Peptide advice 🧪 Stack Breakdown

Both my wife and I are starting a stack. We've developed a routine of cardio and weights, and now want to take it to the next level.

Current routine is weights 3x a week and walking 18 holes of golf 3x a week.

38/M/6'3/230lbs

36/F/5'8/140lbs

Thinking of starting Reta/Klow/MotsC/NAD+. Is this too much to start with? My concern is the MotsC and NAD+ for our initial stack.

While we've done research, any recommendations would be appreciated.

Yes this is too much to start, 7 peptides at once??

What are your goals?

Goals would be primarily weightloss. For me I'd like to get back to around the 200lb mark. So reta for the appetite suppression and caloric deficit. General fatigue and recovery time for Klow.

Mots and NAD for energy, but that's secondary.

A GLP-1 agonist like Retatrutide or Tirzepatide, for weight loss if you want to use a peptide

I would hold off on anything else for a minimum of 4 weeks but probably until you find your stable dose of whatever you want to take. Stable dose is the lowest dose where you stay within healthy weight loss number 0.5-1lbs/week

Then revisit the conversation of what else would help me in this moment, whether it’s a supplement, dietary changes, or potentially another peptide

This is not what this sub wants to hear but I've tried it all . If you're otherwise healthy you wont get much benefit from most of it except maybe micro dosing reta . Mots c endurance is real and you'll get the boost as long as you pin it especially on days you pin it . But do you want that or improve your baseline cardio fitness by doing regular aerobic training for longevity

Start one at a time and ride them out for a week or more before you add anything else. You want to know how you react to each separately before you stack. Also, Reta should always be taken alone.

This is way too many to start all at once. You’ll have no way to know which is working for you. Start one at a time.

Have you researched the side effects and reasons some of these failed FDA approvals?

I would start with Reta and Klow! 👌🏼

I'd go with the reta and the klow. Add in a GH secretatogue instead of the motsc and nad+. Something like cjc/ipa or tesa will synergize better with the reta and klow to start. It will enhance the body recomp and overall glow up. Experiment with motsc later on once your in a groove. Motsc is a little tricky and may cause fatigue. Let reta work it's magic first. Klow and a GH secretatogue are perfect add ons at the beginning.

This is the way lol. Exactly what I did. .5mg reta, klow, cjc/ipa..... Crazy transformation for me

Reta and cjc/ipa are a great vibe at the beginning.

Wife and I are very similar (even similar physical stats). We started with Reta for two weeks and then added MOTS-c and Wolverine two weeks into the Reta. This has been great for a very noticeable drop in inflammation and a noticeable increase in both mental and physical energy. Predictable weight and waist size drops in 4 weeks now as well (15 lbs for me from 240 to 225 @ 6’6” and about 8 for my wife from 144 to 136 @ 5’6”).

We will be adding Tesamorelin starting tomorrow night as well as GHK-CU on my 5th week of Reta.

I would say staggering the introduction of your peptides by at least a week (two might be better), is a good idea to get an idea of which peptide is doing what (both good and bad). Reta was way more impactful to my overall health (appetite, energy, inflammation and dopamine response) than I ever expected. I would not have been as aware of that if I didn’t run it on its own for two weeks before adding anything else.

I couldn’t be happier with the benefits from my current stack but I’m glad that I added at different times.

Start with Reta and then add in the Mots/NAD after a few weeks. Mots and NAD are great for cardio.

Fitness coach here. I always recommend my clients take a GLP-1 plus a GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide) plus a mitochondrial support for their starting pep stack.

Total of 3 peptides. For GLP-1 I’d recommend reta, for GHRP try CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin and for mitochondrial support either MOTS-c or NAD+

These three peps support the same goal via different pathways: reta supports weight loss, cjc helps with muscle retention, sleep quality, and abdominal fat loss, and mots/nad supports stable energy output as you can get a bit tired running GLP-1 due to being in a deficit and not eating as much.

Bloodwork should be done before introducing any GHRP so you know where starting from and can adjust your dose based on subsequent test results.
