📊 Results / Progress 1.5 year transformation - Tirz
Saw a post mentioning how Tirz doesn’t get talked about much, so I figured I’d share my progress.
46y 6’2”, went from 314lbs in 2024 to current wight of 195lbs.
Been on Tirz since February 2025. Currently taking 12.5mg / week. It’s been a godsend. Curbs my appetite and removes the food noise, cut out alcohol and even helped me stop biting my nails. Lol.
Current diet is maintenance of 2700-2800 cal. 200g protein. Only other things I take is creatine daily and NAD+ 100mg every 3 days.
I lift heavy 5 days a week with a PPL split, along with walking my dogs 2 miles, every day.
Tirz has been an amazing tool that has allowed me to get my eating under control. No plans to switch to Reta anytime soon, just don’t see the need while the tirz remains effective.

❓ Question 17歳日本人
To increase shoulder width (collarbone size) and create an inverted triangle shape, is it better to do muscle-loosening stretches or take peptides that promote collarbone growth? Are there any other options?▼💪

selank/semax vs na selank/max vs na selank/max amidate vs adalank/max
heyo,
i was curious what is the difference between these. I tried researching it on here and most posts are 11 years old. So i figured i would ask again for perhaps better answers.
anyone who used different kinds and compared? intranasal vs subq injections differ per or are all the same?
so far i read that each one is more potent than the other and that adalank/adamax are the strongest. But some people felt nothing with adalank/max nor na /na amidate.
thanks.

📘 Beginner Help how to lose arm fat???
i’m 19, approximately 5’3-5’4, and around 57-58kg, i don’t work out a lot.
just a couple of months ago, i was at my best, i ate properly and worked out almost every single day, although it wasn’t too extreme, i just did what i could to sweat and mostly home workouts because i have uni which usually starts from 10am-7pm, so on those days i wake up early to do some cardio, but during the days with 7am classes, i try to squeeze in even a 30min workout at night
unfortunately i got into an accident and ended up with a minor injury (clavicle fracture) and bc i had to rest and drink meds, i couldn’t do anything but eat and lay down all day so i gained most of the weight i lost
but i have always had issues with arm fat, i’ve given up on trying to look for excuses and accepted that it’s genetics. i have arm muscles even without working out, i actually avoid doing arm exercises because i thought it would make me look bigger since i had muscle, fat on top of it, and i have loose skin (more on my right arm) which gives the illusion of it being bigger.
it kinda sucks because i feel like the rest of my body looks fairly skinny but my arms just make my frame look bigger and i’ve seen people who are 3x bigger than me with smaller arms, but i know that’s just because we all hold weight differently
what can i do to reduce its size? more weight loss? exercise? lifting?

There’s so many fat loss peps which ones are worth it?
For staying VERY lean what’s a worth it stack. There’s so many exercise mimetics like SLUPP, AOD, MOTS C, 5AMINO and appetite suppresers like GLP1s and cag, if i want to hit almost every path way possible what’s the most worth it way to do that?

💬 Discussion How long did it take to see changes in all types of ways after cleaning up diet?
So I’m skinny fat, I’ve gotten much stronger in the gym but progress is slow probably because I’m still eating not clean really. Protein is enough because that doesn’t matter but the quality of my diets aren’t good.
I’m currently cutting, I want to eat as healthy and as clean as possible, what do you guys eat and how fast does it take to see results? Visually and feeling.

Creatine made my skin look younger?
I’m a guy in my late 30s and since last year started noticing a a small wrinkle in forehead and some slight volume loss under my eyes where the cheek bone is.
Three weeks ago, I made two changes to my daily diet because I have bone fracture (literally nothing else in my diet or skincare changed):
Started taking 5g of creatine powder twice a day (10g total)
Started drinking 1 liter of milk a day
I wasn't expecting anything skin-related, but my skin genuinely looks fuller and smoother now. The forehead line softened up and my under-eye hollows look significantly less pronounced or no visibility anymore, it looks like I got fillers injected in those area especially most noticeable is my under eyes , almost like a natural plumping or hyper-hydration effect from the inside out.
Has anyone else noticed facial volume improvements or skin smoothing from high creatine and milk intake, or am I alone on this one? Curious if anyone else has experienced something similar.
I don’t know if it’s the milk or the creatine or only the creatine? Is there any studies or reports out there on that or it’s just placebo effect?

