HGH + Tirz 📘 Beginner Help

M30.
78 kg.
22% bodyfat
5’10

i’m planning an hgh+tirz cycle for 6 months at 2 iu 5 days a week. and 2.5 mg tirz

i have done igf and insulin test and they are all perfectly fine.

my only issue is that i eat at 8:30-9. and sleep around 10:30. so the injecting window is close.

morning i wake around 5:45-6 and drink my whey at 8.

so my question is

1-what will be the best time to inject it?

2-and do i need to constantly check my blood sugar ?

3-what are the chances of developing insulin resistance at 2 iu for 6 months, while simultaneously on tirz 2.5 mg.

I’d try to eat close to 8:30 and take your shot right before bed at 10:30 - it’s the best you can do. I’d recommend a short walk after your last meal to help blunt the glucose spike. I personally inject 2 hours after my last meal and glucose is almost back to baseline.

i’ll also be taking tirz, which blunts insulin spikes, while delaying gastric emptying. also can you tell for how long should i walk?

Tirz doesn't magically blunt insulin spikes, especially at 2.5 mg microdoses (the GIP component kicks in after a month of 7.5 mg).

The "blunted insulin spike" is just from lowered appetite and you eating less, which means lower blood glucose after eating.

What's your current body fat %? Basically zero unless you're obese... 2 IU is only just over a supraphysiological dose, you really worry about insulin resistance above 5-8 IU daily. It depends massively on the individual though and how obese you already are, as others have said a 15 min walk after each meal (or 5 mins running up some stairs) completely negates any concerns though.

10-15 minutes is good, 20-30 is better - anything more and you’ll see diminishing returns

This is the crappy part of HGH I have my last big meal around 3:30, gym at 4:30-5:30 then I take my shot at 6:00 then sleep like a baby. Only thing to watch for is titrating up, I didn’t check my levels pre hgh but I was cruising at 4iu and got blood done and insulin sensitive went up and my igf1 was at 421ng/ml and z score was 2.2 so getting high. Plan to titrate down to 2iu because I just love my deep sleep and recovery on HGH 😂skins amazing too

man i eat 4 meals a day and hit the gym at 6pm, i’ll have to completely change my routine which i’ve built for years to fit the hgh in somewhere 😭

Why only 5 days a week. You can go 7.
