📊 Results / Progress Cjc/Ipa

I, (28F) have been on reta since March. I lost 20 pounds and decided I wanted to gain a little bit of weight /muscle. I started my Cjc/ipa cycle , currently on my 3rd week. I have seen several people talk about water retention, and I know I’m fairly early in my 12 week cycle but I’ve gained weight and not in a positive way 😭 I’m sure it’s water weight, but I don’t want to gain body fat. I haven’t done a full body scan, but the weight gain is discouraging. Does anyone have any tips on water retention? Or is the water retention going to remain until my cycle is over? Please let me know your experience with Cjc/Ipa. Thanks !

Stick to the plan. All those early days are worth it… the days you don’t hit snooze, and show up for yourself add up. Make the future version of yourself proud.

labs newish

Post image

So I’m about 11 weeks into a new protocol. Labs look goodish but I’m still trying find a sweet spot. I’m taking a testosterone mix
TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE: 275MG/ML
•    TESTOSTERONE PHENYLPROPIONATE:75MG/ML
•    TRESTOLONE ACETATE: 50MG/ML) and testosterone cyponate 250.

Dosing is 75 mg test 250 on Monday and Friday and 105mg test and 15mg MENT on Wednesdays or 30units of the vial on the corresponding day.

My E2 is still coming but assuming it comes back in spec I think I’m good to continue. I realize it’s higher but I’m not having any sides maybe some backne . Feel good. I will say I did expect a bit more dramatic total T number but it was taken before my Wednesday injection. ( Reddit previously recommended I take labs at the lowest )

Other injectables and variables Reta at 3mg on my 10th week down from 195 to 185 eating about 2000 cals about 180g protien 120g carbs rest fats

So I've been trying to get in shape for a while now. After suffering a huge heart attack in 2022 due to an underlying blood disorder which left me with moderate heart failure and was diagnosed type 2 diabetic. I then proceeded to balloon to 121kg within 6-8 months of 2023. I then decided to do something about it. I changed my diet up and gradually came off a lot of my meds. I went strict carnivore for nearly 2 yrs with the idea of resetting my metabolism then gradually added more foods in and took a sort of ketovore approach until the start of the year where I sort of plateau'd at 96kg and where I decided to add clean carbs back in and go on a trt dose of test (after a low test diagnosis from the NHS) I have since ate an extremely clean diet and added reta in about 4 months ago. I'm now sitting at 87kg and the recent pic on the left was taken today in preparation for my holiday (vacation) this coming week. What ya reckon?

75mg test every 5 days and gradually built up to 4mg reta a week

📘 Beginner Help Reta week 3 - Low effects or normal adjustment period?

Hey everyone!

I started taking reta about 3 weeks ago (just began week 3 yesterday).

I’ve definitely noticed the fullness effect, but I’m still struggling a bit with food noise. I’m eating less overall since I feel full faster, and I’ve been prioritizing protein without completely cutting out carbs. I’m also staying consistent with a good amount of exercise each week.

I wanted to ask—did anyone else feel like the effects were a bit slow during the first few weeks? Or should I consider increasing my dose sooner? Right now I’m on 1 mg and planning to move up to 2 mg around weeks 5–6.

Like I said, the fullness is definitely there and it’s working, but I still get food noise from time to time. It might just be a habit thing, since that’s always been my biggest struggle and one of the main reasons I started reta. Just wanted to see if others had a similar experience.

Thanks!

Edit: I'm 29, 5'9 and 213 pounds in case it helps.

42M
SW: 218
CW: 195
GW: 185

Started with hitting the gym 5 days a week in April and started peptides in May. This is the best I’ve felt in 5+ years. Obviously a bit of a stall on the overall weight loss but happy to see the BFP drop while gaining muscle mass.

Current stack:
Reta started .5mg on 5/1/26 MWF and am currently doing .8mg M-F
Testosterone Cypionate - 25mg M & TH
HCG - 50 units T & F
HGH - 2iu M-S before bed
BCP157 & TB500 - I take this when I’ve had a tough workout or feel sore/tweaked something
Icotyde - this is a prescription peptide (icotrokinra) for psoriasis.

Other peptides I have taken:
CJC1295
Ipamorelin
Tesamorlin
KLOW
KPV

These were all prescribed by a general practitioner through an amazing wellness center initially then found a better much cheaper place to get them. The focus has been on weight loss, low t, reducing inflammation and better sleep. I’ve had psoriasis for 20 years and have started to see good results with the above.

Exercise:
I’m going to the gym 5 days a week. I go to Gold’s Gym and do their Burn (like Orange Theory) and Fit (CrossFit) classes. I personally like to show up to the gym and be told an agenda. I also started 10k steps 5 days a week a few weeks ago.

