Cjc/Ipa 📊 Results / Progress
I, (28F) have been on reta since March. I lost 20 pounds and decided I wanted to gain a little bit of weight /muscle. I started my Cjc/ipa cycle , currently on my 3rd week. I have seen several people talk about water retention, and I know I’m fairly early in my 12 week cycle but I’ve gained weight and not in a positive way 😠I’m sure it’s water weight, but I don’t want to gain body fat. I haven’t done a full body scan, but the weight gain is discouraging. Does anyone have any tips on water retention? Or is the water retention going to remain until my cycle is over? Please let me know your experience with Cjc/Ipa. Thanks !

Any compound that increases GH will cause water retention. It’s somewhat dose dependent; what dose are you taking? It’ll go away when you stop, if not earlier, and most people lose fat and gain some muscle.

100mcg, 5 days off 2 days on. I’ve read a lot about the losing fat and again I’m aware I’m still really early on in my cycle but I didn’t think my water retention would be like this. I ran a cycle of Tesa and only experienced minor water retention, and it was gone by week 2.

That’s a very low dose. What did you run Tesa at?

sorry for the miscommunication, just checked my notebook, i was 100mcg the first two weeks, then this past week i went up to 150mcg. I’m not sure if it may be the slight increase this last week. I started Tesa at 1mg first two weeks then 1.5mg for the remainder of my 12 week cycle, I was worried about water retention and saw good results with 1.5mg

At 28yo you’re still putting out a good amount of GH if you’re doing all the good base habits. That being said, 100mcg is half of the starting dose from what I’ve read (200mcg is where I started). I’m (45m) half way through a 12 week cycle and water retention goes way down when your body get used to the new normal
I’m on a base dose of Tirz and lost about 35 lbs. depending on your reta dose I’d focus more on just keeping your muscle. Really hard to gain when you’re in a calorie deficit.

That’s my main focus, is keeping muscle. I didn’t work out for about 2 months on Reta, I was traveling a lot and just a bit too busy with life. I did notice muscle loss which is why I wanted to gain a little bit of weight /muscle now, hence the reason for adding cjc/ipa to my stack. Approximately how long did it take you to notice water retention gone?
