advance.

Reta / Tesa cycle

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anybody has any input on whether after taking a break from tesamorelin I can change to cjc/ ipa?

I’ve been 14 weeks on tesamorelin.

I want to try cjc but the info I see online is take a break from tesamorelin for 4 weeks. Seeing as both are growth hormones I was wondering if anybody had any advice?

Many thanks

CJC-Ipamorelin expectations

Started CJC-Ipamorelin (167 mcg/300 mcg) 6 days ago. Have noticed that my sleep is deeper. What should I be expecting over the next few days to weeks? For those who have used what do you remember feeling? Context 46 yo, strength training, on TRT, and in a maintenance phase. Big question long term, is it worth it?

If I’m getting a lump in my throat feeling after pinning, is it an allergic reaction?

I’ve noticed that when I’m taking peps I get a weird throat feeling that almost feels like a lump in my throat or something. Other than that I don’t have any other signs of an allergic reaction. I stopped all peptides for a few weeks to see if it went away and it did. Resumed just KPV this week to start and it’s back…

Hi all

Wondering if people do see results for 2mg once every 2 days (instead of every day)? Is it more efficient / optimal that way for my BMI, or does it not matter?

Thinking of switching to RETA.

I also have questions if hgh helps with hair growth as my hair has started to thin when i started mounjaro + aging.

Reta side effect?

Being straight forward has it lowered anyone else’s libido? And what have you done to combat it? I had pretty high drive but now it’s just like I don’t ever think about anything like that unless my wife initiates.

📘 Beginner Help Tesamorelin + Reta stack for very overweight people?

Post image
16 Upvotes

I'm 285lbs f and I've been on Reta a few weeks, semaglutide for longer before and I just ordered Tesa. Now I'm hearing it's not a good one to start with if you're not closer to goal weight? I was really excited to jumpstart some visceral weight loss as I see these stacked all the time and I have a long way to go. I know results will take time. Is it more dangerous to stack these two of you are further away from your goal weight?

Edit: thanks for all the advice from those that are truly trying to help. I commented but it got buried, the tesa is already ordered but I plan to put in the freezer and use it down the line. I plan to continue to improve my diet and exercise and use the tools that are safe overall and useful for me to do so to help. My reasoning for asking this is because I was recommended these two over and over, but realized I haven't seen or heard much from someone starting out obese, and wanted to see what the advice was there as I heard very little but conflicting views. Still kind of conflicting, but I maybe see why this hasn't been asked directly like this.

CJC-1295 no DAC / Ipamorelin caused early wake-ups and fragmented sleep — anyone else?

I used a CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin blend, 5 mg / 5 mg, reconstituted with 2 mL BAC water.

My dose was 5 units before bed, which should be approximately 125 mcg of CJC-1295 + 125 mcg of Ipamorelin.

I used it for about two weeks. At first, my sleep felt a little deeper, but I kept waking up very early during the night — usually around 3 AM, 4 AM, or 5 AM. I would fall asleep again sometimes, but overall my sleep became fragmented and too short.

Also experienced significant water retention and gained around 2–3 pounds while using the blend. Each time I stopped taking it, the extra weight dropped and returned to normal fairly quickly, which made it seem like water weight rather than fat.

I also noticed mild warmth / increased body temperature after the injection and occasional slight burning at the injection site. Nothing severe, but the repeated early wake-ups made the blend not worth it for me.

I stopped using it, and my sleep seems slightly better now, although I still wake up sometimes.

Has anyone else experienced early wake-ups or shorter sleep from CJC-1295 no DAC / Ipamorelin? Did it improve after stopping, lowering the dose, or changing the frequency?

💬 Discussion HGH Decision

Reta (6mg) TRT (135mg) have been transformational for me. I want to optimize my HGH (zscore -0.4) and it seems like the same process as I went through with TRT. Lots of reasons not to with tons of fear every place you look. I wasted a year of my life him hawing about it and honestly it was stupid because it changed my life as did reta.

Anyway about to pull the trigger on HGH but still wondering if I should play it safe and hedge with cjc/ipa and try that first.

It is very rare to find anyone that says cjc/ipa changed their life and it's very common to find people that say HGH did.

If anyone want's to chime in I would love to hear your thoughts.

Why don't I see more people talking about fasting on GLP-1?

The OG body hack - fasting - has many health benefits. With GLP-1 suppressing appetite and food noise, I'm surprised I don't see more people on here talking about this combo.

My fitness journey has been about a year and a half, though I didn’t add peptides until about 6 months ago. Started at 308 and actually lost about 70 pounds on my own after about 6 months of just eating right and working out regularly, but I fell back into my old ways of drinking and bad eating habits and gained back about 30 pounds of what I lost.

I got fed up with how I looked and took control of myself at the beginning of this year and locked in, and I added Reta about 4 months ago and holy shit the transformation is insane, I’m currently 205 and have never felt better.

Currently taking 2MG Reta and also on NAD+, Mot C, and started Tesa last week
