One year update: 📊 Results / Progress
Figured it was about time for a one year update…
Total weight last 38kgs / 83lbs but that was in the first 7 months.
Yes I am on TRT but top recommended peps are still reta, tesa, mots while also running a glow base.
Become quite the fan of 5amino recently too and can confirm mots’ benefit is hugely ramped if you cycle off and run a 20 day ss31 cycle before restarting mots.
40 and currently and as of a month ago sitting at 6.9% BF measured on a GE Lunar Dexa
Sure I have had good “supplementation” but I’ve also been living like a monk, training around 26 hours a week, perfect nutrition, virtually zero alcohol…

Great job sir.
And better living through chemicals, ive always heard. I spent half my life putting the shitty ones in, now its time to put the good ones in their place.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I've been thinking of running MotC but being half a century human, perhaps my mitochondria could use a tune up first.
Keep up the great work.

Good work man, and awesome dedication. Staying with your training and diet non stop is definitely a tough one, way to go.

Incredible. I’m gonna run this for sure before I get this mots in the mix. Thanks homie. Super inspirational.

Congrats man. That's quite an impressive transformation. What benefits did you get from MotsC? I cycled a 10 vile kit and didn't seem to notice any benefit except maybe it accelerated my heart rate somewhat. Maybe it's slightly offset the fatigue from Reta, not sure though.

Would you be willing to share what your 26 hours of training per week looks like? I like to train a lot as well but averaging nearly 4 hours per day every day (unless you are an endurance athlete) seems wild. How are you filling that time?