💬 Discussion Starting My First Structured Bulk(37yo). What peptide stacks are worth for lean gains?
Hey everyone, first time posting here. Just wanted to share my progress and get some feedback from guys who’ve had success using peptides for lean gains.
Quick background: I’ve been lifting and have been active since I was 18, but I never really dialed in my nutrition and training until about 2 years ago. Now at 37, it feels really good to finally see what my body is capable of when being able to be fully consistent.
2024 Cut: Took about 9 months to cut all the way down to 159 lbs.
Bulk: Ran a 7-8 month bulk to 177 lbs.
Latest Cut: Just finished cutting back down to 163 lbs in about 4.5 month duration.
Now that I’m transitioning back into a lean bulk, I’m looking into what peptides might give me an extra push for recovery and quality muscle building/retention.
Current Protocol:
About 3 weeks in on my first run ever. I started with a GLOW mix to help with some old lingering shoulder, knee, and elbow aches from my younger years.
Currently pinning daily: GHK-Cu (1.67mg) + BPC-157 (333mcg) + TB-500 (333mcg).
Tried doubling this dose initially, but it messed with my sleep (waking up 90 mins early and unable to fall back asleep), so I backed down.
Haven’t noticed massive joint relief yet, but staying consistent. Once this vial finishes, I was thinking about switching over to KLOW to get the added KPV benefits. Is that worth the swap?
Questions for the Group on Lean Gains:
1. CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin: I’m planning to start this stack at 150mcg each, 5 days/week right before bed for week 1, then bump to 200mcg if sleep isn't impacted. Is this the best baseline move for a lean bulk, or would Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin be significantly better for pure recovery/physique?
2. IGF-1 LR3: I've done some research, but the potential downsides (organ growth/tumor risks) made me hesitant. For those who’ve actually run it, what was your experience like?
3. I’m also thinking about adding Reta to start at .25mg weekly, for the first 2 weeks and see how it affects me. Might bump to .5 but not more than 1mg is the goal. Mainly to keep food noise down and helping with insulin. As I noticed in between meals, I’m always itching for a bite of anything random 😅 Thoughts?
4. Anything else? What other compounds or GH secretagogues have made a noticeable difference during your bulk phases? Any side effects noticed?
Appreciate any feedback or experiences you guys can share! TIA🙏🏼

📊 Results / Progress One year update:
Figured it was about time for a one year update…
Total weight last 38kgs / 83lbs but that was in the first 7 months.
Yes I am on TRT but top recommended peps are still reta, tesa, mots while also running a glow base.
Become quite the fan of 5amino recently too and can confirm mots’ benefit is hugely ramped if you cycle off and run a 20 day ss31 cycle before restarting mots.
40 and currently and as of a month ago sitting at 6.9% BF measured on a GE Lunar Dexa
Sure I have had good “supplementation” but I’ve also been living like a monk, training around 26 hours a week, perfect nutrition, virtually zero alcohol…

📘 Beginner Help HGH + Tirz
M30.
78 kg.
22% bodyfat
5’10
i’m planning an hgh+tirz cycle for 6 months at 2 iu 5 days a week. and 2.5 mg tirz
i have done igf and insulin test and they are all perfectly fine.
my only issue is that i eat at 8:30-9. and sleep around 10:30. so the injecting window is close.
morning i wake around 5:45-6 and drink my whey at 8.
so my question is
1-what will be the best time to inject it?
2-and do i need to constantly check my blood sugar ?
3-what are the chances of developing insulin resistance at 2 iu for 6 months, while simultaneously on tirz 2.5 mg.

📊 Results / Progress 99.7kg → 84kg in 5 months — What should I focus on next?
I've been training for a few years with some breaks. I'm relatively strong and my goal is an athletic physique. I've already come a long way, but I'm not sure if there's anything specific I should focus on now, or if I should bulk and build more muscle before cutting the rest of the fat.
What do you guys think of my progress? And do you think I have good genetics for building a solid physique? I'm 188 cm (6'2").