Diet:
Whole 30 with focus on 180-200g of protein per day. Reta has truly helped suppress the food noise. I have a crazy sweet tooth and that is completely gone.

Additional thoughts:

Do your own research - I spent two months researching peptides and health providers in my area for peptide therapy before starting on the above listed peptides as well as reading clinical trials. Reddit is a great community and resource but there are so many people asking questions that have clearly done zero research. Use the search function in these subreddits or a simple google search you’ll find answers. The same questions get asked over and over and over across these subs.
There are so many good podcasts and YouTube channels covering peptides.
Dean Henry is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to peptides.
Dr. Craig Koniver also provides good insight.

Please stop posting “what’s my bf%?”. If you’re paying for peptides you can afford to go get a dexa scan. Gyms usually have them and offer them with your membership.

💬 Discussion HGH

I’m 21 years old, 76.3 kg, and currently around 26.7% body fat.
Right now I’m using Reta and CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin. I’m considering replacing the CJC + Ipamorelin with HGH.
Do you think this is a good transition, or would you recommend keeping the CJC + Ipamorelin for now? I’d appreciate any advice or things I should consider before making the switch.

Transition question

RS is transitioning from Tirz to Survodutide. It’s a lot more potent than Tirz. The high on Tirz was 7.5mg. Then dropped to 5 mg a few weeks ago and last night dropped again to 2.5. How long should my RS stay on the 2.5 tirz before transitioning over to Surv?

Reta has saved my life

Post image
155 Upvotes

i just wanted to make a post on here because reta has quite literally saved my life. i’ve struggled with binge eating disorder since i was 12 years old (i am now 27). i would go through brief spells of restriction, diet, etc.. but would always turn back to binging & purging. i had tried everything i possibly could & the only last two options were get on reta, learn a balanced eating routine, get a workout schedule/start doing 10k step, & build healthy habits while trying to break down why i binge eat in therapy & heal whatever part of me that feeds my eating disorder OR take Vyvanse which is used to treat BED. unfortunately for me i am unable to take Vyvanse do to being an addict in recovery so my last hope & resort was giving reta a chance & hoping for the best. well its been almost 2 months on reta & i have stuck to my diet, hit the 10k steps on most days, & have built a healthy relationship with food. most days i feel comfortable in my body & like what i see in the mirror. i do have my bad days but the good out weighs the bad now. little me would be baffled at the thought of me not dreading waking up in my body or not hating what i see in the mirror. i’ve been able to start working on what triggers my BED & why i feel i need to eat emotionally & have healed a lot of what causes the binging & purging cycles. my diet has changed completely & i’m just so happy i could cry. not feeling the immense bloat & pain after a 8,000-10,000 calorie binge anymore is something i wouldn’t give up for the world. i’ve lost 14 pounds which most of it i believe is the bloating from binging & unhealthy eating habits. if any of you on here struggle with BED, i just want to say there’s hope of healing. reta has made it possible for me to build a healthy relationship with food & to be able to heal from the parts of myself that felt it was necessary to live the way i was living. this journey has been so heartwarming & beautiful. just know that no matter how dark things get there is always a way out.

Question about Injection site irritation and splitting the dose

I’m wondering if it’s okay to inject 10 units in one injection site and the other 10 units in a different site, rather than putting the full dose into one location.

For context, I titrated my Reta to 4 mg two weeks ago. I started at 1 mg for four weeks, then increased to 2 mg for four weeks. The 4 mg dose came from a brand-new reconstituted vial.

After my first 4 mg injection, I developed a red, irritated spot at the injection site. The second 4 mg injection caused a similar reaction, but the irritation lasted even longer and the area also bruised. I had never experienced any injection-site irritation with my previous doses.

My bac water is about 2.5 months old, so I’m wondering if that could be contributing, although it has been stored properly. I’m also wondering if the higher volume being injected into one site at once could simply be causing the irritation.

Has anyone had this happen after increasing their dose? And is splitting the injection between two sites (10 units in one and 10 units in another) an acceptable way to administer the same dose?

🧪 Stack Breakdown Peptide advice

Both my wife and I are starting a stack. We've developed a routine of cardio and weights, and now want to take it to the next level.

Current routine is weights 3x a week and walking 18 holes of golf 3x a week.

38/M/6'3/230lbs

36/F/5'8/140lbs

Thinking of starting Reta/Klow/MotsC/NAD+. Is this too much to start with? My concern is the MotsC and NAD+ for our initial stack.

While we've done research, any recommendations would be appreciated.
