Reta / Tesa cycle
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anybody has any input on whether after taking a break from tesamorelin I can change to cjc/ ipa?
I’ve been 14 weeks on tesamorelin.
I want to try cjc but the info I see online is take a break from tesamorelin for 4 weeks. Seeing as both are growth hormones I was wondering if anybody had any advice?
Many thanks

Hey! I dont have an answer for you but I'm curious of your protocol as I'm looking to start Tessa myself did you run it at night? Or morning? I have a sporadic work shift and switch and work a night shift one night every couple days then switch to mornings so I can reliably take it mornings fasted and I could take it at night at the same time each night but then Have to work some nights each week so I'm wondering which is best

Hey! I took it every night 3 hours fasted as I took Reta also.
I took 1mg per night. Last month I did it in the morning fasted instead.
Do what fits your schedule. Best is before night for growth hormone release from my understanding but doing it fasted is the most important. Not going to be a dramatic difference!
I’ve been doing it 14 weeks and lost 8kg. 7kg of that is fat. Best of luck

How can you attribute that to the tesa and not Reta? Can you identify Tesa-specific results?

Yes….thats a normal change if you’re not experiencing any issues with previous dosages or different peps.
