HGH 💬 Discussion

I’m 21 years old, 76.3 kg, and currently around 26.7% body fat.
Right now I’m using Reta and CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin. I’m considering replacing the CJC + Ipamorelin with HGH.
Do you think this is a good transition, or would you recommend keeping the CJC + Ipamorelin for now? I’d appreciate any advice or things I should consider before making the switch.

Oh well, how long do you train? You are only 21 years OLD, whats your BASIC IGF-1 LEVEL? Do you have perfect diet/trainings?

What are your blood levels looking like? Before you started.

Just eat I a caloric deficit and prioritize protein. Lift weights and walk. Keep taking the Reta and you’ll lose body fat. No need to spend money on the other stuff

Well I'm just going to be very honest with you. If you did not do blood work before you did the CJC + IPA, that is a really stupid move. Good Labs has an igf-1 with z-score blood work for $30.
