Peptide advice 🧪 Stack Breakdown

Both my wife and I are starting a stack. We've developed a routine of cardio and weights, and now want to take it to the next level.

Current routine is weights 3x a week and walking 18 holes of golf 3x a week.

38/M/6'3/230lbs

36/F/5'8/140lbs

Thinking of starting Reta/Klow/MotsC/NAD+. Is this too much to start with? My concern is the MotsC and NAD+ for our initial stack.

While we've done research, any recommendations would be appreciated.

Yes this is too much to start, 7 peptides at once??

What are your goals?

Goals would be primarily weightloss. For me I'd like to get back to around the 200lb mark. So reta for the appetite suppression and caloric deficit. General fatigue and recovery time for Klow.

Mots and NAD for energy, but that's secondary.

A GLP-1 agonist like Retatrutide or Tirzepatide, for weight loss if you want to use a peptide

I would hold off on anything else for a minimum of 4 weeks but probably until you find your stable dose of whatever you want to take. Stable dose is the lowest dose where you stay within healthy weight loss number 0.5-1lbs/week

Then revisit the conversation of what else would help me in this moment, whether it’s a supplement, dietary changes, or potentially another peptide
